hey guys I’ve got a great recipe for you today in case you haven’t noticed it is September and we are knee-deep in everything pumpkin my recipe today is a perfect dessert recipe it’s a cookie recipe that will have all your friends begging for more keto and non-kyoto alike today we are making pumpkin cheesecake thumbprint cookies say that five times fast this is a super simple recipe to make it does take two bowls and it is a two-step process but barely two steps first wanna make the cookie portion of the recipe we’re gonna add our little thumbprint hence the name and then we’re gonna put a little cheesecake feeling into that thumbprint so let’s go check out those ingredients before we get started alright the cookie portion you’re going to need two cups of almond flour 1 egg 6 tablespoons of butter 3/4 cup of granulated or powder if you’re out of granulated 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree and then you’re gonna need you just 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and 2 teaspoons or more if you really like it a pumpkin pie spice that’s in the color cookie portion the cream cheese portion is even more simple we’re going to have 4 ounces of cream cheese 2 eggs 2 tablespoons powdered swerve you definitely want to use the powders were put you up for the Cheesecake portion and then just gonna half a teaspoon flipped full teaspoon of vanilla extract okay I’m gonna bring you in for a closer look as I mix everything up and mix it together [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music]
