Keto Meal Prep ~ More Keto Chaffles!


[Music] hey guys I picked quite a bit of stuff out of the garden so today I’m going to do a skillet it’s like a stuffed pepper but it’s just all in one skillet the peppers are chopped up and it’s pretty good you put some mozzarella cheese on top and melt it and I’m gonna use that for my lunches the rest of this week then I also have a few jalapenos so I might actually do some jalapeno poppers too but this is what I have on the agenda for today I’m gonna make J’s chapels some boiled eggs once the boiled eggs are cooled I’m gonna add make deviled eggs now I’m gonna make the stuffed pepper skillet and loaded cauliflower for whatever we decide to have for dinner tonight we’ll just start from the top of the list work our way down and get through this and then we only got four jalapenos I thought I picked more but I guess we didn’t so I probably won’t I’ll wait tomorrow and see if there’s more maybe make some tomorrow so I’m gonna go ahead and get started on Jays truffles and get those out of the way [Music] I’ve got some mild cheddar cheese that I’m about out of so I’m going to go ahead and start with the first few and make it with this and then I’m going to switch over to mozzarella cheese so I had to add in just a little bit of mozzarella cheese just to finish off making one cup and now I’m just gonna add in two eggs I’m gonna switch things up a little bit and add in some cayenne pepper Jay likes things spicy so I think he’s gonna like these I’m just gonna sprinkle in a little bit okay I’m gonna get this blended up now it’s all blended up so let’s start making our chocolate all right so it’s been in for three minutes we’re gonna take it out and get another one going I only do these for three minutes because I do get them out of the freezer and put them back into the toaster oven and they toast up just fine now I’m just gonna continue on until I have eight sandwiches I don’t know if I mentioned but it’s Monday and he only has four days left in the workweek so I’m just gonna make eight sandwiches and then be done in between making Chavez I have been working on chopping up a couple of cucumbers and I’m just gonna stick these in the fridge and we can add cheese and ranch or whatever like a salad tonight for dinner I think I’m gonna make meatloaf so I think this and loaded cauliflower will go pretty well with that so I’ve got about a cup of water in the bottom of my instant pot and I’m gonna put in ten eggs and make some boiled eggs we’ve got the chapel’s done and the boiled eggs are going now we’re gonna work on the stuffed pepper skillet so I’m just gonna get my ground beef around okay now this is the part where I just start adding everything in I’m gonna start with a cup of diced tomatoes an 8 ounce can of tomato sauce now I have about 6 small green peppers chopped up and 1/4 of a cup of onion this is a 12 ounce bag of cauliflower that I actually rise to myself it was frozen and then I just put it in the food processor I’m gonna add in seasonings you know one about a teaspoon of salt a half a teaspoon of pepper it calls for one teaspoon of oregano but I just used this Italian seasoning and one teaspoon of garlic now I’m just gonna put a lid on and let it simmer for about 30 minutes it has been simmering for about 30 minutes so now I’m going to shut it off give it one final stir then I’m going to sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top probably about a half a cup to 3/4 of a cup I’m just gonna add the lid on let it melt a little bit and then get it separated I’ve got it split up into containers now these containers in the back will easily last me two lunches along with this one so that’s six and then there’s a single serving seven and then I’m gonna eat this today which will be 8 now I’m just gonna get these put into the freezer I also want to show you guys I add grated Parmesan on the top pretty tasty okay now I’m just gonna make deviled eggs with six of the eggs I cooked up earlier don’t judge me for these being a little overdone time kind of got away from me so they’ll still taste fine [Music] now I’m just gonna add in 3 tablespoons of mayo a teaspoon of mustard a teaspoon of pickle juice tablespoon of relish I think the pickle juice adds more flavor now I’m just going to add in salt and pepper and stir it up now we’re just going to get it added back into the egg and that’s all I do for those so I’m going to get those put in the fridge and then move on to the next task on the list okay the last thing I’m going to do is make a loaded cauliflower bake so now I’m just gonna get some bacon cooked [Music] [Music] all right so this is finished and now tonight for dinner all I have to do is stick it in the oven set a timer and that’s it so I hope you guys enjoyed this little prep video thank you for watching and we’ll see you next time [Music]
