so I just finish my sure to workout and we’re about to go to the shop so I can get a few things but I just recorded a clip with Dan the general manager of Anytime Fitness Cleveland yes it was something pretty cool you hit me up yesterday to do it just a little bit about me my story and where I’m going forward and all that sort of things so yeah they’re fun stuffed up a couple times doing different try to record so what else record you like that but hey it happens the it’s pretty much fall off see happiness like Australia they’re trying to find like ambassadors for the gym so he hit me up see if I wanted to do it and I said sure why not yeah about it I’ll let you know how it goes I probably won’t hear anything because anyway are we near the shops and then we’re going to head home so I’ll see you guys do hey guys so it is like quarter to four now and since we go home from the shop so I shout out have some lunch and I’ve just been editing up this video so I’m going to take a break from editing and I’m going to do some baking I think so I’m going to make some kita friendly chocolate chip cookies because on the tax person needs snacks and if I can make keto stuff that’s I’m going to enjoy having it snacks a little bit so I am going to start making these make this cute friendly chocolate chip cookies you will need 10 5 grams of overflow there you go coconut flour 1/2 cup of artificial sweetener I promise blender chocolate chips to the free component this is our food we can frontier asperity chopped up Conan queen grams of milk of softened water 1 whole egg from sugar free maple syrup some vanilla space and powder and salt let’s get baking you guys so to start the show co-op you’re going to add it into a mixing bowl your egg use your softened butter your splendor or your artificial sweetener your tumor free maple syrup and then a little bit of vanilla so like it tastes little vanilla you know mix that all together and cream it up I ended up I start off in the club but I end up switching to another mix because it’s the other one wasn’t working as well so I switched over finish creaming it up [Music] and we move on to the next step in a second one done here’s one make sure it’s all light and mixed together and look like it screamed up like you’re baking so then you’re going to add in your two flour coconut flour you in your armor flour your baking powder and your pinch of salt then you’re going to mix that all together as a bond at all you don’t want to overwork it we use one of those for everything combined include and nice cookie cutter gets there you can add in your chocolate and then you’re going to mix that through again not overwork you too much and that you’re going to when it gets there you’re going to roll them out into little balls it is a very very soft mixture for you so be careful with that and this is going to fast board through while I’ll come back when it’s finished [Music] you [Music] now that they have all rolled out you’re going to take a fork and I try to dusted the fork each time after each one in some almond flour just push them down them a little bit of decorative touch yes so once that’s done you stick it in the oven I’ve never made it into a minute right 10 minutes and we’re going to take our here check them note they’re not quite right put on for another five and end up taking about a 12 minute mark so then you can repeat with the remaining butter this recipe Zameen meet 17 cookies which i think food examples put them in the oven oven bake for 12 minutes and while our cookies are done baking is done which means you again so here are the final cookies guys a couple hours later now and they’re still very very soft so they’re very crumbly type of cookie and you need to cook them a little longer they’ll crisp offer with war but I didn’t want to cook them too much long explaining what the boat basis to burn so they’re the cookies are is now like quarter past seven I’m pretty much waiting for the footy show to begin which is like 8:30 so going to be talking about state of origin which is what I really care about right now so until then I probably watched an episode or two through all NCIS New Orleans very very exciting oh you guys a little bit so I am currently sitting on the couch with a heat pad that we have my back wrapped around my forearm cuz the welding yesterday when I go home to the gym I knows that my for I felt like those like a knot in it all these pain and then I tried working out life working it out last night with this little spiky ball I have but I didn’t quite work and then when I went to the gym today – indeed shoulders there were some movements that I notice it was still quite sort of sorry my beautiful girlfriend the one and only is charlie is in the other moment you’re going to try and get release it and get the knot away give the night away get rid of the knot over that one so to start with I’m going to put some heat on it to warm the must lot so it’s a lot easier for her to get in and do some magic I will check back in with you guys in a little bit all right heated it up now two types of pain just remember baby I love you so Joey’s a prequel inflicting massive amounts of pain on somebody in love yep and then you get the tiger balm the birds arrive before well drink you’re right oh that’s good can you try not to stare of the same issue that they could do it themselves at Boyd’s am so guys is it so basically what you’re doing is you’re feeling around for anything that feels hard or like bunched up like a cramp or a tendon or something and if you find a spot like this one here trust me I can feel it because I can feel something like tween you my own kind of feels like in a elastic band that’s backwards and forwards across the top of the muscle so you find the spot where it’s the tightest and you apply direct pressure to it and just hold it as hard as you can and if it is a cramp or a spasm or something like that eventually it just starts to let go and it sort of feels like it melts under your thumb and it just dissipates and breaks up and that’s how you can release tendons or muscles that are are hardened hey guys so my arms is a lot better right now so hopefully stays that way which is awesome that last clip that you saw of Charlie Rose almost like 10 minutes but I cut it down because there’s a lot of stuff but yeah just so you know it wasn’t very short it was 10 minutes of pain but for now that my arms feel good sorry like I said hopefully it stays and it’s all good tomorrow the gym makes more gains but anyway I am probably going to wrap up this video here I’m just going to chill for a little bit finish up this video get ready for you guys tomorrow but got it hope you enjoyed this one
