hi guys so today I’m going to make Aikido Big Mac salad I wanted to show you how I make the max sauce and then I’m gonna fry up the ground beef and then we’ll take it from there okay so what I have is 3/4 cup of mayo 4 tablespoons of mustard see that in my little container then 1 tablespoon of vinegar 1 tablespoons of minced garlic but I’m going to put more than that because I love garlic and then paprika and of course I’m going to put my cayenne pepper in there because I like it hot and then you can do one or two packets of stevia so I’m gonna mix this up and I will get right back with you all whipped up and ready to go so let me get to this hamburger okay so we got some Creole seasoning onion powder garlic powder and I like it hi then little bit of cayenne on there and some pepper all right all done guys now I’m about to put it together but someone you may be asking what Quito is and Quito is just a low carb high fat and you are drastically reducing your carb intake and replacing it with fat so the reduction of your carb put your body in a state called ketosis and it helps you burn so I’m about to put this salad together and we’re gonna rock and roll I’ll be right back [Music] didn’t call for tomatoes but I wanted some Tomatoes I’m gonna tell you do me something expert whoo g’vine this is really good and I love pickles yeah that man there hmm so good oh my goodness y’all have got to try this Oh buddy this is delicious so you all know I went to Cabo Mexico right and I ordered a few pieces of for fashion sense I’ve been to order like three three outfits so in me ordering three outfits I’ve got an item free the item then I’ve got free it’s just sure right I love Thai knife I think it’s beautiful colorful this is how my personality is noticeable now I love it so beautiful so what happened was when I got my package I was so insane mmm mother yelling my hair I decided though really low it’s only here it’ll grow back so my goodness y’all this is really delicious get my products I am trying on everything and then I try on this and it was tight as I don’t know what not was so upset I’m like I can’t believe it this item I got for free and it’s way too tight so what I do I told you when I order online I’m really not a pro at it but order online I order up so I ordered a 3x thinking I’m gonna have some room here we go up there Denton Chelsea I said not today so what I did was my mom has a dressmaker that she goes to alterations get something me so the whole family what a girls my sister you Chelsea go to the dressmaker so what I did was I did not want to give this sugar way I really wanted to wear it cuz I love it it’s so pretty I took it to the dressmaker it was so tired our air sir can you please oh please work your magic so what she did was she opened each side and put in a yellow color and you can’t even tell I’m telling y’all cuz I just want you to see and let you know some of the things that I do hmm see isn’t that beautiful she opened it up because I was not giving up my shirt not this time I’m tired of giving away my stuff so I try the same so I’ve been in my a for a little bit because I started a new position and Nour already know how about 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. so for training in 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. so it’s like my body has to get adjusted to the opposite of what I normally do if you don’t like pickles you won’t like this because this pickles off do this hmm so knowing the trainer trying to adjust it it’s not easy so there’s a little bit more sauce so I decided and I want to change my channel up just a little bit I want to do more cooking even though I don’t like cooking because when you dookied oh excuse me that requires you to cook I gotta cook my food I can’t well sometimes you can’t go to restaurants and get keto bills after you get good at it you know what you can eat at a restaurant but when I’m home by that close so I want to cook more I want to eat healthier already told y’all Megiddo means I really want to get healthier because I’m just like my eating is out of control so six-door mukbangs I know I’m gained about maybe 15 pounds and I don’t like it I don’t like the way it feels when I sit down cuz when I gain weight I gained in my midsection and I don’t like the way it feels I’m gonna uncomfortable and I know y’all might say it’s only 15 he knows but that’s a lot you can’t tell well maybe them somebody on gang with coop I see it in their face but they’re behind the table look at their size they part getting away nanny was saying nothing I can’t do it I’m getting older and when you’re older your metabolism slows down so it’s harder to lose the wind I just don’t like that could be my story I feel like I can get on here I can cook I can show y’all the meal healthy and also I want to do every once in a while a fitness blog so y’all been watch my journey I had a gym membership and I was really excited to go and I did amazing going when I’m really focused and my mind is setting I really want to do something I’ll do it so I was wanting to gym like every other day and I worked my way on the treadmill I worked my way up to 30 minutes running I wanted to run I wanted to experience that so every time I got on the treadmill I would do five minutes more than what I did the previous that it was more but my body got used to it but the thing about it is going to the jump working out doing amazing how do they say weight loss is 80% what you eat and 20% of exercise so I’m doing amazing active gym running 30 minutes working on my arms in my legs and then coming home doing good when my meals and then start eating crazy like ice cream and cookies I love ice cream so that’s basically spinning my wheels you know I wasn’t losing as much as I could have but now eating differently with kilos I have friends that have been on it Chelsea has done it and had success it is easy to get off track but this time I really believe that I want to do it this time my goal hmm is to get a personal trainer I just need hell I need guidance when you go to a gym it’s so many people there if you’re not experienced in this you don’t know what to do I mean yeah you can ask somebody but I want a personal trainer somebody that’s right there with me somebody that’s showing me what I need to do yeah I could go online and probably do some exercises looking at my phone but it’s different I need somebody to push me for at least a couple months help me condition me to learn these exercises to get good at it and then I can go off on my own but for me just trying to do it on my own I blow up a little bit and then I I mess up I’m not gonna mess up this time I’m definitely not gonna eat all this gotta save some for dinner but personal trainer right there with me help them in push them in encouragement you know I think back and I got up to 30 minutes running on the treadmill and I probably didn’t even intend now man cuz when you don’t do it you lose it I just I’m getting older and I just want to look nice and my clothes not that I don’t but I want to be a little more comfortable I don’t want to be hmm this is it this is the big thing sometimes when you eat in Rome you feel it’s higher you feel sluggish I don’t want to feel that way and if y’all would admit it you know then I’m telling the truth I’m down I don’t want to be fat I really don’t to each his own hair you know what you want to do but I don’t want to be overweight I want to be here for a long time just see Kennedy grow up when you has a baby I want to be around forgot to get a plastic fork huh a hit song your has got distracted it’s really good I was at peppers for decorations I really don’t like these kind of peppers mm-hmm no I don’t like that I like the way it tastes it reminds me of a green pepper I don’t like green peppers and that’s what these remind me of but they so cute Oh it won’t let me tell y’all something now so doing Kido your body goes through changes like you can get Kido flu you can get headaches and that’s what happened to me I started getting headaches when I started my mind is like hold up what are you doing take one more fire so what something almost went down the wrong pipe I forgot what I’ve noticed then I feel lighter get on the scale it’s going down already and also you drinking Allah Allah so I’m super super excited about my journey I and want to take you guys with me
