[Music] hey guys it’s chastity I know it’s been a while I’m so sorry I suck at this I say it every time but I’m a mother of two now and life is crazy however I couldn’t let this moment pass and I won’t give you guys a new recipe yesterday I received [Music] there’s the two-year-old they hi oh good job do you wanna come up here to be in the video okay so this is my two-year-old Brooks wait oh-ho he is not Kido this is actually Oreo crumbs from a lunchable but anyway so I got my – mini waffle maker in yesterday and naturally I didn’t know what to cook so I had to make some choices travels our cheese waffles it’s the newest keto craze people are going bananas for it and I had a hard time finding an accurate recipe so making it yes so um Zac is always my guinea pig and I just kind of experimenting a little bit with some cheeses and seasonings I used [Music] I used 40 grams of holy and Monterey Jack cheese blend with one egg and that’s gonna give you too many chapels if you’re makin a sandwich that’s the perfect combo so I’m going to show you guys you’re gonna need your shredded cheese 1 egg and your mini – there – mini however you say this is a 4 inch nonstick and a little bit of cooking spurn whatever seasonings I am going through like a ranch seasoning phase right now I use just a tiny bit with some salt and pepper a little bit of garlic and I’m going to show you guys how to do it it’s super super simple super quick and today I’m going to show you how to make pizza truffles can you think yeah we’re working on it we’ll be right back okay sentiment your basic truffle you’re gonna need 40 grams give or take of your choice of shredded cheese 1 egg the few things of your choice and your waffle maker my sidekick had like a little two-year-old temper tantrum and so he is currently watching paw Patrol um he might be back in just a second so for this I’m squatting you’re welcome for this one I’m making pizza truffles so I’m also gonna have a skillet over here heating up fine probably medium and a lid over aluminum foil so I have my – heating up right now they heat up pretty quick it also cooks very quick so from start to finish you can probably have this done in less than 10 minutes it’s that quick so I’m gonna go ahead and beat my egg you can’t see because I can’t figure out how to do all the things today so you’re going to take and I’m gonna try and show you this so if you guys see me catch on fire it’s fine don’t worry about it girl I’ll be right back so I can show you what we’re doing okay so I learned pretty stick and quick yesterday that your dash is going to leak some grease so I have a cutting board underneath which I’m sure probably needs to be something that’s not plastic but that’s okay so this is inside it’s still a little yucky but that’s okay and I’m trying to get all the background funk out of the way okay so you’re gonna use about 10 grams your cheese and you’re gonna put it on here spread it out a little bit our roadies don’t need to be looking from the camera to do that be super careful because it is bold thinking how it goes when it starts to melt just a little bit you’re gonna for half of your egg just kind of eyeball it then you’re gonna take ten more grams of your cheese and again it doesn’t have to be entirely precise so then you got it going you’re just gonna close it you can hear it sizzle and I’m sure you have some cheese coming out it’s okay they’re gonna cook up for just a couple minutes I’m gonna come back and show you guys kind of the color that I liked and then we will continue from there oh and you also may want to get like a baker’s rack or some sort of gritty something so that when you take your chocolate to the other end and it doesn’t steam and get soft and mushy I’ll show you that when the time comes succeed you all right guys these are our truffles as you can tell they are crispy and delicious looking so I wasn’t going to make a pizza sandwich I was just gonna do two open-faced pepperoni pizzas but I think I may just go ahead and make it a doggone sandwich so I have my skillet preheating over here I’ve got some mozzarella cheese slices I did not even realize this was an option it’s the value pack it’s a pound and a half of frigging pepperoni we don’t need this for the vivid but look at that are you kidding right now I’m so excited we have pizza so like three times a week but no carbs for 15 slices are you kidding me and I have some Rios leftover this is Rao’s marinara and not terrible macros it’s four grams of carbs for half a cup obviously we’re not using half a cup for this little pizza so we are going to assemble this I’m going to see if I can do it one-handed I doubt it but we will see okay I’m truly truly torn on this situation so here we have our two truffles I’m going to oh that was a pleasant sound you’re all welcome for that we’re gonna just pour a little bit of our marinara on our pizza I am a salty lady so I probably have more than most humans would want to put on something this size but we’re just gonna spread this so I think we’re still gonna go Pizza style instead of sandwich style we’ll see we’ll see okay so next we’re gonna layer our mozzarella I didn’t feel like shredding any of my block mozzarella and I bought the slices so we’re doing slices so we’re just gonna load this sucker up I appreciate you guys sticking with me in my excellent videography skills okay full disclaimer I’m going to douse these babies in some Frank’s redhot I’m going through a hot sauce situation right now where all I want to do is eat friggin hot sauce so we’re gonna do this and I’m going to put a little bit more sauce let’s be honest as you can tell I don’t entirely know what the hell I’m doing so the one thing I can tell you is how to make a chocolate is it is totally up to you get back on a little bun hold pepper room okay I’m not going completely to the edge only because I’m going to cover this in just a second the video skills on this video is out of bail and as you can see I don’t know where the lid is if it’s this hot so I’m gonna cover it just a little bit if it’s not melting quick enough for you just like a couple drops of water like over here will generate some steam for you guys look at this beauty holy moly this is divine as you can tell I at the last minute pulled a Hail Mary on the play and made it a sandwich it’s going to have to be a fork and knife sandwich because it will be everywhere with all the sauces cheese so I hope you guys make it if you have any questions leave me a comment down
