[Music] hello out there kita community I’m sherry I am keto on a budget I do weekly grocery budget halls and meal preps and what I eat as well as other stuff I’m working out a schedule that I’m gonna be doing some stuff some educational stuff some budget stuff some as well as the grocery hauls and that kind of stuff so right now I slept in today because it’s Labor Day and I haven’t started my meal prep yet but I have started cleaning the kitchen from last night’s dinner we had chili and I made some heat up breadsticks where I’ve made something basically took that head dough and pulled him out and rolled him into breadsticks and I saw that on when Iquitos gingers and yeah the women quito gingers videos and I thought hey that sounds fantastic so I did it breasts a little bit of an empowering garlic powder on it and the guys loved it it was amazing mmm and they’re gone there was a little bit of chili left so if we have hot dogs today we can have chili I think my husband’s wanting hamburgers he’s gonna give me the money to go get it because I am my budget it’s gone so if he month I’ll tell him if he wants 10 burgers he’s gonna have to buy him so right now I’m sitting outside I am enjoying my coffee in my lovely phone mug even though it’s really not officially fall yet they September 2nd Dexter is you can see him up there say hi Dexter we’re sitting out getting some vitamin D today upload extra sitting in the shade and I am NOT because I want to spend 15 minutes in the Sun getting some vitamin D today and because I’m trying to just live a healthier life so this is the best way to get vitamin D is in the Sun although my plan was to sit I hid for 15 minutes I’ve been out here for 8 minutes so far I have finished my coffee and then I’m going to tell my husband if he needs me over the store I need to get mail he needs to give me the money yeah because once I come back I’m not leaving again because I will be doing meal prep and I think he’s gonna cook out hamburgers on the grill so that will be awesome which means I’m not gonna have a kitchen mess to make I’ll see what I can do about prepping making something as a side dish I don’t know if we’ll see but he’s wanting him burgers and hamburger buns so they will not be eating heated today even though yummy about storing tomorrow I’m gonna be doing a three day fast starting tomorrow I’m not sure if I will do it starting at dinnertime or if I will do it for the whole day tomorrow because I had my lunch planned with my my peeps at church because we’re not doing today we’re doing our thing tomorrow instead so we just go out to lunch afterwards and if we’re going where I think we’re gonna be going I may not have an option to do anything egg was so I may start after lunch and start with dinner I’ve already got some boiled eggs I’m gonna make some more boiled eggs because I’m gonna make some egg salad and I’m not sure what else oh I’m gonna premix um chuckles we’ll just be eggs and cheese and some seasonings I’m gonna pre make those and flash-freeze those so that I’ve got a quick and easy you know egg and cheese cuz it’ll be an egg and cheese fast I will be having cream in my coffee I’m kind of following Erin to cicchitto and jess from journey to health on those I’m gonna link those two videos below so that you guys can check and see what they are doing we’re just kind of looking at resetting our bodies and our minds because it’s been a rough past couple of weeks diet wise and just emotional and stress and that kind of stuff with mom surgery and everything sprinkle them on so anyway stay tuned and I will be showing you our meal prep for this coming up week including my egg fast for Tuesday Wednesday Thursday I will if I start at dinner tomorrow night I will end it at lunch Friday and then I will be going straight into a I’m gonna try at least a 2 day fast I’m going to try to extend it through Monday if I can it just depends on how I feel but I’m just gonna try to reset my body and reset my mind and get back into ketosis so stay tuned and I’ll check with you guys later hey out that keto fam it’s me again and I have not started my male pick yet but I just but has made me money I went to Kroger’s and got the hamburgers in tomato and people have been so I have him some buns I found some GK sugar-free ketchup because we’re at about alternative sweets and until I can build up some more Amazon giftcards I can’t order anymore because I’ve been ordering from Amazon so I said I have enough now but I’ve got 20 dollars in gift cards I could order a couple of them but I wanted to wait and maybe order a couple of other things with it so I’ve almost gotten other per day dollars I’m a quick thoughts to get an Amazon gift card and that just started in the survey program thing and but I’m only a $20 on that and they don’t have a whole lot of service coming through the one that I Family Medicine I haven’t earned the most money from his quick thoughts that I wanted to check in real quick with you guys because I I went to Congress to get the stuff and I saw somebody do a video where they were comparing rebel ice cream man chocolate chip with the enlightened mint chocolate and hands down of course rebel one even though enlightened it had that artificial green color that’s just fake looking but anyway I wanted to check and see if because they said it was still he’s still really good and it sweetened with the river tall and not siculus impose other not so great sweeteners even though I’ve drink I used circulars I’ve got I drink the diet coke occasionally or Diet Pepsi I’ve got it in my coffees syrups it’s so good it doesn’t affect my blood sugar so I’m okay with these in simplest but when I can have the cleaner ingredients I really enjoy that but I just saw Glinda krumpers I just wanted to go over there cuz I had a little bit of money left over just a little bit that I was saving just in case I needed it this week because I knew I was gonna need some more teeth because I’m doing the egg and cheese fast so I wanted to pick up some more mozzarella and I did get a big thing come on smell look at I paid for that guess what I’m so excited craigers my local Kroger’s has got rebel ice cream before the only place I could and I would have to go miles and miles and miles all the way across town to go to the public’s to get the rebel ice cream and once I went and they were completely out of it and then the time I went and they I wasn’t you know I didn’t really want that particular flavor I’m just not a huge cookie dough ice cream cookie dough or chocolate chip I’ll owe you that bet you know anyway Carthoris had ice cream and they had chocolate strawberry and I got both that completely liked me I think I have six dollars left in the bank after this which I will probably end up hitting in the gas tank just five dollars to get me through to a payday because I’m down to 62 miles although I’m not planning on going anywhere and if I have to I can