hi I’m Irish a my blog is to slavish calm and today I wanted to talk to you about a new book that I have just released it’s Aikido fat bombs sweets and treats book that almost all of the recipes in here are grain free so if you’re a grain free or gluten free you might enjoy this book as well so let’s take a look at what’s in this book the first thing I will tell you is that there’s some gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous pictures in this book so I have actually 50 pages almost of just kind of hard to get into keto what ketosis is about what basics you need and then the other thing I will tell you about this book is I am actually really tired of buying or looking at recipes that have 20,000 different specialty ingredients I can’t deal with that is just not how I cook so what I try to do was I came up with seven quote specialty ingredients things that you might not have in your house and those seven ingredients are almond flour coconut flour Truvia swerve sugar-free chocolate chips xanthan gum and chia seeds so they’re not weird you know weird things Anthony gum is actually made from mushrooms so you don’t have to worry about some weird chemical thing going on and in terms of the things that covers it covers breads cakes cookies and brownies chocolates and fat bombs this is my favorite section drinks ice creams and ice pops frostings and glazes puddings and pies and then I also have bonus charts back there for keto shakes keto salad dressing so we tried to fold them over 100 recipes in here we tried to photograph as many of those as possible and then the other thing I have for each of these recipes is I’ve got the macros so you know when you’re in a keto diet or when you’re trying to manage your caloric intake this really makes a difference so for everyone it tells you the active time the total time it tells you the dietary considerations vegan vegetarian dairy-free egg-free things like that it gives you a percentage on the macros and then per serving it tells you the calories the total fat the total carbs the net carbs the fiber the sugar and the protein and so each of these recipes can actually be parlayed into a whole variety of other things and I’m flipping through because I want you to enjoy the photographs are just gorgeous you know they’re just regular chocolate chip cookies and there’s a carrot cake chocolate cupcakes a zucchini bread if you would like to keep following on and as to what’s in here the pictures that the table of contents is actually posted in the Quito two sleepers group on Facebook you can go do that and I would really like to urge you to preorder this book because um if you preorder Amazon takes the price down typically and then all of us benefit from man so if you were planning to buy this book which is Kyo fat bond sweets and treats it’s on Amazon and son Barnes & Noble it’s available for pre-orders it’s gonna be out the 1st of March and for those of you who pre-order look at these milky bears and sort of distract you but they’re so cute I just love this recipe I adore this recipe anyway squirrel I get very easily distracted for those of you who do pre-order we’re actually gonna give you five recipes for free ahead of time so all you’d have to do is go in and enter your order number and you can download free 5s it’s a 5 free recipes while you wait for everyone else so again I’m Russia by the way I do have a few other books so I’ve got an instant pot fast and easy I’ve got an air fryer in the airfryer book more than 60 recipes are low carb 20 others can be made low carb but small tweaks and then this keto fat bombs and treats and then I also have a keto instant pot cookbook and an Indian instant pot cookbook all of which have been so basically all four of those books have been bestsellers so again I’m Russia bloggers to sleepers calm and this is the book that I would love to urge you to go ahead and pre-order I hope that was helpful thank you for watching and please share this video thanks
