on that you guys welcome to this new video as you can tell by the title we’re gonna talk about micro summaries I think this groceries the last week and you guys you guys you guys and my bestest English you know anyway you guys have been asking for me to show you what I bi-weekly when it comes to my groceries and eating Cheetos style well I have been listening to you and I filmed my groceries last week but I kinda sorta wanted to place my grocery haul at the end of a workout video but that got way too long so that is why I see a kind of notice why you see a total different intro than the video itself but don’t worry it’s still good so in this video I’m gonna go into my Kido groceries of last week I’m gonna tell you all about it so stay tuned let’s go I don’t know where this exit is coming from I guess it’s because I’ve been watching True Blood where everyone has some Nixon and I love this show okay bye alright guys here I am with my groceries it is a lovely grocery bag and I just want to show you what I bought for the next couple of days four days I have to say I’m sorry if you hear my dog sniffing barking sneezing I don’t know what he has he’s been a little bit annoying today so if you’re something weird in the background it’s my dog so my groceries these are nice for four days I think I might be able to get five days out of this grocery bag it costs me 48 euros and 43 cents so not too bad for an entire week of groceries and I just wanted to start off with these bars which I got from the supermarket brand over time and these are actually so much smaller than the packaging the leads you to believe they’re it’s so small and one of these bars contains 11 grams of carbs so it’s a pretty low carb bar because I checked literally I literally checked all of the bars in the super-marv and they’re always at least 50 grams or higher when you buy like a normal bar so and the reason why I bought these is because sometimes I just want to have a bit of crunch in my life when you eat keto style everything you eat is like vegetables fish meat and nothing has like an actual crunch so it’s like okay these only have the 11 grams of carbs I can definitely fit this into my diet every day or not every day but um yeah once in a while this could be really good especially when I come back from the gym and just want to munch on something then these bars are gonna save my butt next up Godiva chocolate this is pretty new independence at the supermarket I’ve only seen it in a few specialty shops around the Netherlands but not really in supermarket or stores but now we have got our chocolate this is the 27 percent cocoa bar 400 grams it contains 30 grams of carbs and first surfing you get 2.2 grams of carbs and I’m very surprised because even though this is a very dark chocolate bar it’s very sweet and I was like what what I like this so I immediately ordered four more I was like I need some more of this in my life and it’s also very low carb I mean 2.2 grams of carbs per serving is very very low and it’s perfect when you have a chocolate craving so yay for Godiva Kodak I know it’s good I bus Ari alright now don’t laugh if I do not pronounce this right but I believe this is called chicory in English it’s one of my favorite vegetables and I haven’t eaten this one really long time but when I looked at the packaging it only contains 2.5 grams of carbs per 100 grams so I was like very low carb and this is the red version you also have the green version it’s like oh that’s really nice that starts something else I’ve seen people make these in the oven with some bacon or chicken and some really creamy cheesy sauce and I was like oh yes girl that mosquito-proof let me try that so these are a few of my vegetables for the coming week let’s put that over there then we’ve got some bell peppers I’ve seen people roast these in the oven or on stove and a normal pan fry pan now so come here let me try that too I especially like the yellow the bell peppers sounds like okay these are the sweetest ones so let me try and do something with this maybe make it into a low carb muffin or like I said grill it in the frying pan or in the oven or I also make these ones stuffed with minced meat before with minced beef it was amazing so I might try that again because I really liked how that came out these are hard coverts beans green beans I do not know the good term for this in English but I can I think you can see that these are beans so I really like these I always season them with a little bit of set that pepper and salt very easy steam them within 20 minutes are ready to go and you’re just very good love that to me up really well also very low guard so definitely try this out once in a while then I got some lemons because I bought this new low-carb cookbook and they use lemons a lot for dressings and making baked goods so it’s like okay let me get two lemons not very special but lemons yeah so I probably told you this before in a vlog or something else maybe a food video or a grocery list video but I like to shop with a focus on bargains so I got myself some fish too for euros and I also have got myself met up to rhenium her mix I like to mix us like these because usually I’m very busy and I don’t have time to cry end up