always ask my husband for some money to pay the gas tank if I absolutely have to he’ll give me yeah he’ll give me that cuz I see him in extra you know here’s some extra money left over from where he did the shop for his boss and then I didn’t keep the extra you know he bets just sounds a Burridge’s a little higher just in case there’s tax or shipping and then they let him keep what’s left so hitting a little bit of that because we put in our bank account and then he bought the stuff with it in hey what’s up but I went ahead and sent that tip so we had some little extra we’ve got a little bit of fishing he always has some money saved in case he needs yeah I need something but I can always ask him for the gas now I’m rambling but I’m just so excited because they had the river watch maybe pick up two of them okay let’s talk like I got the strawberry we said I’ve been dying to try so the next time you see me I will be working on my meal prep I’ve got the kitchen to finish cleaning up my husband’s gonna cook out and it’s gonna be a light day this is a great way to start the methi a September much better than all this I’m so excited anyway I’ll check back with you guys later when I do my middle print fili okay guys here’s our menu for this coming week we have hamburgers – not which my husband fixed and I’m going to be fixing a prepping a taco casserole a Philly cheesesteak casserole egg and sausage keto muffins which is gonna be kind of like they play on the Egg McMuffins at McDonald’s and Friday will be egg roll in a bowl and that will be when I’m coming off of my egg fest and right before I start my extended fast and of course Saturday is Gary’s restaurant they have to find their home so there you go best one we’re gonna be starting with okay guys I’m gonna be getting started on this and I’m gonna be browning the ground pork which is gonna be to the egg roll in a bowl and then I had already browned the ground beef using rest of it the rest of it is about counting as in here and a little bit sad when the rest have it to mix with the ground pork that everyone involved so [Music] it’s going to be if you see that over there the taco casserole and I’m going to be getting [Music] we got a camera here a huge one but since I will be eating it because I’ll be on it fast let’s do that and then I’m gonna take my lovely fat you later to my grand Fork [Music] I believe it mix it with the ground meat because pork pies down can be kind of tasteless so I’m going to add some salt [Music] I don’t measure that it’s gonna be I mean mix this with a groundbait I think it’s going to be quiet no issues so I’m gonna be browning that up and mixing this up and it’s gonna be the two of you items we’re going to make some I’m not going to prep the eggs and sausage because it’s awesome you started pre-picked in the freezer so the whole thing I’ll need to prep [Music] there is gonna be my new crib [Music] change of plans because I cannot find the beach so you think that I’ve precooked last night so somebody either ate it we’re actually threw it out oh no it’s cleaned out the refrigerator and I might have accidentally thrown it out but so Wednesday is the exhausted keto muffins moving up to Wednesday the egg roll in the bowls made me every Thursday and Friday we were having hot dogs for the leftover chili that I made on Sunday which is now in the freezer so to keep my son out of it because he bethought box of chilly tomorrow for lunch if I laid him so I’m gonna pre make I’m gonna bring you guys over here I have a better way I have some leftover roast that I’m going to shred up and piss my turnip barbecue sauce on there this is gonna be a good lunch and I have some leftover meatballs that I’m going to put in a smaller container and put in the freezer and that is going to be another lunch for the guys this week here is my medal practice I thought that I should talk with Castro live to dispatch shredded cheese on it after it cools down then put it in the refrigerator and then the egg roll in a bowl doesn’t it not look delicious yeah I’m gonna put the container on it seems the coolest and I’m gonna put the lid on that and put that also in the refrigerator it will be super easy to heat up so next I’m going to prep some chuckles that I’m going to be having for my egg fast and I’m going to pre make me some scrambled eggs and some more hard-boiled eggs although I have some of them I have five in the refrigerator right now but I do want to make an egg salad maybe I may just be able to do those five it’s cuz I’m gonna premix um cha fools and put those in the freezer for me to just talk in the toaster okay currently I am making some sharp cheddar topples with half a cup of cheese 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of almond flour you can see its puffing up quite a bit I’m having to hold it down I’m topping it I’m putting some of this on the bottom and then on top of it and then once I am done these I’m flash-freezing them in my freezer so that then hopefully they’ll stay nice and crispy when they are reheated for the egg egg and sausage mmm Kito muffin and there we go I’m gonna make as many of these as I have left in here and then I will switch over to the amount Sorella because I saw the sharpener that I have I have some mild cheddar but I kind of want to save that I really don’t have to I may switch over to the mile chair for that I haven’t you I hope may have my mind on that yet but in the meantime I’m thinking something for four minutes so I got 10 minutes left on this one and then I’m gonna make us movies as a kid and I will show you what I’ll make later okay guys the channels are made and they are now flash-frozen and in the freezer it’s gonna make two sandwiches a piece for the guys and I have started on my mozzarella chuckles that is the first one then this season with some salt and pepper I have next one in the chocolate / waffle maker and another batch ready to go so I’m going to make probably 10 of these and I’m going to make some of them savory which is nothing but salt pepper added and I’m gonna make a couple of them sweet maybe more than a couple we’ll see stay tuned okay guys it’s late and I’m going to end it for tonight I have got the chapel’s are made in there in the freezer I’ve got one more in the waffle maker and one more ready to go I made an extra one for me to munch on now because I’m kind of in the mentee mood so tomorrow I will start my egg fest um I think I’m just going to go ahead and start it tomorrow morning first thing and if we go out to eat them if you know they don’t have anything that I can match on at the restaurant then I will just simply not eat until I get home so but I can still sit there and enjoy something to drink and chat with my buddies so there is I will keep you guys posted on what I’m eating and I’m going to work on their stuff right now so that’s all I have for today thank you for checking in with me while I’m doing my
