Keto No Bake Cookie “Dough” Bites


hey friends welcome back if you are new here I hope that you enjoy the video that you’re about to see and consider hitting that subscribe button to be a part of the family today I’ve got a keto cooking recipe for you but it’s not really cooking because there’s no cooking involved my favorite kind all right so these are a keto friendly but also just like everyday friendly cookie ball and they kind of taste like a butter cookie and you can do different variations but I’m going to show you the way that I do them and then you can make alterations to them but it’s super fast it’s super simple no baking no cooking involved so let me show you the ingredients the first thing that you’re going to need is one cup of almond flour I get this from Costco it’s a three pound bag for about $12 three tablespoons of melted butter I will melt this before putting it into the recipe two tablespoons or equivalent of your favorite keto friendly sweetener I’m using the LA canto monk fruit one teaspoon of vanilla a pinch or dash of salt and even though that is the base recipe I’m gonna switch it up and add just a few sugar-free Hershey kisses to each cookie ball all right so into a mixing bowl you’re just going to combine all the ingredients so there’s 1 cup of almond flour 3 tablespoons of melted butter a dash of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 2 tablespoons of your sweetener and then you are literally just going to mix it up until it forms a almost like a paste which doesn’t take very long but you want to make sure that it’s blended really well and then all you’re gonna do is make these into small little balls kind of like a cookie dough ball the mixture is going to be somewhat crumbly so you’re going to refrigerate afterwards but you just want it in a little ball like that last time I did I made about eight so we’ll see how many this makes [Music] now something that I didn’t do the last time is add the chocolate chips so this is what it looked like last time switched up just a little bit and the reason I didn’t have the chocolate chips right into the batter when I was mixing it’s because I wanted a little bit more control probably just doing three chips on each [Music] and I’m just gonna pop these into the fridge or the freezer if you want to speed it up for about 10 minutes all right friends here you’ve got them I just took them out of the freezer they look like kinda like a sugar cookie ball with chocolate chips and they are amazing super fast super easy great snack and because if it unless you like double or triple the recipe it only makes about 8 cookie balls so I share them with the family so I don’t eat them all myself because I totally could and even though it’s keto friendly I probably shouldn’t eat all of that to myself so I’m gonna enjoy a little bit of dessert and hopefully you enjoyed this recipe you could easily switch it up you could make it even if you’re not keto you could throw in you know butterscotch morsels I read that someone used like lemon flavoring like lemon cookie flavoring or what the what do you call it with the lemon oils not essential oils but like the cooking you know what I’m talking about you guys are all smart you can use like almond extract lemon extract extract that’s the word I was looking for and change the flavor of them but the base is almost like a butter cookie or a sugar cookie and the consistency is kind of like the inside of a cake ball so they’re very very good so hopefully I enjoyed this I know I had many of you asking me for the recipe so I wanted to get it up really quickly for you and until next time I will see you later bye [Music]
