hi I’m Kristy vanilla curb planner and I’m back on my weight loss journey and this is a new series where we’re going to lose weight I will share with you all my recipes my meal preps I will share with you my workouts and of course which is super important I’m going to share my weight loss journey with you that you can see all my tracks I’m going to lose weight until February 2012 my goal is to reach 64 kilo ok let me just give you a status quo on the left side you see it’s my beginning I’m eighty four point six and once it the second week you see the sides are less and even though my tummy is less bloated you know at first I thought it’s not a super big change but today I had a look on my scale on the app which it shows showed me a an amazing result I’m super pumped I’m super happy and this shows me just to be here patient more patient because I’m I know I’m able to reach that goal and now I’m going to show you the results from the scale I lost a total weight loss of 7.0 pounds which is in Europe 3.2 kilos I’m simply motivated I’m super happy that I lost weight just only in three weeks so let’s go so Sunday dinner I had some ribeye steak to do some celery mushrooms spinach with some cream cheese super delicious and perfect and this is Monday I went to my first bar session a long time ago cuz I just came I’m not sweaty anymore because I just write okay just a bit I just write from bar this is another bar studio in Munich which is super great I just went there before to wedding and after just only a few times so I’m glad I’m back to bar so today I did know Sean T bar as a special workout it’s really hard so I think it will feel every muscle tomorrow and to ride home on the scooter which is not far away from my home it’s just pretty nice just to dry a little bit up and just to relax and come down and so now I’m preparing dinner for tonight and I’m looking forward for my weight tomorrow so I love you guys and I’m thankful that you’re supporting me so well see you tomorrow hey you guys I just wanted to show you that I cooked this week’s just only to me let us just go into the fridge okay yesterday I had cravings for something sweet so I just met made this peanut butter chocolate coconut crunch don’t know how this will taste and those are my meal preps earlier in older videos I just stacked em full of veggies but this is just only to me and I just store here all my veggies but here’s just only a little bit of salad and the rest is just cucumber just which you can freeze and some yeah sausage which would just work right tonight for work because we will have a together ate dinner which I can stock is really good our sausages I don’t know if I can freeze them let me show you the freezer which i think is really good all right you prep the chicken I get these aki-nee’s they get your 3 cups bell peppers and I just weighed them and add them into the log and just checked out how much I can eat so this would be round about half a cup this is always a lot of portion I took always four jacuzzis and there’s a lot of factors but I need to find a better way how to get rid of this we get here spring on in Marbella peppers green beans I chose it so I must say this is a really cool way it’s another way of meal prepping at least I tried this week the other weeks I’ll just cooked everything lightly and just heat that up but I don’t like you know when you put your food into the microwave or just cook it again I don’t I like my veggies biteable you know that they still have a bite and also the meat that should be not super cooked through especially beef I like it more medium-rare and somebody outside just leans or something and I think that’s a cool way you know I just cook anyways every week and every night so just the carb manager really helps me and I lost again weight today I’m eighty two point zero so we’re even and this is really good my hair look pretty wide today I don’t know what happened and it’s so cool that I just freeze all the veggies and just put it out and just add it into the sauce you know it just in humouring getting back to keto or getting back on keto and I must say I really feel good you know today’s Tuesday we’re making today a new insanity workout at work and yesterday I went to barn into studio which is super great today I just feel kind of good maybe it will hurt tomorrow I don’t know we will see and I feel really good I must say I’m I’m really happy so I’m looking forward what does what a next day will bring see you tomorrow or later oh Jesus yes it’s Tuesday we always work out that work we do the insanity workout which is really insane just to say cool they warm up and yeah a very good workout and I’m glad of that don’t have to do it alone but I can do it by my own that’s okay but it’s uh nice that the colleagues just join me what I wanted to say yesterday was I was so frustrated because I did not lose weight the last days and I always stress out because I’m making sport and I’m watching my food but this is the same when you overeat yourself then just doesn’t that mean it’s a little carb or you’re still in your calorie amount and it’s always important to log in so today we