you guys just got back from Safeway you wanted to do a quick detail halt the first thing is to lip relay this is the pure which is a non flavour and if you don’t like the different flavors they have lemon and lime and all different kinds I like the lime the best as I’ve said in previous videos but they only have this so I can just put them lime or lemon in myself the next is Mission pork rinds this is good as an alternative to chips if you want to have like a chip and dip kind of thing that’s keto friendly and you can also use these as like a crust for different meats and things like that so it’s just kind of a good quick snack free-range boneless skinless chicken tenders it’s just good to put in some kind of like a hot sauce and cook up for a quick easy dinner of course heavy whipping cream I love bulletproof coffee if you follow me on my fitness value I’ll probably see this in my diary quite a bit this is Saraya which is a sriracha mayonnaise and it’s just kind of good you can make this yourself with a little bit of sriracha and mayonnaise but let’s see it has less than 1 gram of carbs see if I can get this to focus here in one tablespoon and 70 calories so that’s something that I really like raspberries my daughter really is the one who eats most of these but you can have them on keto just in moderation green onions I make a cauliflower twice-baked casserole with I’m going to do a video on soon because it’s really one of my favorites and it’s really easy and it lasts a couple days so I’m just not going to do that soon so be on the lookout for that of course cauliflower which you guys know I buy a lot Oh I’m water which you know it’s really important to make sure you’re staying hydrated a whole roasted chicken I really love getting rotisserie chicken because it’s easy and what I usually do is get several meals out of this and I’ll make like a chicken salad with a little bit of mayonnaise and cheese and some bacon bits or you can just eat regular chicken it’s so good and moist and so yummy when it’s in the rotisserie so one small tomato have to be on the lookout for too much tomatoes in your diet because they do have carbs in them which is something but I never knew until I started Pizza baby Bell cheese my husband loves these and so do I I’m just a nice quick snack one onion yellow onion again you have to watch out for not too much of that because of carbs but I’m gonna do like a keto taco night and to go with that theme an avocado nice good healthy fats I love avocados now this is a mission let’s see if I can straighten this out here mission carb balance six grams of net carbs flour tortillas these I you don’t really eat all that often I kind of use them more as a little bit of like a treat because sometimes I feel like they can actually make you start craving more carbs even though it is a carb balanced it does have a good bit of fiber in it and if you look at the back here it’s 13 grams of dietary fiber so you know it’s it’s okay if you’re a net carb counter and like I said I don’t eat them all that often but they are really good see you here the next thing is open nature applewood smoked uncured bacon and no nitrates and open nature is a really good brand if you at Safeway check it out they have all different kinds of stuff I mean really I think they have a lot of different meats and cheeses and I really like the brand so try that out if you shop at Safeway and this is the bacon bits I was telling you about I like to put these in egg salad or even in the chicken salad that I make and it’s pretty cool because these are just quick and easy no antibiotics no preservatives no nitrates quick and easy to flavor things up a little bit okay so grass-fed Angus ground beef and it’s the butcher’s cut again no antibiotics no hormones and all vegetarian fed um this is for my keto taco night and along with the keto taco night if you don’t want to use things like the carb balanced this is my go-to right here taco nights even if you just want to do like a lettuce sandwich this is living butter lettuce and the soup is actually pretty cheap I think it’s like two dollars and you can see it’s actually living which keeps it nice and fresh and this holds up really well if you look at my Instagram you can see that I make BLTs out of this if you’re not following me on instagram it’s keto Karma so go check it out I post food that I eat all the time on there so I’m sorry Gento off the block mild cheddar cheese this is something that I put over the top of the cauliflower twice-baked casserole which again I’ll do a video on this is something new for me biotope in nature basil and Parmesan chicken meatballs again it’s a no antibiotics no preservatives no nitrates love this open nature brand and I was really impressed by the ingredients and it’s a sea for three meatballs 140 calories and less than once a 1 gram of total carbohydrates 12 grams of protein I’ll let you guys know how I like this but looks like a pretty cool thing you can always serve that with a little no sugar added tomato sauce and over the zoodles which is zucchini noodles that’s what I’m gonna do with that it sounds really good some sausage pork sausage it’s always kind of good to have if you’re you know having a lot of bacon just to switch things up a little bit I love sausage and some Tillamook delis place medium cheddar cheese this is good for like a quick snack or to make that butter lettuce sandwiches and my daughter eats it like crazy and of course large brown eggs I go through so many eggs like I told you guys before with egg salad and just hard-boiled eggs and then scrambled eggs in the morning and let’s see that is it for this trip so I’m going to be making the video like I said for the
