folks welcome to Ali’s Test Kitchen which we all know is a lie today I’m going to show you seven SuperDuper delicious easy keto desserts that you can make at home they are intended to be very low carb and some of them are also very low calorie so as always when you’re looking at weight loss calories matter so you might want to try some of these out so let’s go ahead and get started [Music] I spent a couple hours whipping up all of these delicious treats just to show you how you can still eat your favorite desserts on a ketogenic lifestyle now I remember everybody’s approach taquito is gonna be different depending on what your goals are what your needs are what your habits and lifestyle is like so this is just a perspective into maybe some things you’d like to try so the title of this video is seven keto desserts that you should try or something along those lines but the number is seven and that’s because I have found in maintenance mode I need to regulate myself a little bit better so I’ve been finding that recently I prefer not to make my own sweet treats but I’ve been getting some quest for us and leave them been doing me really well because it’s hard to binge on these they’re a little bit more expensive so I only buy like one box at a time and you’re free package so it’s not like I’m gonna go overboard that’s just how I do so that’s my first keto dessert option if you’d like to try those I really like the cookie dough in the strawberry cheesecake lips some of the things that are going to melt first if you’ve been craving a milkshake you need to try this recipe it is a keto chocolate almond milkshake so simple ingredients for all of these recipes by the way but for this milkshake you’re just gonna need some ice almond milk cocoa powder and some stevia 1q that chocolate almond milkshake is gonna run you about 50 calories and about 3.5 net grams of carbs so a nice little low-calorie option if you’re looking to watch those calories so important for weight loss I talk about it all the time if you have never heard me talk about calories I don’t think even watching just the animation watching who are SuperDuper simple recipe kind of hard to mess it up all you do is blend everything together [Music] sigh you know my Bella blender is not a real magic bullet so if you have a better blender I’m sure that this will come out even better but hey even with my cheap blender it came out pretty good okay our next dessert that you might want to try it as very low calorie and low carb is this keto root beer flute now I posted this back on my Instagram a couple years ago and I had it all bubbly and people were wondering how I got the bubbles well you just blow on with this it’s been sitting there for a while cuz I was taking some pictures but anyway you get the gist and that’s how you make it really bubbly but this is such a nice Street because it is also very low calorie you’re gonna use diet root beer and two tablespoons of heavy whipping cream so really the only thing you have to count is the heavy whipping cream which is like 50 calories per tablespoon and we use two tablespoons so that comes out to 100 calories I’m so smart and each tablespoon of heavy whipping cream is about 1 gram of carbs so then you end up with 2 for your final product [Music] this one’s been sent in here so it’s not my favorite at the moment but I used to drink this a lot back when I drink sodas I’ve kind of been off soda okay I’m proud of myself lately I had not bought letter for myself in over a month now and I think vacation had something to do that I just got used to it so I try not to stick around the sodas too much but this is a good option if you do a lot of diet soda remember don’t be keto please the people want to drink diet soda on keto let them do it if it’s helping man lose weight and get healthy nunya business okay our next key to dessert is something I found on Pinterest and I’ll try and post a screenshot of my editing software allows me to do that it’s really temperamental um so this is a three ingredient peanut butter cookie and it’s super duper simple to make basically using some peanut butter an egg and a little bit of sweetener and you mix it all up and you put it in the end so when you first start mixing all of your ingredients together it looks really soupy just keep mixing it it’ll turn into an actual dough roll it into some balls stick it on some parchment paper and bake it at 350 for about maybe 8 to 10 minutes but before you bake it make sure to score it so that these lighten up a little bit and you have a cute little design for your peanut butter cookie [Music] now I will say that when these first come out of the oven they’re a little crumbly okay and it is a low-carb cookie so I’m you know if you think and it’s gonna be like those awesome cookies that she always got for you know school functions and things from Walmart it’s not gonna be like that but it’s it’s still good you know I love peanut butter so I like these anyway I’m a peanut butter fiend actually I’ve really had to stay away from nuts and nut butters and I’ve been doing really well recently and maintenance mode not struggling too much with just trying to keep the weight off so I do stay away generally now at this point in my maintenance from those things but I’m gonna eat this anyway ha dry stuff is pretty crumbly yeah very crumbly but good constant you mouth a little bit honestly I think that these are better than next day you let them sit in some temple where we kind of moisten up a bit then they’re not asked crumbly SuperDuper good like I said for everything I’m sorry guys super good super good you