pancakes almost a record you’re gonna need eggs we’re gonna divide them psyllium asked powder and cream cheese but that’s sort of optional along with the options we’re gonna need sweetener I’m gonna healthy and now let’s make this happen we start off as usual by dividing the eggs now if you know there are very many and simpler ways to actually make keto pancakes the most simple recipe that was around even three years ago when I did my first recipe was the shape idli simple but very effective cream cheese and eggs every egg calls for an ounce around 30 grams of cheese and that’s gonna be enough and you can actually do that in the blender so if you’re actually looking for a simple method for pancakes not necessarily fluffy but you know the kind of British one that we have with lemon and sugar that’s gonna be perfect get a blender get your egg and cream cheese there yeah boom done that’s that’s that simple we wander fluffy because I know that I’ve been I’ve been raised on the idea of that spongy ones so I want that let’s start dividing the eggs up in your bigger bowl you’re gonna put the whites because we need to wait for them but real good divide divide naturally divine please divide yeah that’s actually very one that’s really divided I’m impressed and then we’ll put up with the yolk so in the smaller one cuz they don’t really need to be no second bag technically what you can also add to the whites and maybe I will do it now it’s absolutely not necessary but whatever you whip the whites if you’re worried about the whites basically losing the whipping and going down one way to avoid that is to add a bit of an acid either where does it sound sprinkle of apple cider vinegar or a tiny bit of cream of tartar which basically is gonna help the whip to stain up & Stift which we want because they’re going to hold the air that way and that’s how it gets fluffy pancakes visit yesterday yo here I think we’re gonna get 4/5 pancakes depending on the size these are technically sold as medium eggs I think for the weight when I go on average they’re actually between 50 and 60 grams which makes them actually large I expect in general that that’s what it is all right first things first because as usual we’re not doing things pristinely here but we’re doing it the real way and the real way is you are not willing to go and wash your mixer your blended thingy you’re whipping thingy more than one time while you’re cooking this so let’s do these in an order that allows us to still use the same one without having to go and wash it so I’m gonna first whip the whites and then we’re gonna do the rest don’t fight me like no fight [Music] I’ll admit that with the whipping thingy they take longer but they become nicer and fluffier so in a way having lost a bit of my mixer it’s not that bad because it forces me to do that that means said let’s leave them aside for a second let’s take New York’s let’s add to the yolks our cream treat the fattier the batter is usual entities we add the psyllium it’s gonna be easily very thick because Celia what it does it’s a pure fiber that’s why counts for zero carbs actually but it absorbs it’s usually use the included free recipes to actually emulate the gluten see why it’s absolutely not an issue that we’re not gonna have flour because we have that thick thing in there to use now as usual we take the bigger bowl that makes this bulking so I’m using a liquid sweetener because of that of wife sucralose which again if you have seen the recipe there it’s one two measurements like 15 drops and because the third one so look here is we’re gonna use chocolate chips to make chocolate chip it’s the sugar free and we’re gonna make pancake free that means what we’re liking about the psyllium here is also that it will help keep the air in the structure of the advice so it will help keep the fluffiness of the pancake because for as long as it’s been here already which is a couple of minutes already the whites should have been downer than this it should have deflated but the psyllium see it’s keeping the bubbles in we like that thank you this would be the part where you simply go on your honking pan on your own cast skillet pancake pad and you certainly do that you you battery to you sprayed with oil you spend five minutes on each side which makes it 10 minutes per pancake I don’t know about you but life is short so what we’re gonna do in this case is using the method I discovered by pure chance works which is get a silicon shaped for your oven dough tada ready with you oven thingy I already heated my oven up to 180 degrees and I’m gonna spray this with a bit of coconut oil because that’s always the healthy thing to do well it doesn’t go on any instrument may be a bit on the tripod I’m using a bit of a kitchen towel to make sure that it’s evenly distributed and now we simply transfer the batter in blotches of pancake [Music] [Music] right let’s let’s give them a bit more pancake shape people in all fairness that’s alright boom that’s it let’s go in the oven for 15-20 minutes and let’s see how the pancakes for pancake day made action in the other turnout a couple of knots before we actually see the final result first my oven actually didn’t work so in the end we fry them you know what they fry like any other kind of pancake you ever made so you put your frying pan or griddle on once it’s hot you batter it you put the butter on there and when it starts bubbling you turn it upside down for another 2 or 3 minutes boom your pancakes are done again in the silicone it’s more efficient and different shapes and sizes depending on how much I realize that the butter was going down we got four in the end and my advice on decorations are as usual the zero maple syrup because it’s one of the best gifts that we’ve ever been given in the key to life because it’s zero zero everything but it’s actually good consistency and flavor of maple syrup I’ll leave you the link to these down in
