[Music] [Applause] everybody Robert sighs mr. love crystal look cute of sevens kitchen I know what episode six seven five somewhere in there what I mean the name it’s in gravy biscuits and gravy doesn’t get any more sudden than that baby all right so I’ll tell the ingredients because she did last night so forget this broken in two parts biscuits and gravy for the gravy we’re gonna have one tablespoon of coconut oil one tablespoon of almond flour two tablespoons evergreen 1/2 cup cashew male can use to probably almond milk almond milk coconut milk and everyone X and then 2 ounces of ground beef 80/20 preferably taquito or you know 73 mister of the macros little bit but we use 80/20 and then the biscuits 2 eggs and 1 tablespoon of coconut flour so 2 ingredient business doesn’t get much easier than that and if you use these ingredients or the macros break down to Big O break down to 596 calories 52 grams of fat from 26 grams of the protein 6 grams of carb and 3r wishbone 3 of which are fiber and that is 79 % got 70% protein and 12 expended apart so pretty good ratio as far as he knows Boozer whole higher fat mine 1502 no carbs what made you want to happen on Sunday I really tend to crave like a really big breakfast and it’s Seabury make some biscuits and gravy and I did it and it was amazing and now we’re gonna make it it’s gonna be amazing and then you can make it and it’ll be amazing so alright so the biscuits basically the same concept is a mug cake if you may be one of those even exactly I’m talking about so get you a good mug I like this one because it’s a good mug pretty a critical thinking skills there – eggs crack your eggs in there which goes up and you want to get a tablespoon of coconut flour maybe we get this from Costco or something like that Sam’s but moves tablespoon of that and then if you want them in a little bit fluffier I recognized a little bit of baking powder so clabber girl or glamour girl you pronounce that and then whisk that up and that’s gonna be the base for your biscuits and you don’t want to cook this just yet and let’s decide while you make a gravy but kind of knock this one out over so just mix that up and then it is so easy alright guys so we are now going to add the coconut oil to a pan we already turned on the burner I put it on high at first put a tablespoon of coconut oil in there and then let that get pretty nice and hot so as soon as the oil is nice and hot you’re gonna want to add a tablespoon of almond and as soon as you’ve dropped it in you’re gonna want to stir it pretty quickly we’re just gonna let this brown a little bit you’ve ever made gravy you probably made it a lot I said as soon as it starts to brown you you want to go ahead and add in the cash amount and the heavy cream and lower the temperature a little bit [Music] you want to try and continually stir it that way it doesn’t stick to the bottom or burn all right so now this has been simmering for a minute or so we’re gonna go ahead and add in all right two ounces of ground beef stir that in there and then we’re also gonna take this time to add in whatever seasonings you may want I’m of course gonna go with some pepper and some some pink Himalayan salt pretty pretty simple mix that up nice and good and then we’re gonna actually turn our burner off and we’re gonna transfer this to a different Bowl or Cup something cooler so that starts to thicken so I’ve got a nice little thing there [Music] and let that cool and while that’s cooling we’re gonna go ahead and cook our biscuit all right so now haven’t forgot about our biscuit here we’ll make sure it’s all good and stirred up then when I stick it in the microwave for two minutes [Music] so the biscuit should be done take it out of the microwave and Mima flip it over and then this one who turned out funny I’m just gonna cut it in half and open it like I would have this people break we’re great [Music] ah gentlemen here is our biscuits in gravy so [Music] in this one is a little bit more watery than the last one that I mean I’m gonna have to say it’s because Robert told me not to leave it in the pan covered you might want to add a little bit more flour sometimes to the gravy get a little thicker you like thick great the thing great but I usually do leave it in the pan [Music] wow this is pretty big bite that’s my biscuits and gravy pretty big biscuits gravy so [Music]
