hey everyone I’m here with Suzanne Ryan we just had a really awesome conversation on weight loss keido’s shifting your mindset that’ll be going live on the keto diet podcast soon or maybe already has and I wanted to record this quick video for our keto unlimited members they get access to it before anybody else just chatting a little bit more about the mindset shift and making corrections to our keto you know looking back in hindsight what we would have changed you can find more about keto unlimited by going to the keto unlimited Suzanne thanks so much for recording with me today of course thanks for having me yeah so we just had an awesome podcast interview and part of that piece was when I asked you a question and you were talking about you know in hindsight maybe I needed to go through that but I would have shifted a couple of things what are some things maybe just even one thing if you could go back and start your keto journey again that you would have started earlier than you actually did yeah so I think definitely the thing that I would have focused on more is the mindset aspect and really the self-love and believing in myself and really working on my self-worth and I think all that really comes together really well to make you more successful because you have that belief in yourself and you feel worthy of change and you really start to see yourself as an investment instead of seeing a diet or a lifestyle change as a punishment you really do start to see it as I’m investing in my life and my health and I deserve that and I deserve to be happy so I think for me really focusing on that mindset and like working on my relationship with myself and food and others around me was really crucial that I should have started sooner and it’s so great that you see that now and that you’re working on that now something we also mentioned the recording was especially in my experience there was never really a time in my past where I could so perfectly understand my thoughts and feelings whereas when I went keto and I was eating fat and I wasn’t on the blood sugar highs and lows all of a sudden I was able to think clearer and actually dig deeper and not be afraid of that in brace that vulnerability and it sounds like you had a similar experience where when you went deep you were actually able to go deep and you were feeling pretty good mentally is that yeah definitely I think hito was like the thing that kind of unlocked that and opened the door for me to go ahead and actually process these things because instead of thinking about food all the time and using food to cope with my emotions I actually got to kind of get into the thick of everything and face like the things that I actually needed tools faith and work on so the two combine definitely led to a huge change in my life well Suzanne I’m so so happy for you again thanks so much for hanging out with me today thank you yeah
