KETO / 3 Ingredient Low Carb Cookies


[Music] [Applause] I’m going to show you how to make keto low-carb peanut butter cookies my grandma made these they take one egg and you bust it in a bowl and then you must have one cup of peanut butter now we’ll just get one cup of peanut butter it’s pretty important that you measure everything because it’s 1 1 1 if we’re using regular sugar but for the keto low-carb you’re gonna use 1 cup of peanut butter 1 egg and 24 packs of sweet and low or probably any artificial sweetener so I’m going to make sure that’s no more than a cup I’m gonna drop it in with the egg okay now I’m going to try to figure out how they open all these sweet other packets think they’ll do it a few out of time and you just dump them in there on top of everything make sure you get it all out [Music] you alright once you have all the sweet and low in there we just start kind of mixing it together the best you can try to get it all incorporated in there together and this is your cookie dough when you get all them it’s kind of hard to get it started in there because it’s kind of slimy like an egg and then you pretty much just drop this on a cookie sheet by the teaspoon fulls tap it down with the fork the little crisscross design like you do with regular cookies and bake them at 350 [Music] okay so we’ve got them all rolled out and now we’re just gonna criss cross them like you do regular peanut butter cookies and we’re just gonna bake these at 350 okay fresh out of the oven and it was about eight minutes seven or eight months you want to watch it you don’t wanted to get burnt on the bottom boy do they smell good you can make these as big as you want I like to make little things easy to have a grab a cup of run [Music] everybody I’m Amanda with Stan Kingdom minded I just wanted to thank you for watching this video today please consider subscribing and joining our online family and our online ministry there is nothing better more satisfying than to be able to cuddle up on the couch with warm fuzzy blankets watching TV and snacking right and you want to be able to do that and you’re living a low-carb Akito lifestyle and you want to remain healthy but you also want to feel like you’re being satisfied with some yummy snacks so I hope you enjoyed this low-carb keto cookie idea and don’t forget to subscribe join our Channel and stay tuned for more videos just like this one and don’t forget wherever you are and in all things to stay Kingdom minded
