you guys good morning and we’re here at Kazi reservoir and I thought I’d take you guys along today and kind of show you guys what we eat while we’re eating keto and kayaking so join us for our trip today we’re gonna show you everything here around Kazi and then every time that we take a break or stop we’re gonna show you guys what we’re having for breakfast or for dinner and even if we’re snacking so stay tuned and we’ll take you guys along [Music] you guys I’m gonna show you what we’re taking on our kayak trip for snacks we’re gonna have some seltzer water you guys have seen this on some of our previous videos we absolutely love this stuff we’re pretty much to the point that we’ve drank so much of the flavored ones feds really I kind of just like it enjoy the plain ones now and then we have some peanuts we normally don’t eat peanuts very often this is kind of a treat for us so today’s snack we’re having some peanuts and then of course we’re having some pork rinds so that’s what we’ve got packed on the kayak today for snacks [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] okay you guys so we just got out of the water and we’re gonna have a late brunch and this is pretty much what we’re having we’re having a salad and we’re having some spring onions some tomato some baby lettuce and our salad dressing that we had featured on our channel and then we’re having some puffles nachos but puffles and i decided to make the pizza buffle we have it actually coming out on a video for you guys later on this week but I kind of think it’s easier just have pepperoni already onto the puffle so we don’t have to add extra toppings and all this is pretty much going into the small cooler that we have it’s easy to transport easy and Makai ACK and we simply absolutely love it so this is what we’re having for brunch and I’m gonna show you guys where we’ll be having for dinner later on [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] we’re back out of the water and it is now dinner time it’s roughly around 6:00 and we are having some quito meatloaf we also can be posting a video for you guys on this one and then we’re just having a really easy broccoli salad so that’s there it’s kind of my lazy way of doing things so I hope you guys like it leave us a comment and tell us would you guys like to eat when you’re camping we’d really like to know [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music]
