good my name you guys and welcome back to another Kido blog so today is September 1st so I am 17 days exactly till my surgery so I really want to start working out as much as I can this way I have enough leg strength and enough arm strength to kind of do all of these things that I’m gonna need to do because I will not be able to use my stomach muscles for a while so I definitely want to be able to get like upper body strength and lower body strength this way I can carry myself so for right now what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna clean house because I usually clean house every Sunday um today is a Sunday so I’m gonna clean house get everything in order this way I could be good for the week I have any and yet I did drink my coffee but I’m out of my collagen peptides so I’m definitely gonna have to bring some home from my store because I’m out so this is the first day that I have not been without my peptides so um yeah so I’m just gonna go ahead and clean and get on with this vlog [Music] all righty you guys so I’m gonna have breakfast now after I cleaned my house it’s all nice and clean so now I’m gonna go ahead and eat two eggs with a piece of Jimmy Dean sausage and my zero carb bread with butter and apricot jelly that is sugar-free so now I’m gonna go ahead and watch my Kardashians and just fold this laundry it never ends you guys all right you guys so it’s time for a little snack and I am gonna have a quest birthday cake like I said guys if you have not tried this you guys really need to try this this is amazing so I’m almost done folding my laundry I swear you guys it always gets away from me I really need to like clean my closets and my drawers and get rid of a lot of stuff because I just have way too much clothes and I don’t even want half of it so um I’m gonna eat my quest bar and I really feel like baking today I don’t know why I want to make some Kido biscuit Cheetos which are just the the New Mexican cookies and I can link all of that stuff up in the cards but I want to make some that I want to make I really want to make some cream cheese pumpkin bread I haven’t put out a recipe for that yet but I will because I really want to make some and my dad really likes it too so I really want to make him a loaf and then I took out some chicken and some ribs so we’ll probably make that tonight I’m just very happy to kind of just be back on track you guys and in full force keto and yes so um I’m gonna go ahead and eat my snack and I’m almost done with my laundry that’s already my third basket I have all did you guys oh so I’m almost done already you guys so I made these are the kilobit squid she does and then in here I actually have chocolate chip it’s so good now ready guys I’m gonna have lunch so I have two pieces of honey bread in here and then I’m just gonna make myself a sandwich with some provolone cheese and some mayo already tiefer here’s my sandwich with some pink Himalayan salt pork rinds and I’m gonna finish watching them cuz they’re hilarious you
