[Music] everybody welcome to Quito California my name is Patrick good today I’m going to show you how to make one of our favorite meals a cheesy chicken broccoli alfredo skillet let’s get started so I’m gonna start with roughly a half tablespoon of butter from there they’re putting 1 clove of garlic let that cook for about a minute or two try not to break the butter weighs almost all goes down I’m here I’m gonna put in three ounces of blanched and chilled broccoli chicken you can use white meat or dark heavy cream I always make sure I buy the one that has zero carbs if it’s enough quit doing this you want to make sure you can coat the broccoli and chicken with the heavy cream so this I’m going to put in one ounce of grated Parmesan cheese I like to buy my own wedge you grade it myself feel free to buy pregrated just don’t use the kind on the Shelf in the canister that won’t work now the cheese will melt and it’ll help thicken up that heavy cream lots of uses overboard use a bigger pan than me here I like to season with a little bit of black pepper guess the sort of to taste you see that the cream is boiling make sure you mix everything up so this I’ve got two bounces of shredded mozzarella cheese I like to give it a little bit of a mix in but not too much we’re gonna put this out of the broiler for maybe 1 to 2 minutes depending on how well you broil the works and we’ll come back with a standard welcome back guys so it was in the broiler for about 2 minutes let’s take a look at it you can see it’s the sauce is nice and thick the cheese is melted it’s brown like a good pizza you know what could I ask for thank you for watching make sure you like this video subscribe to our YouTube channel follow us on Instagram and Twitter enjoy
