hey you guys oh what a day it’s been yeah I kicked myself at ketosis in the middle of the night last night I forgot this is my Kyo diary day 2:30 I think anyway Zac completely accidentally kicked myself that I could taste this last night as I told you me and my husband had went off earlier evening to get a new car me I might stop by the store he’d got a mountain dude and I had gotten done diet dr. pepper and in the night last night and they’re watching I think Voyager or something so they on TV because I couldn’t sleep yet are you sober and I took a couple of good swings it was like this don’t taste right cuz I was drinking Mountain Dew and yeah so of course it was the mill and I experienced no side effects at the time because I went on to sleep which might have been a side effect in and of itself I don’t know huh but this morning I got up and I did my normal keto thing I actually didn’t need anything for those of you who don’t know I do intermittent fasting kind of but I do three meals within an eight-hour window so 8 to 6 and 10 p.m. cuz I don’t go to bed normally until 12:30 1:00 o’clock sometimes later so that’s due to my eating winter well I ate a bull egg before I left the house because most echis hungry a little bit well I was actually quite a bit hungry but I didn’t eat yet because I was giving you to be tapped so I went to Pizza Hut and got some garlic parmesan chicken wings and ranch dressing L both sides out and I don’t know if I kicked myself there because everything I ate one was Quito approved and and everything or if I just start to feel the effects of it the big cake clothes there because while I was eating while I was there I got so sleepy now I guess I could have kicked myself from eating too much I don’t think that would do it anyway I wondered twelve wings my plan was to eat eight and stay forth for later well once I hate they I felt pretty good and full but I was talking to my husband on text message and I was just kind of goofing off and hey two more well got him about the bus now so I just went hitting it the other two and and was done with it but Tom Ament too much hurt I was so tired and lethargic and if you’ve kicked yourself before you know how this works I didn’t want to do anything else I just wanted to go home and go to bed but I couldn’t I had to get a couple car parts for my truck I needed an actuator an ignition switch actuator and an ignition switch for my truck which my dad’s currently working on and I never ever want to see food again ever because yeah that that was a lot of calories for one meal a lot a lot of fat for one meal not too much protein ironically a lot of sodium for one meal it’s like 3700 I think it was and that that and that boiled eggs all I ate today because I’m still full and I still don’t think about food and that I still want to go to bed so I know I’ve had plenty of that not enough protein virtually no carbs let’s face it today I’ve had eight corpse so I don’t know why I feel so tired other than the Mountain Dew in the middle of the night now granted it was a couple big swings because I was dehydrated so I’m trying to rehydrate and I wasn’t paying attention now my heart didn’t notice right off the bat Mountain Dew tastes so vastly different from Dr Pepper diet dr. pepper okay excuse me yeah I’m burping like these hot wings up yeah if I ever order six at a time again I’m gonna just kick myself in the head twelve was just way too many and I should no matter um cuz I ate in one meal what I normally in a whole day so in a whole day normally my calories range from anywhere from nine hundred to fourteen fifteen hundred these wings by themselves were like 1300 calories with their wings in the ranch I’ve got well plus it was yeah anyway I’ve got a headache from him in a noticed blood pressure was elevated so I grabbed a trusty water bottles I’m just reusing old dr. pepper bottles cuz we have them can I just fill them up with our well water because we plate water here it’s amazing wonderful water we’ve even had it tested so there’s nothing wrong with our low waters it’s really good at it probably tastes better than any water I’ve ever drink before in my life including stuff that comes from stores so you know oh there’s my knees they’re popping – uh-huh if you can avoid kicking chef Mehta ketosis I most certainly recommend you avoid the hell out of it oh but you really have a complete lack of desire for anything I don’t care I just want to sleep I don’t want to do anything I just want to sleep nothing it’ll go away in a day or so I thank heavens it’s not permanent and I cannot believe if I used to like this pretty much all the time and honestly I think I did most of the time because food always made me sleepy and tired always made me yo you think if they’re not eating it when you but not me because I like food but through doesn’t apparently like me as much let me show you my little board here today oh oh of course dear diary day 230 March 15th yeah I think it’s March 15 whoo life of a housewife no clue I know it’s Thursday because it’s payday but I don’t know what big is anyway yesterday I was 230 point to today I was 230 even there was a 0.2 pound lost 80 pounds on the got down today we should probably go tomorrow because I hate myself but I hit the baby paper mark and I hit the ad somewhere y’all dance rocks I can’t counter but thank the music so unit yeah my calories today just in them chicken wings the ranch 1360 calories oh what a sorry 123 grams of fat only 54 grams of protein 8 grams of carbohydrates actually think it was more than that but I don’t know who’s texting me no I won’t sing that to everybody on my list I really wish people stop doing that 82% fat 16% protein 2% carbohydrates so on the car in front not too bad if that’s what I really got hmm my blood pressure than when I checked it was again 154 over 101 my heartbeat was 104 I was just sitting there I wasn’t doing anything and maybe from partially being kicked out of ketosis I don’t know but also I drank two of these just like my third one since I took this about an hour or so ago and I just checked my blood pressure was 133 over 90 my heartbeat was 89 so I didn’t know how that could affect both your heartbeat and your blood pressure but something sure as hell is say anyway yeah if you like my videos please hit like I promise this that’s K I gotta write it on my board or I’ll never think of it anyway I’m trying to hydrate myself tomorrow the d3 k2 MCT oil should be here thank heavens I’m ready to try that I hope it’s good for joints like they say it is like it takes calcium away from a joint cuz if I sit too long in which generally I don’t open down all the time but if I sit too long my hips do not want to work my back does not want to straighten out and my knees hurt I mean I can don’t know if you heard that or not but I just pop both my knees so I’m hoping that has some kind of effect on that I’m also taking a glucosamine chondroitin but I take that for my wrist because without it I can’t use my wrist I can’t believe the floor I can’t use a broom I can’t brush my own hair with his hand I can’t hold the steering wheel with his hand without that and otherwise I have to have surgery and I ain’t trying to do that I’ve got what is it de Quervain’s tinnitus and carpal tunnel in that wrist robot so I can’t do anything with it without that pill the miracle little pill that I’ll link it below cuz it’s got all this good stuff in it yeah I mean because of it it doesn’t hurt it off but if I don’t have it for three days to a week it comes around back so anyway how we’ve got below just in case she’ll might need something like that I don’t really know but anyway better safe than sorry so here’s to another day of working on hydration I don’t know how I got out of habit of being hydrated maybe it’s because I’m trying to I was trying to up my salt and actually good today bags again and it just didn’t drink quite enough water to go with it what do you think in any constructive criticism would be helpful or knowledge would be helpful also what did you do today where you acted today I shopped in my ass off today even though I did not want to and had no desire to do so I had to go get groceries and I got the parts for my truck never been into an O’Reilly before that was interesting experience they lost everything but then again I can’t imagine people come in for transfer in admission parts to 93 Shelly’s very often so what does he do today were you active where’s your BP good if your BP has been high and you’ve got it low did you do this maybe it’ll help me I don’t know lovely nerdy in this on let’s do that huh much left to yaa see Omar
