hey gang guys my phone’s making funny noises today um but anyway day 26 spitting everywhere it has been a good day for the best part I did not know that my legs were stressing out from yesterday’s workout until I went down my porch steps a few times and I tried to walk around a little bit outside but you know more than just going up and down the hallway once I did that I realized yeah they were mad at me from yesterday that leg workout was bit much then you know folks were right my legs need to rest and I thought that to myself when I went to do my workout uh but it’s still trying to do my leg workouts my batteries died now go away anyway I still tried to do my leg workouts I was ok with the Scots not so great but I was ok with the lunges calf raises were no problem whatsoever I’m actually added to new lows it wasn’t until I tried to do this one particular workout that I realized oh hell no I don’t know what it’s called but it’s the one where traditionally people lay flat on their back on the floor and they put their knees in the air and then they raise their bum off the floor using their their thigh muscles and muscles but I don’t want my floor so basically what I do is put my back up against my washing machine and get into a wall set in composition where you’re like sitting it’s like you have a chair but there’s no chair and with that I use my back to steady me and my feet and I push my bum out with my legs and butt muscles I got about three of those done before I realized No mmm that must be a really good workout it really must because my thighs were not having it I was able to do completely all my arm workouts I even added resistance bands which I’ve had forever and I keep forgetting that on them so they came across the beginning today I used them a little bit but it wasn’t till the last two or three exercises because again even though I laid them out for my workout I forgot so yeah it wasn’t too bad at all except for my thighs they’re not having it that’s okay they can have a day off in my Kido day of eating I should have looked to see how many calories I was up to but I think it’s only seven or eight hundred and I think I need to raise my calories because I’m supposed to get even at a moderate deficit 1,500 calories which is already probably about 700 calories down 5 to 700 all the calories down anyway and so yeah I haven’t eaten anywhere near what I should and I know I’ve only leave losing like a pound or so a week to week um that really shouldn’t bother me but do you think it’s causing my hair to break off some and I already have really been here anyway so I’m not really trying to be bald it’s getting to the point you blow it I’m a look like a dandelion okay so yeah mmm I’m gonna jack up the calories I eat at least try to get 1200 calories a day because I don’t think in the day out at 771 calories isn’t it might be fun and I’ve told people before eat when you’re hungry and into your full but I don’t think that’s good for me I really don’t so I’m just gonna add a little bit of something else maybe a little bit more fats or something I don’t know because fats are usually where I cut my calories that anyway that’s probably not good for me I think I’ve said that a bunch sorry I’m on repeat today anyway in my day of eating what I have eight was six slices of bacon and can’t lose a battery power fast I’ve had six bless the bacon and three eggs actually might have got more than 800 calories a day anyway my second knew I had chopped up hotdogs weightings Oscar Mayer all beef hot dogs I chopped three of them up put some Bunker Hill chili on them and some melted ragu cheese or it’s it’s ragu cheap cheddar sauce or something like that and that’s all I had for dinner tell us full so I think I’m gonna find a little something else to eat here in a few hours it’s not that late it’s like it’s dark but because like seven o’clock seven or eight so yeah that’s what I’m gonna do oh I’m gonna give you a little update on my daughter huh she went from 280 to 260 nine point six pounds in her first week on guida it’s like 11 pounds I didn’t do the math exactly but we did her measurements today – she is down 11 and a quarter pounds all in one week on kita sorry yeah so um hopefully next week I can get her to join me or one day this week but my phone is dying right now so if you guys will excuse me much left to go I’m gonna get lazy and eat a little more
