Keto Pork Rind Crusted Chicken – Easy Keto Dinner Recipe

hello youtube and welcome back to my channel if you’re new to my channel hi welcome my name is Ashley thank you for watching this video I hope that you enjoy it today I’m going to be sharing with you guys a very requested recipe that I’ve been getting and that is my pork rind crusted chicken breast this is a very keogh-style dinner it’s amazing I love it my kids love it my husband loved it and I thought I would just share it with you guys so follow me along [Music] all right so I said on the workout it’s time I don’t really don’t work out in the afternoon but I talked about that over my Facebook page if you want to check that out that is in the comment section below the first thing that I do is I just take these pork rinds I stick them in a bag and I crush them up it’s simple as that you could use any poor crime I just got asked Roker a brand because they were cheaper you know it doesn’t matter so you’re just going to crush them up just like breadcrumb I [Applause] just find the kitchen utensil I don’t really care what is and just like start smashing away or you could let the kids do it be a fun little thing too that they crush up the pork rinds I’m going to take two eggs and some of this horseradish Horsch horse worse can’t talk horse radish mustard and add it into there and mix it together I’ve used sriracha I use theirs on mustard I’ve used all kind of things you can change this out for whatever you want I don’t really measure I just kind of add it in this is what sounded good tonight so I’m going to do that and then I am just going to mix it up this is what you are going to be dipping the chicken in before you dip it into the crushed up were crying okay into the four cranes you don’t really need to add too much salt so I’ll just be adding some black pepper right into there I’m going to be using this epic duck fat to cook the chicken in so I’m just going to spoon some of that into this pan and heat it up before I get the chicken ready to be coated and in there I’ll calling to add more while I’m cooking the chicken but that’ll start us off right lots of the good fat right there I’m using these organic sanely sliced chicken breasts I like the thinly sliced ones because they cook really quickly and all the way through so you don’t have to worry about them these are still a little frozen but they will still work so all you do is you dip them into the egg wash and then into the pork rinds and just coat them so they’re nice and coated and then in two VPM I have it about medium feet [Music] and there is the finished