guys are trying to like peanut butter okay our next dessert that is super duper simple I’ve made it once before and my Iquitos slim down video and then turn out that gray just cuz I was tired and didn’t look awesome but I mean this one was a little bit better this is a cheesecake mud cake bug cheesecake anyway it’s easy all you need is some cream cheese and egg and some sweetener and a microwave now my mom’s dinosaur up there took a long time to make this so I’m gonna suggest you microwave yours in like 30 second increments because I had to do mine like two minutes anyway if you’re a cheesecake lover like me oh man for my wedding I’m on a big cake now you should definitely give this a try it only takes a couple minutes to whip up the only thing is you have to let your cream cheese soften a little bit or you can microwave it add in your egg and your sweetener and it does come out a little clumpy I mean I’m not gonna whip out you know the mixer for this little thing I don’t know it doesn’t bother me it tastes good that’s all that matters in my yes but you may be different so it’s up to you anyway [Music] oh look at my teeth okay all I did to get it out of the cup was to like turn it over again at the mug cake but I put it into a glass so you can see what was happening and then I put it onto a pretty plate because I like pretty things really good super duper good come on Hallie I mean it’s not you know the scene the cheesecake that Alton Brown has showed me how to make you know it’s it’s not anything fancy I mean it’s a quick fix if you want some cheesecake you know I’m saying this has actually been sitting there for like an hour cuz I was making the other desserts and it’s actually slicing really nicely I like it you might want to pre make these and then just like flip them out of the cup and let me step and put them in the fridge that’d be good okay bubs so our next keto dessert that is super duper simple and easy to make is a keto easy budge why is it easy because it’s super simple and you guys know I like to be simple so this is actually two servings and I would usually make it two servings at a time just so I didn’t have to keep you know mixing it every night and everything stay in the fridge so I would actually not serve it like this this is again a fancy way to serve this not falling out so it’s very chocolatey very fatty it’s basically all butter all cream a little cocoa powder and a little stevia but it’s real good it’s probably one of my favourite things on this list cuz I’m feeling chocolate thing besides milkshake and this is a lot more calories than that milkshake let me tell ya so if your approach to keto at the moment is to allow more fat macros this is definitely something you might want to try so basically you just have the melted butter put in some cream put in your stevia and your cocoa and keep stirring it don’t let it sit there but bring it to a slight boil pull it off the heat and then pour it into individual containers if you want to make a big batch or you can put it on a plate like this and slice it I’ve done that as usually when I make it I put it into a little square Tupperware and slice it and just eat half of it at a time so again this is two servings so half of this and we’ve run you about four hundred and sixty calories and four net grams of carbs but you can definitely alter it a little bit if you want to define some other way to bulk it up without that many calories and that much fat it’s basically a fat bomb it’s just in saucer form it’s a fast saucer [Music] anyways let’s try this out I let it sit in the freezer so it would harden up for this video very rich very smooth very chocolatey oh my gosh okay somebody’s not beating this because I don’t like gaining on my way back but this is really good and you should try it and one of the simplest things on this list to make because really you need three ingredients you need cream cheese sour cream and some stevia oh and so four ingredients you need some birthday cake extract I made this in batches for a long time I had a little rubber base Tupperware’s like this and so I make a big batch of this but basically what you need is 8 ounces of cream cheese 40 grams of sour cream some stevia and some birthday cake extract and you could totally leave that out or use a different extract like maple or something or just vanilla it’s up to you almond you can also use new shuttle which I’ve done and that’s pretty much the exact same taste the only difference is new shuttle has a little bit less calories so if you’re really watching those use some neufchatel cheese that’s right next to the cream cheese so for the whole recipe that I made today came out to about 250 grams all together and this is about 80 grams but the whole batch together comes out to about 809 calories and 17.5 9 grams of carbs so I divided this into three so not too bad of a calorie bomb for a third of this recipe which is what this is [Music] I’ll be on it so this is basically cream-cheese frostin that’s what Amanda told me you remember I made know when I told her about this she was like you’re basically eating cream cheese frosting for dinner and like yeah my favorite part of the cake I just want the frosting no I’m an adult I’d do it I want almost that’s about it for today oh I was gonna go get groceries but it’s late and I have all this food I’m not even gonna need quest bars this week I’ve got so many desserts to eat I like making these types of videos and then I’m like man they’re really ruining my diet I could not taste the food but I mean that’s no fun I do hope that you guys give these recipes a try and they are
