how you gonna tell me I shall reward myself Darius’s crystal sugar free destination of Mewtwo I got a problem okay so a couple things that I bother me right now something my nose the kedo car if you’re a keto con you may have knows me you may have noticed me walking around like this no no I didn’t I did know I was walking around pretty Noah excellent there were a couple speeches and some of them some of the people not saying that wrong at all what majority of the things I said but some of the things they said bothered me a lot and some of these keto gurus and Aikido coaches and stuff like that the carnivore coaches because I want to say a lot of Aikido coaches have turned over the carnivore it’s like they try to preach as if we’re not human they try to Pete they tire they try to preach as if they no longer have a sense of humanity when some of them I know are using things and they shouldn’t be using they look the way look because they shouldn’t be using certain things and some people simply look the way they look because they just have great genetics some of us some of us we get fat like me personally I know better to play with sugar I work hard for my body simply because I know better or I know I can’t eat crazy and expect to look the way I look I know I’m not gonna be I’m not gonna have my muscularity I’m not gonna have my Cutlass I’m not gonna have these guns like this if I eat crappy I earned this completely I was a fat child I was a fat teenager for some point and then I was a fat dope at certain times in my life so I know what it’s like to relax on my diet I know but it’s like to just bench I understand that aspect of it so I always keep that humanity within myself but the people that I’ve always the people have always looked great their entire lives they don’t seem to understand it and that really bothers me I’ve seen people say you know you shouldn’t have cheap because you shouldn’t reward yourself you know you’re not a dog you shouldn’t reward yourself with food whoa guess what we have a reward center in our brain first of all dopamine is a reward dopamine makes us feel good and there are several different things that we do in our lives that release dopamine now the craziest thing about it is sugar or certain foods in general they tend to release dopamine so therefore when you’re eating certain things you just feel good doing it well guess what I’m protected sex is horrible especially with strangers but then we have something that follows that and then there’s a reward for doing that so therefore we feel the need to do something because it makes us feel good afterwards just like my example would have unprotected sex with strangers it is not ideal to do that it is not smart to do that but does it feel good I mean it’s sex of course it does and it’s gonna feel better because you’re doing something you have no business doing whatsoever so to sit here and say you shouldn’t reward yourself I mean if food is if food is your drug of choice your own enough to know the consequences behind these things like it’s I don’t I don’t see there’s a problem with it if you’re sitting here and you’re you’ve been dieting the entire week and you’re like you know what I wanna have a cookie at the end of the week how are you bad for that but I see these Kido coaches and stuff and they’re preaching there and I don’t think that’s right how are you gonna sit here and say you’ve worked here behind off the entire year saving your money and at the end of you you want to get yourself a new car you rewarded yourself for a new car because you’ve been working for it the entire time are you bad for that are you wrong for that too is that something you shouldn’t be doing as well now one particular lady she spoke on she spoke on sweeteners and her argument was great her argument was she didn’t really care but artificial sweeteners didn’t care for like the Ritter’s halls and things like that she preferred to actually use certain things like fruit buying dates and or even or even bananas which is more so the Paleo route to swing your desserts and I’m all for that I think that’s just fine I eat the RX butter occasionally often but do you have other people that just seems like you shouldn’t be doing that you’re wrong how man come on now their benefits were rewarding yourself the benefits make it make the diet sustainable how is it a bad thing then when I’ve died an entire week keeping my calories low much of our carbohydrates and I just want to relax I just feel human part of a human culture part of the human experience and I say I want to have ice cream and I decide to go get rebel creamer that makes the diet sustainable you don’t say it keeps me pushing forward because I’m not denying myself willpower is something you have to exercise so me choosing rebel Creamery over haagen-dazs is a bad thing the disadvantages I see now are not knowing exactly what you’re putting in your body there’s gonna be residual cost with every single thing you’re eating you know I’m saying almond flour is not the best flour then go to the almond flours gonna give you a better cake texture than anything out there I’m gonna flours gonna give you a better cookie texture than anything out there you’re gonna get crispy because of almond flour coconut flour it’s not gonna do that to you if you want these gummy bears and things like that you’re gonna have to ingest gelatin you’re gonna have to ingest a little bit of fiber with it I mean it just it’s just part of the game if you wanna quito cheesecake gets away quito cheesecake is high in calories just like the regular just like the regular stuff is it delicious absolutely if you’re making my recipes but no not just lies there’s other good recipes out of it anyway those are disadvantages like I said things about how a residual cost sometimes you’re gonna get something that’s kid-friendly there just doesn’t have a desirable I’m on a car visitor for you it doesn’t have a desirable sweetener in it to you like it’s just it is what it is it’s gonna be some type of residual cost but you know those costs because you’re an adult and you understand what you’re putting yourself into I’ll tell anybody eat whatever you want to eat but just understand that there’s consequences that come with certain things like that I still like chicken wings but I know when I eat chicken wings the consequence is going to be a headache later on I still like beef I like the goat I like to go to barbecue restaurants and get and get barbecue get bee brisket you know I’m saying beef ribs or whatever but guess what I know it’s not gonna be grass-fed residual cost but you’re not bad for especially when you know what you’re going to it makes the diet sustainable I love the fact I can go good barbecue I love the fact that I can make barbecue I love the fact that I have options of cookies there if I don’t have time to make one I can go out and buy the Breville snacks the truffles like whoa I love these things I love those options do I eat stuff like this every single day of course not I do not eat things like that every single day at the end of the day you know don’t do keto your way like I said you’re a human you have every right to reward yourself with whatever you want to reward yourself with I hope you got something more out of this rent I truly do
