good morning everybody today is March 27 757 a.m. today so we’ll see see the first thing is c3 was such a good work guys as you can tell I feel amazing awesome I’m going to drink my electrolytes real quick and I have to get my daughter from preschool keep you updated today for breakfast I’ll be having a sausage I’m gonna dice that up with onion and then once it cooks going to make an egg over easy on top of the sausage so it can be yummy and gooey I’m gonna put salt and pepper on my sausage egg and then salt pepper ginger in my salad which I usually have all the time with all my meals so I provoke Aloha the 50/50 avocado when put in there in I’m gonna put in one cucumber and on the side I’m just been craving yogurt I’m going to have less than half a cup of yogurt this is the one I get okay so let’s look this up for dinner today I’m going to be making sirloin steak with a side of cauliflower rice and it’ll be like a fried rice style so I’m going to be adding in some beans into the cauliflower rice egg butter onion garlic we don’t use soy sauce because there’s so much sodium in there I use coconut aminos this is a really good Finister fried fried rice and we’re gonna be using sesame oil also for the cauliflower I’m going to make sauteed steaming asparagus and I’m gonna be adding sesame seeds also to the cauliflower so you’ll see once it’s all gonna come into a play here [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music]
