you’re gonna need fresh basil pine nuts a couple of cloves of garlic Parmesan or pecorino cheese or hard cheese Italian style and extra virgin olive oil boom done now let’s get started because it’s not gonna take long but it’s nice to go through it and the reason story the reason why it’s so stupid easy for me to make pasta is that recently I invested in the ninja chapter by the way ninja is actually not promoting this video I’m just promoting these s contra points would say out of the kindness of my heart because this is actually that good this is under 30 quid and not only I make pesto in it but I can make most hard sauces and I great my cheese is my C is greater actually because if you put these cubes of cheese in this is the parmesan by the way but again if you have pecorino even more authentic you put it in in blocks and when you grate it it actually comes out as the grated powder that you would get of hard cheese in five seconds so why would you risk injuring your beautiful beautiful fingers or cheese grater when you just have this and done now I can’t use of the riend of pan is ice really hard that an amazing thing to do the rings of parmesan that I started doing recently is collect them in Tupperware in the fridge then you bake them for 10 minutes when you have enough but they puff up naturally and you get basically homemade cheese crackers boy you need just the reading so so I might as well eat the parents on those attached to it garlic you don’t need much to cloves more than enough for this amount and don’t make them fall from your desk because otherwise you have just phone calls and you wouldn’t want that let’s start to bring in the basil the basil it’s very voluminous but the good thing about using something like the chopper is that you can use the entirety of the basil and most of the flavor of the basil despite the loop is in the stalk lock just in the leaves are so use it all push it in conveyance it to conform and stay with the little however if I had the patience I would find ilk as malaria which personally is the best extra-virgin olive oil that I’ve ever found here in the UK it’s proper Italian one and reasonably so it tastes good on its own and you do need an extra virgin olive oil whose flavor you actually very much like because it’s gonna be very prominent along with the basil and find that so make sure you actually like it if you find it that it’s too bitter when you use it as a condiment then you’re not gonna like this take one light or take one that you actually appreciate the proper flavor on its own and then it’s tipsy and it seems true one thing that I absolutely adore about the name job is that apart from the fact that it’s basically the same thing of my usual almost blender a food processor just in small which is why I know how easy it is to use is that it doesn’t have different speeds it starts to pick up the speed the longer you push it down it comes with two of the tabs I’m gonna say tabs yeah I’m gonna say tabs and it comes with two so that once you make this pesto with its natural closing lid that you close it and you store it in the fridge as it is and it seems very handy so that meanwhile you can still use the other tab to make whatever else you’re making so ninja well told them I already used to live off of a chopper that was the extension of an immersion blender this is much more vigorous fork of a better word these wills these will stop at nothing but again the good thing is that you do it for five seconds it will just chop roughly you keep on going you keep on powdering getting into a sauce like this best is gonna get to I’m gonna do it for like 15 20 seconds because I like to have a bit of a cruncher for the bits of the pine nuts and the parmesan but you can get too pure cream if you want if you hand it down for like 20 25 30 seconds just sayin now as mentioned you have all the right amounts in the description below because that’s how you properly do pesto all right amounts because I’ve gone literally with the pine nuts and Wendy’s and that I’ve done it with the ancestor way just to show you the method on the ninja really I’m adding some video because I feel like our pesto is not green enough at this point because the pine nuts to cool well that’s the reason why you want to follow the amount that you’ve seen on screen and not just go of your own volition unless you have very good ancestors and mine clearly leaves something to be desired there is massive Genoa and and and the seaside and and I know the beauty of Italy you understand I have to taste it to know it’s right what do you think love the system Robin is a person who lives up to your expectations matron actually I don’t personally usually add salt much parmesan brings all the saltiness you need not necessarily strictly necessary from the original recipe but in this house we are kind of dependent from the smoked salt so we use it pretty much on anything these days and never forget that your sodium is one of the most important electrolytes that you take and you don’t quite supplemented you take it from food oh I put it in the cup already belongs I eat it so to your taste palate and pleasure decide how much sold if ne you want depart we’re gonna pinch it and smoke because this makes it the better also to my taste this is a bit nicely intense so I would have it as a side dish of its own if you actually want to have another sauce adding a tiny bit of olive oil to make it more liquid it works as well so we’re gonna do just that again this is a journey on gingers every day because of how small and handy it is and again the good thing is that you decide when it starts and then it picks up if you just want roughly chopped onions which actually did just yesterday I made shallots sofrito for a soup root five seconds still have their chunks and chops or do you actually want on your cream if you decide that you need a chopper as well and believe in me again even