everything myself so this is what rosemary thyme and tomato and it’s just really easy if you want to use this for your vegetable dishes or which I’m going to use it for it my face should be open so yeah I can’t wait to try this out I’ve already bought two other mixes buy this you’re my brand and those are amazing I think I showed you guys on my Instagram story so be sure to follow me on instagram so because i show a lot of sneak peeks over there okay okay then something i’ve been eating all week these are turkey strips but really thinly snot and a sliced and very small so they call these on a mute or basically in a minute like ready in a minute and so yeah I really didn’t think I would like it this much but these turkey strips are amazing what I do is I add some Purdy’s chicken herb spice mix to it and then I bake it in a pan add some spinach to it or I saute some mushrooms and some onions and then I put in a turkey it’s delish I love it very light on the stomach and it’s amazing before a workout or after a workout so but two of these packages because I eat two or three slices slice largest two or three slices per meal so seems a lot but you go through it really fast because the strips are so small you just tend to take a bit more than you know usual then I got some smoked salmon I’ve got two packages I sometimes have allergic reactions to salmon but lately it’s been going pretty well lots of healthy fats so that is why I get these smoked salmon just to have a little bit of snack in between I noticed that my stomach had some trouble with the number two probably because I was eating too much protein and not enough healthy fats so that is where the smoked salmon is coming in because lots of healthy fats got some more chocolate I mean I love my chocolate then I have some mushrooms champions as they call it in France and the Netherlands I love soft taking these with a little bit of onions or a few onions and then like to saute it pepper salt and then you know chicken or add some cooking cream and then I make this nice creamy sauce meat my mushrooms for my omelets as well so yeah very low carb and very tasty last few things I’ve got some cooking free right here which like I told you I like to stop take my mushrooms and then sometimes make it into a creamy cheesy sauce well I like to use cooking cream for that because if I buy milk I don’t really drink milk I sometimes have allergic reactions to milk so cooking cream is the next best thing if you still want to make a roux or a creamy sauce so this one and then I use some shredded mozzarella because I am trying to make pancakes with this I had this cookbook which told me or shows you how to make mozzarella pancakes and I tried it once and they turned out a little bit too thick so I’m going to try it again and that is why I have some shredded mozzarella also very good in your omelets and then I have some fresh mozzarella I have the big ones by kobani and what I do is slice the cut he’s in half slice it really thin season it with some pepper and salt and that is a really good afternoon snack or maybe in the morning I had a half of this in the morning today for a win for my workout very very low carb and it’s a different type of cheese and healthy fats as well so if you want to try something else and maybe and this cheese is very tasteless so if you want to you can put on any type of herb or spice mix that you want you it’s very easy easy to season you can use it in oven dishes or maybe in your omelet it’s very melty too so definitely try it out Seuss oh my god you guys I always forgot to show you that it also but some eggs I mean you can’t live without eggs when you’re eating Keo and yeah this is a bigger box instead of 10 these are 15 eggs so yes I am ready to go and got myself some omelets ready in the frying pan and then the last thing that I bought please don’t follow the chair all you guys okay so the last thing that I bought is some organic free-range or is it organic no it’s free-range chicken and try to buy as much organic and free-range products as I can because you know healthier and they also don’t want to support the industry to just pumps our food full with things that we don’t need or that will harm our bodies so yeah free-range chicken which I’m gonna make into something really delicious because as I mess up so about that myself some chickens Jesus Lord Almighty I don’t know what it’s going on but I stumble on my works all day every day today so anyway this is the last item you guys I’m sorry I’m very hyperactive I just had a really good day I feel good and I just when I’m happy I get very hyperactive and just I hope this makes you said that spend a lot of money on groceries maybe I do maybe I don’t I guess everyone has their own budget for groceries I tend to spend between 30 and 50 euros per week on my groceries and I have to say I try to buy as much organic and free-range as I can because I want to support that industry and I also don’t want to put stuff in my body that I don’t need so of course I do not always buy the more expensive and luxury products but when I can I do so don’t feel obligated to spend as much as me or spend more than me just make sure that you buy as many healthy groceries as you can and get
