yeah someone to show you a few things before I get started on my day my Kido diary and this is my vision board and I thought I’d show it to folks real fast this is just a thing that I’ve been wanting for a long time hoping sick and it’s just my desktop background I’ve made into my vision board so this is the thing but I want when we remodel our house it’s very old school but I really really like it so I really want it and then you see portion of money that’s always a good thing to have some good luck a pot of gold end of a rainbow yeehaw beautiful new Trans Am I’ll take an older one too I’m not too picky the body style I’d have liked to have at the end of my journey m120 this is my triple threat I want to live to be home 20 years old my go away – Siham 20 and I want to give 120% – this right here so you know beating ketosis fat burning say I can’t say energy but it’s drink tape and then of course focus but here’s another thing that I really really want a one-story home it’s really nice with a a really nice porch that’s just pretty much my entire vision board at the moment maybe a little short-sighted but I still like it so but I’m gonna show you how a few more things this is tonight’s dinner it’s a thing do it right there good this is check out stake this is my favorite steak in the world it’s always good and juicy it’s always it cooks up so well and it’s easy to tear apart easy to chew love it there are the spices I’ve been using on it of course token at all we’re doing this right I can’t see I can’t see what y’all can see but we’re having some minced onions garlic pepper garlic salt and lemon pepper seasoning because there’s per my favorite things let’s see here okay so I’m gonna show you what I made today so far especially at four hard-boiled eggs this one it’s one piece of ham just because it was sitting there not one of it and y’all see what I have getting ready to have for pretty much lunch and my dinner tonight will be my favorite hot wings programs car per serving two servings move up to six cars couple cards in that my ranch dressing phone step also had some of this online the pink Himalayan salt on my eggs this morning and a little bit there oh my this is the demon you’re hearing her like you would not believe mm-hmm this is Tommy or Thomas he’s three months old he’s not a big fella night put him down cuz he won’t shut up thank you for today this is my Kido diary for the 226 day of my Kido journey March 11th Wow really that happened fast so today I lost I was yesterday 236 pounds this morning I was 235 point to I can’t even believe these totals this month I might weigh in every day from now on now 0.8 pounds for a total of seventy six point eight pounds since I started today I have had 1200 and 45 calories 87 grams of fat 19 grams of protein and 18 carbs for a total of 64 Espada 64 percent fat 30% 13 and 6% carbohydrates and now I’ve got 244 more calories to go if I want to eat something and this is under a calorie deficit already so it’s like 1490 calories technically I could have like 2,100 calories in that gained weight I don’t know the exact total right now but this is at a moderate deficit so my blood pressure I don’t know what’s going on with it Hiddink you’re not getting on that counter sorry for that my blood pressure today’s pretty hot 164 over 100 this is the hats it’s been in a long time that could be my blood pressure cuff it’s just a wrist cuff and it’s been known to be off before but I don’t know who said Thursday I must stop by the doctor and get them to check my blood pressure just to be sure my heartbeat resting in 74 my sodium must 3,700 and I can’t get it up for that 7,000 bucks I don’t know how in the world folks do that but I’m trying cuz I definitely want my blood pressure to come down and I know some folks who are watching this and don’t know nobody to freak out about my sorry mother don’t see some of it anyway anyway that is my kid Jeffery day he died kitty come on lay off no don’t shoot oh okay I’ll just hold you he was get ready jump on me oh my god don’t even think about it no he’s / not my food in here anyway um so I did up my perching today I’m still down a little fat some Mike if ate them later it might be something fatty not real sure yet anyway much left to eat guys did y’all um I don’t know I said that first did you guys were you active today I was not except for cleaning the house my grandson will be home tomorrow so I’ve been cleaning and trying to clean up the bonfire mess but it’s been raining like crazy I’m not sure what time I’ll be able to do my injury tomorrow we have people coming to pump receptive to me thank God so that can be dealt with finally and yeah if you guys were active today let me know what were your macros today was your blood pressure good today how have you gotten your blood pressure down the past as clearly I’m having issues with it and I’m gonna remember to go take my vitamins right now before I forget because now it’s left TLC autumn or
