we are making our chicken and halloumi burgers so we kind of came up with this recipe after my brother told me his wife made something like this and he really really loved it so we decided to see if we could come up with something similar so we start with 500 grams of chicken means and then we add in so we’ve got one whole one whole zucchini upgraded these are like super easy as well they are very oddly any ingredients and we’ve also graded one packet of halloumi so it was 250 grams so I mean hold Italy so we salumi it is easily readily available in Australia pretty much most supermarkets we are aware that it’s not something that is easily available in America but unfortunately there’s no replacement in this recipe for anything else we have our own Apple to come up with you could probably use paneer which is an Indian cheese of a similar texture but I think that that’s really sorry if you can’t get no leave me you’ll have to move to Australia so now do we mix it yes yes now we’re gonna put yeah there’s just 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped chives you could use dried ones if you have that and we’re just going to pop in a bit of salt and pepper and then Dan is gonna have to get this work on the way to mix this is read your hands mix it all together really well and then we’re gonna form it into patties so in this kitchen I have a few drops grading and mixing gross things like this and so this is pretty much my recipe because you grate a lot of stuff and you mix it up with your hair the very first time we made these I made it and I instead form a giant-sized patties here I like this size of basically a whole frypan age they were doing in eight small designs monies my brother said his wife makes his in 20 don’t be like tidy so thanks to my brother Josh for the inspiration for this recipe because it really has become something we eat a lot it not only is it super easy or for me really easy but literally what are your four ingredients and it’s really yummy and they keep well we’re happy to have them for lunches during the wait you for this sub leftover and they are really low carb yeah so it’s all combined now so they’re not just divided into eight to make the patties it’s usually about a handful they will feel sticky because of the chicken mince that’s just the the texture of chicken mince it’s very kind of sticky and wet so I just shaped them into like a burger patty straight away you can just kind of flatten them out in your hand a little bit so I’ve just got a nonstick fry pan heating up here with a bit of olive oil in it I’m probably just going to cook four at a time just because of the shape of our front and dad’s also made them on the barbecue before yeah they’re quite good to cook on the barbecue I like putting them on the barbecue so I just got that on a medium to high heat I’m just gonna cook them five to seven minutes on each side until they con a golden brown and I have like a good texture I think they’re quite more yeah did I you’re big enough man so good you can taste the halloumi but the cheetah means does give it like a really nice texture we really love to serve these with some ranch dip yeah you know let it be no hottest Cup and you just eat it like a hamburger and it’s delicious also not just with like a dozen salad on the side or like some pickles or something why does offer like a burger straight up with a little bit of mayo and it’s delicious it’s a great lunch option – I hope we said before the best thing about this is it’s so low in carbs it’s really good definitely give me to try sorry if you don’t have access to me that’s unfortunate for you we’re very lucky in the stress we’d really appreciate it if you give them video like make sure you subscribe to our channel to get more videos like these recipes traveling and just regular keto stuff thank you so much for watching [Music]