made a great workout it was really fun I’m really tired but I’m going home now to relax and have dinner hello I’m creating dinner actually I just precooked this but I was used to spar tomorrow so my dinner will actually be Homburg Apaches which I will fry in the airfryer plus to this I would make some vegetables this is oh no I thought it was so Keaney I will just switch it what’s the key nice those are excellent we got here some string beans and we got bell peppers it’s kind of dark here but that’s okay I think you see meat very well so this dinner will be at pretty light during I don’t know I don’t I thought at first I will make a cream sauce but I think this will be just more hey how should I say it burgers salad I will just cut it into pieces so people see and today’s fitness journey was pretty hard today it’s great that my my employees just do sports with me together you’re not a funny thing when I started with Shaun T at home I just had the commitment is only by my to do it by my own you know I just have a fixed time like I do it every day on after work before I eat just come home change your clothes and then just do this board and then I can relax which is pretty nice you know and which is funny because then I just did it like three to four times and then till we just joined yeah you just was enjoying his training on a cross trainer but then suddenly he just sometimes does sport with me which is really funny because I never forced him where I just asked him do you want to join and now I just joined like three to four times and sometimes I just ask him now do you want to join or should I just do it alone by myself and most of the time he joins me which is really nice and also at work I had talked with one of my employees I just asked her hey ID I’m doing Shanthi it’s really great and then she’s at all shallow just bite us can we do this at work and I said sure why not so I do now Sports three days at work and the other three days no four days at home so no weekends Friday till Sunday just as at home and also Mondays and Tuesday until Wednesday until Thursday I’ll just do this at work so it’s funny that I of course no one when I think like two years back I just was asking people do you want to join me to the gym and now it’s fine you know I just don’t give a part and just keep on doing it and people just join me which is so nice you know it’s not that I have to go alone through this pain you know I don’t care if they didn’t want to do this it’s okay but it’s really nice that you sweat together and it’s really great you know this sports is more fun but I also enjoyed do it by my own you know also when we went to South and by very adjust said no I will still keep on going with my sports program I just bring the city I know we have a play station there so just bump in the city and just go for it you know and then my friend just joined so that’s my video for today I will just prepare dinner I’ll try to make a beautiful cook them lightly green beans those are four portions because we’re four people it’s that doesn’t seem very much plus to this I’ll have here’s some sweet potato fries which are afford to guess because I’m afraid that they will start oh no my camera I’m roasting here pumpkin so to that before as an appetizer yeah pistachios for sure yeah just telling me we have a garlic seller me this is a typical Zac which you get in German Germany and this is a typical roasted ham yeah and some bread if they want to and here I don’t know if it okay as well I will chop this on the sous-vide meat this is just fried onion spiralized and here I got some red horseradish sauce I got here some pesto and this is garlic mayo self-made self-made chilies soft ground chilies and oil yes a lot of yummy ins you know I love to host parties and invite friends and always hard you know to be a good holster without carbs so that’s why I just like to find a good amount I forgot to show you this vide and here we have the cake which I tried to roll up my thinly sliced zucchini what else have I got some broccoli I got minced meat I got spinach and I got pumpkin I want to do I want to create my pumpkin tartlets with a fat hat though so we will see the chicken and like three portions sausages so this will be one portion per person so this would be two portions and we have here three portions let me show you my sweets my fat bombs which I did for a snack they’re really beautiful and really tasty yes it’s Saturday it’s beautiful again a new great work out of Shanthi this one as I didn’t sanity that’s just a regular Sean T alpha and yeah a good warm-up is always great you know gearing why the during the workout you know sometimes I hate Sean T but afterwards I’m really happy that I did it and I feel great you know this time we made lower focus so my legs really hurt today but I feel good in our continuing today is another workout because it’s Sunday and it’s a new week so wait for it starts about and I’m really really happy for that super progress which I made in all these three weeks you know I thought it was less which I lost but just keeps me really motivating and yeah my pants they move all the time