How Much Do I Weigh? Weight Watchers Weight Loss Weigh In


I was like yes yeah I was like oh my gosh yes yes I can that’s right guru readings Weight Watchers and Friends Oh welcome back to my channel I’m love fuller and I am here with a Weight Watchers away in Update I had a long summer full of eating and weight gain I gained nine of the twelve around not about nine of the about twelve pounds that I lost when I just restarted Weight Watchers before I travelled in I think it was June I traveled and I’m just getting back on track now so I’m like you know what I’m just gonna start over it’s a new season it’s the fall my fall weigh-in and that’s what that’s gonna be last week I told you that I was going to do intermittent fasting this week that I wasn’t going to worry about doing Weight Watchers because my floors are being torn of my kitchen that’s being you know having work done in it and I just that just grosses me out to be cooking in there and so I was just like okay I’m just gonna do it in two minute fasting so I did do intermittent fasting this week so I wanted to tell you what my results from that work what last week I weighed in at 265 points to 65.4 and this week I waded into sixty four point four so I lost one pound it’s past week doing the intermittent fasting that I told you I was gonna do last week so um I just wanted to tell that you know about that so I’m not really sure that it’s it’s if it’s if it’s attributable to actually the intermittent fasting or if I change what I ate differently but all I did for the most part was just eat between an eighth in an eight-hour window and I didn’t change what I was eating I was still eating kind of junky ish kind of foods here and there but not most of the time I was eating you know like I was trying to eat more like home like meals even though it was all carryout so proper meals even though it’s all kick it was all carry out the reason I’m not that is my starting wane last week it’s because this week I am going to count points I’m going to pick up my app and I’m going to count points and I definitely want to give a shout out to Angie Angie is another way weight loss youtuber Weight Watchers youtuber and she left a comment on my channel when I was saying on my update video that I don’t think I can really do the like Weight Watchers right now with my kitchen and she was like yes you can you can do it she’s like you can do it all she’s like you can do your FLORIST and you can do Weight Watchers you can get a toaster oven or something like that she was giving me ideas of what you can do she was like yes you can so I was like oh my gosh yes yes I can that’s right so that is totally why I’m inspired to do this I’m like okay I ain’t was like thinking too I guess thinking too little of myself I’m like I’m gonna think I’m gonna think better thoughts I’m gonna you know say yes I can so I’m like okay I’m gonna go for it this week Weight Watchers tracking week one way and that’s let’s go let’s go I’m gonna put in the the link to Angie’s channel in the description box below please go check her out she’s an awesome gal thanks so much for tuning in to see how my weight loss is going thanks so much for all the encouragement you’ve given me over time whether you’re new or whether I’ve known you for lots and lots of years thank you so much for being here I appreciate you and I look forward to seeing you next week with me being down on the scale thanks so much for watching I hope you enjoyed this video if you did give it a thumbs up if you didn’t give it a thumbs down let me know you think by leaving a comment I love my channels lift a little love fuller thanks so much for watching I’ll see you next time muah muah muah ciao friends [Music]
