hey welcome back ……today i am going to show you how to make a healthy meal for keto diet…. u will need for this meal two eggs,avacado 2 ,brocoli,kiwi 2/mushrooms 4, some bell pepper…..thats all u will need to makeing it… this a diet meal ….and it’s healthy..and testy as well….. i am going to cut onion with a square shape ..and .puting t them into the sauce pen …then i am adding some vegetables oil …after that i am going to add some cut bell papers into the pen…adding some garlic ,black pepper ,and solt… cook them well until is soggy….20 min cook for 20 min add sweet onion at the last moment … mixt them well i am adding pinch of lime onto that ,…. o its gonna be test different ….. if u want u can guys add soya sauce…i did not use that sauce today….. i added some coriander…at the end so my meal is done …..as you can see guys ….its very simple to make … its ready to eat …….now u can add mango instead of kiwi ….but i just love this yellow kiwi … so i hope u guys like my video ….if u like my video then pls do subscribe ,comments,and LIKE….
