yo so good morning is early in the morning out here I’ve been traveling a lot and I’ve been meeting a lot of people who also have taken up my advice on eating once a day so I’m doing just intermittent fasting and some just literally even once a day like I do I don’t know y’all are doing if I’m you get some tips on how I do it that makes it a little bit not a little bit about a lot easier now everybody know about ketogenic diets nowadays and typically just start the morning with a cup of coffee and your lies with oil coconut oil or some MCT which coconut oil has MCT in it has long chain and medium chain triglycerides but some of y’all know that me more global international body came over in Bossier and we can have a ritual that has everything you need all in it you know not only does loose my tumeric with ritual and that’s it and then from there I drink a whole cup I I take my daughter out to the to the park and run him around a little while you know you love somebody need to finish it [Music] come on come on and then I come back and you now have my first thing of water I like to do like sparkling water this has got to kind of infuse with raspberry and lemon they have a watermelon or they have just plain and I’d say chlorophyll and I put the coral for a limit so I think about five or six a day I’m a link I will put in the description some of the benefits of coral if you got a little chlorophyll is coral is the pigmentation and planks is the green that you see in plants and what it does is it converts sunlight it transfers the sunlight into energy mix into food no sugar at all no carbs matter so my first thing is my coffee my ritual country second drink would be my chlorophyll a my water my her drink is my nectar and my water and then I’ll have another drink after that and around that time I’ll probably be heading to the gym that we use just more watering probably something closer after that that’s when ID and that’s you year round three or four o’clock I’ve been eating less and less meat lately guys I know I said I’m not being in but I find myself getting closer and closer to that I was alternating when they found the protein one day without so it’s been going to I’m doing more than one day without is going long or longer rather than doing this making big plates of our vegetables which you guys haven’t seen and doing a shake and I’ll do album when I do the shake I do the Alpha vegan plant-based protein and I will put this is a post-workout overtrained solution and that as well as well as super foods okay so in overtraining solution supercharge your immune system it prevents you from succumbing to overtraining syndrome you know what how do you feel about all the trying to fuck that is all over mine which a body can’t shut down older I’m in the best shape of my life my doctor is softer one hand was now and this is my regimen this is very simple I’m eating to live I’m not living to eat now I maybe had a caloric deficit maybe not but I can afford to if I want to splurge on the weekend to splurge and I don’t but I just don’t have the desire to when I say Spurs I’m so much burgeoning and food when you’re on that path or eating really did really healthy you over the others I already you know a lot of garbage after that so this is it I’m not wanting to tell you to act like supplements as that end all but supplements helps me a lot help a lot of people on you got to be put in a working agenda and you got to be a gentleman so in some kind of physical activity in whatever you do you also got to be eating properly is not the supplements alone is not going to do it however the supplements is helping me a lot the ritual I mean this this right here supercharged is my morning my plank you know I’m saying and then I keep drinking oh ma ma ma ma sparkling water and I was at healthy shit to it like the chlorophyll nectar and it is satiates me it makes me feel full on and there’s a lot of things in plants chlorophyll is directly from a plant there’s a lot of things in plants through the well that hit all these sensors in your stomach that makes you feel full that make you feel associated with very minimal calories you don’t have those sensors being activated me eating processed food garbage junk food and all that stuff that’s why fat people kids that are they just keep eating and in it’s more dense calories are putting in the body with no nutrition attached to it here we’re putting minimal amounts of calories with a lot of nutrients Fido micro nutrients and so we all focus on the mackerel everybody’s like how many calories you’re doing they’re not focus on that I’m focus on the quality of calories and I’m putting in my body so so that’s the the morning routine this starts my day and it keeps me going all throughout the day I don’t get hungry I go to the gym on an empty stomach empty of food but I’m like this in my system you know saying all the water we’re not reachable with my team Rick omega-3 DS all that stuff and I’m good and then a pigeon I cook them up all night that’s pretty much it job I don’t want to give you all the little hack on how to not be hungry throughout the day if you’re dealing with that if you’re trying and a minute fasting for eat just once a day like I’m going I hope you learn something gret nimac but now I’ll link all of this shit down below I how it’s
