welcome to my channel naturally mikuma keto diet well this is week 3 and I’m still on the keto diet I’m still hanging on I’m still not eating McDonald’s I’m still not going to the Kentucky Fried Chicken which I love a lot and I even find out that the Burger King is coming in Belgium oh my god I praying to God to give me the strength to not going to the Burger King so but until now so far I’m still on the keto diets so let me tell you this why is to take to take your weight on the scale is not that important on the keto diet it is because you are losing your fats you’re losing you’re losing body fats so sometimes on other people they can lose body fat but they are not losing water so if you don’t lose water so you will not really see a lot of changes sometimes this week I can lose a lot of water and next week I will gain a lot of water so that is sometimes the scale can be really tricky but the one thing that you cannot trick is the measurement so the measurement is normally the most important one on the keto diet so let’s still go to the scale I really I want to know and let’s go take my measurement and let’s tell you how much I lost this week 96.5 Peter good money I just had my my white yeah so as you see I lost one point one key know what I’m so happy I’m happy because I’m I’m still losing you know when I wasn’t it also it is also not a problem but the only thing is I lost my limbs so I couldn’t take my measurement today but I will take next week or one of these week I will go right I will let you know how much I lost on my waist on my love handles and my tummy so see you guys soon bye next week on the week 4 so let me tell you this why did I choose keto diet because I have tried a lot of diets a lot I’ve tried Weight Watchers Atkins I tried a lot a lot but there was wonder if that did work it was powerslam I was the face of powerslam for a year I lost a lot of weight 35 kilo I was so so beautiful skinny butt and then I I was pregnant so I I gained a lot of weight in which I’m not fighting for to lose so I was really not really in the mood of doing the channel of my keto diet journey so I said okay let me share my diary on everyone who is struggling the same problem like I do and me as an artist of my work that I do not it doesn’t matter normally who you are everyone is beautiful don’t get me wrong even if you are biggest the biggest person of the world if you’re happy that’s the most important for me everyone is the most beautiful one but the most important is how do you feel are you happy with your weights are you happy the way you look are you happy the person that you see in the mirror I wasn’t I was struggling every single day my husband is a skinny man he has a beautiful shape but seeing him and walking with him and people saying that I am his big sister or and have I am his big mama it was killing me inside and going to the shops trying the clothes and nothing is fitting in it was killing me and I’m going and I perform I’m doing my work and I’m sweating like like hell and I cannot even take my breath properly because I am out of breath I’m shaking if I’m hungry I said it is time to take action so that’s why I am on the keto diet until today I’m very happy I feel happy because I’m fitting in on my husband’s clothes by the way but all of them but some and it makes me feel good so ask this question to yourself are you happy with your weight are you happy with your body are you happy with your life if you’re not please do something to make yourself happy we’ll live only once and no one can change it so don’t waste your time don’t waste it so use every single second of your life actually Macomber keto diet thank you for subscribing thank you for liking my video and love you and see you next week on the week 4
