Hi this is Amitanshu Kumar and today I’m going to show you how to make a delicious Keto protein smoothie So first of all let’s check out what you gonna need to make this smoothie Whey protein isolate chocolate Flavor one heaping scoop cocoa Powder unsweetened 1 tablespoon, black coffee 1 TSP, it’s optional peanut butter unsweetened 1 Tablespoon, fresh cream 1/3rd of a cup, liquid Stevia 3 drops it’s optional though, the smoothie tastes sweet enough even if you skip this. A Blender Two measuring spoons which are 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon and a 1/3 of a cup… and that’s it So let’s get started Well, start by pouring 1/3 cup of water in the blender, Add one heaping scoop of whey protein isolate chocolate flavor. 1 tablespoon of unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 teaspoon of black coffee, it’s optional Peanut butter unsweetened 1 Tablespoon 1/3 cup of Fresh cream 3 drops of Liquid Stevia it’s optional Close the lid and turn on the blender after about 10 seconds stop the blender and take out the Lid Use the spatula to scrape off any mixture deposition on the walls of the blender Close the lid and turn on the blender again after about 10 to 15 seconds turn off the blender and take out the lid. And we are done with the blending.
