  1. Hey! I'm doing a nutrition group project and this software is so helpful! We have to come up with a couple of dishes for a restaurant and I'm in charge of doing the nutrition labels and this is SO helpful, really though. I do have one question though that I don't know if you'll be able to answer, but I was wondering how did you find out your serving size quantity (the 400 grams, you entered into the website). I have 8 servings of 1/2 cup servings for my recipe and I just can not figure out how to find that out in grams to enter it into my nutrition label tool, I've looked everywhere. If you can help, it'd be greatly appreciated, thanks!

  3. Can I create a nutrition facts label with this software using my own recipe or do I have to choose a recipe that is already available on there? Does it take into account cooking processes? for example, fats get affected when exposed to heat and evaporation happens. Finally, does it create the label in a ready to print format? Thanks