why then sport I need a better solution for this and yeah I did it again today Saturday off week isn’t three yeah it should be week three and yeah I must say I feel good um there’s one thing I want to talk about or speak about I talked with a friend a few days ago and I was a little bit sad because I had a stack of weight loss I think it was around about at the beginning of the week and I was really afraid like oh what happened why did I gained weight or didn’t I do not lose weight so I get I don’t know worried you know that I because I was a committed and then my friend said yeah you shouldn’t step on the scale every day maybe once a month or maybe at least every two weeks and then you know this kept me really thinking the last days and I said no because it’s really important you know it’s at least for me it works that is there everyday on a scale and I’m also building muscles I know I got a lot of water that might be also possible but you know it’s like building a business you know I got a business with my husband and building a business means always to set goals and to measure it you know I we always had it weekly where we define our goals and then just check the last week what could we improve better and I think it’s like losing weight or getting said it’s it’s the same thing that you have to step every day on the scale and weigh in and check you know because it helps me but I just gained weight like hundred grams or I don’t know how much our 400 grams then I know okay today I have to watch my foods and I have to watch myself that I don’t overeat myself you know yesterday we had some friends over and I think a little bit too much but I really watched what I what I eat I just only had two small baby carrots I had a little bit of green beans but it wasn’t that much and I had one ribeye steak and a piece of salmon and yeah so you know it was really really full and I had plus to that a few glasses of wine but now I know today I have to watch my food again tomorrow again and I will keep on going with my sports you know I hope this helps you and please let me know in a comment section below if you see it otherwise but I think that’s really I think I can I can rock that with this with this mindset you not to track every day and to track every week to meal prep to the sports which is really fun you know I never enjoyed going to gym and oh I enjoy going to bar which is really fun you know there you got a crew you can train together but I never forced someone to do sports with me like like my Tobi or my colleagues at work which is pretty fun you know I enjoy it that they accompany me through my weight loss journey and then they also support me what I eat or what we you know it’s really funny that I also want to join a keto or lighter lunch for for work which is really cool so now I’m just getting a little bit drier but it’s not that why today and I will prepare meal prep and I’ll try to make some pumpkin tartlets I really you know craving for pumpkin tartlets because it’s September started and I can’t wait that the leaves turn golden orange red you know I love this I love the season of the year so it’s getting colder and now you can enjoy more soups so I will create some awesome recipes and what I try later I kind of promised if it works I will add into the carb manager most of my recipes which I got on my channel that guys yeah good morning today Sunday and I just weighed in and I must say from Friday we had our dinner party with friends they went over or they just Campbell and I think I was attacked a little bit or didn’t have to lose weight so I lose lost weight on this whole weekend like 3.0 upon 3 this means a weight loss from 300 grams which is really good I’m happy because yesterday we did lower focus and I can’t feel my pain Jesus did I told you I yesterday I baked pumpkin tartlets and a small pumpkin cheese pie because there was so much fillings Omega to recipe variation on the channel and I must say in my opinion I like that Christmas cheesecake more which is really good and why did their targets with a fat head don’t you know it’s more like a I forgot to add sweetener to it but I divided it into two recipes for the other half of the dough I created pizza rolls which are really nice but I think that those should be created without almond in the past I tried to impress her recipes or I don’t know what else Pizza recipes for the fed had dope but I should just leave out to almond I think they’re mean I think they should also work – without almond because the almond just gonna secure dough a sweet taste and if you make something savory it does not really taste that sweet or at least it has a sweet taste but I need to try that you know but I must say this year’s pumpkin recipes are much better you know last year I won last year of the two years ago I made some pumpkin tartlet a big one which was savory with some pumpkin doughnuts pumpkin pancakes and it looks good but I must say this year is more creamier and sweeter so much cinnamon you know I love cinnamon I love autumn because you know this I did already see the leaves on the floor which just already get it already orange
