was sick for Labor Day we can’t chat it was not funny so I’m finally feeling better and we’re about to go to the store because I was gonna eat healthy bad are we gonna get on our healthy stuff bear bear told me he trying to be big feet y’all try me would be very fuckers gonna cuss me out like I said no damn shit vixie what is that like honey so you were trying to be big beat their back is bad if you want to see what happens no I’m gonna see me with somebody else on the camera and I’m telling y’all now first time to happen what from you but it wouldn’t be for me because that’s not what I signed up for others why would you why would you do that to me that’s just like if I gave another pass you show that you was out that you did gain weight but you said if I know I said bad if I was 600 proud would you leave what you say okay well you did too much cuz that’s not you know that I don’t like if I have abs I did not let myself but you know I don’t like me no wait a minute whoa how come people think why do people think that like having a six-pack in being very chisel is just like means you’re in perfect health cuz it does it so that doesn’t mean you found yourself look at that Boston I don’t care cuz you got rid of Boston I didn’t get hurt Boston Boston everything Oh Boston Kyrie to yourself okay anyway you know I’m saying if that’s if that’s a goal of my life I don’t want to have a six-pack boy I don’t my beer belly no more so if I lose the beer belly what does that mean ten you can have a flat belly or no bit ability without having I just don’t want my belly poking in but you know that I prefer well it’s not chunky yes it is about what makes me feel happy you should be with that issue but there are what about my happiness if my belly make you happy then you I don’t know belly okay buddy Stevo you whatever makes me happy should make you happy because you should want to see me happy make you happy I think that that’s a bad message to put out Mayo if I look this way I finally be happy no you won’t if you have a problem with your body image that’s a problem with you but you know there’s nothing wrong I you know I don’t you look you know me you are what a little anyway you take it how you and taking you you know my company and you need to come down yeah I know I meet a lot of people saying there but he got that confidence this kind of like he tried to throw it in your face he’ll die Dakota is like I just live my life he gotta throw your face unless you know to get healthy food because they’re trying to get a six-pack I’m trying to get help people because I don’t even know why I’m trying to get healthy food obviously y’all I just feel like I said I’m still trying to figure out nutrition because like along the terms of like diet culture I realize that I do actually like vegetables that healthy stuff and I thought I didn’t like it and now I’m like what how come nobody really taught me about eating simple and healthy as a child and maybe I would have never had to go through all that and I know right so that’s why I’m we’re really gonna be big feelings but everybody in the green we don’t hurt Beth in the job I’m drinking water by the way are you guys so shocked and surprised are you really yes wait why was they like a huge thing are you religious in water your mama don’t drink water I do eat water I drink enough well not really I don’t drink enough but I drink so it is okay what they mean it’s a hair [Music] okay so look we have issues I told you guys about the crispy bell peppers for the stylus and I can’t find it anywhere John jalapenos yes who bought out of bell peppers okay y’all we tried to get veggies but we couldn’t cuz they didn’t have my Brussels sprouts cut up and it didn’t have broccoli in the bag so we’re gonna have to go get more veggies but we do have protein pasta and there’s always a place and I know you guys hate my fair life milk but it’s the only protein you know that I can find what okay in other news do you guys see a hundred dollars like ninety dollars here cuz I don’t I don’t see ninety dollars but anyway let’s go ahead and do this girls y’all cuz I’m irritated and I’m hungry oh but before we start remember when I talked to you guys about I think Bart’s in the last vlog so there go there pretty good they don’t look very great this is the lemon meringue flavor actually sorry this women delight and it’s pretty good I mean it’s a protein bar so you know take that hi mate hi baby alright so far our proteins this week I have chicken tender chicken breast tenders ground beef of course 97% leek 97 I like 93% lean and some rib eye steak so I mean that is $4 so maybe that’s why it was a little high me and bear got some of these rice cakes I already opened on do you send them in churros they’re pretty good and he got a ranch flavor I don’t know how about that but the cinnamon cinnamon churros I pretty freaking good lemon and cucumber for my water we got the Chipotle barbecue pistachios yeah these are probably gonna be very for our tasting I got some spaghetti protein noodles because they’re like Cynthia noodles we already mentioned like in a previous vlog I don’t know if you guys remember but I prefer the penne noodles but anyway we got these and they’re made with egg whites they still have some grain in them but they have egg whites in them as well that’s how it’s able to be higher protein actually let me see it 17 grams for about 2 ounces hmm so yeah that’s pretty good and I have some red goo here sauteed lean and garlic for the noodles and some Parmesan cheese for the noodles and as I already mentioned I have my freaking fair life milk I know you guys hate it or some of you do but it’s the protein milk and I can’t find anything else and I don’t know I’m sorry [Laughter] and then so the Arden garden is bears cuz I don’t care for Arden garden but this is cranberry apple and on bear also has these freaking cheerios I would not have purchased this you guys because big operations big feet no I’m like so I’m probably gonna eat some it’s okay it’s okay we don’t restrict here so it’s fine but I’m trying to be less processed and I think this haul is a good representation of that besides be but this is not that bad it’s just freaking rice cakes we have these little sugar packets to put in bears water those are heads as well cuz I’m trying to lean more toward water with like fruit in it or veggies if you count the cucumbers bare I also got these um no actually this is mine we got two cans oh my god are we missing girl sure usually has to be missing groceries oh my god we’re missing some stuff we gotta because I know I got to cancer this which means we left some stuff there anyway these are southern style white beans and yeah it sounds really good says brilliant garlic in baking so these sounds it and bear has these soups broccoli cheese and tomatoes with penne again these are he’s I’m trying to have Whole Foods in my life yeah so we got breakfast right there lettuce and we’re gonna have to go back to the store to get more Brussels sprouts and broccoli as well and now I’m trying to figure out what are we left and I know you’re that stuff because we had two cans of this which means something is missing y’all and it’s irritating me because I can’t think about what it is hey guys so our change okay uh y’all know I miss I wasn’t a gym and then I ran went to another Kroger so to complete the grocery Hawk was with child saw child it was pitiful we need to handle veggies so I went got us veggies so I got this big bag of broccoli some more Brussels sprouts cuz be that are veggies we pretty much gonna have I got us some of these little potatoes and I’m really into right now I got some more freaking rice cakes on top of the rice cake that I showed you guys cuz I was eating them and they were so good and they are a good life replacement for me even cookie cuz I’ve eaten a lot of cookies y’all so this is gonna be a place of the cookies I don’t know about the cheese ones but I’m a triumph I got some more yogurt Greek of course cuz this is the only this is the only Greek yogurt that I actually like which is add an enlightened fit and it is 12 grams of protein so that’s awesome and for my little sweet tooth that I seem to have all of a sudden I got some whipped cream for it so I can make it more sweet and I also have like some freeze-dried fruit from Trader Joe’s that I have for a while that I can eat with this too and I got these chicken sausages to try they are spinach and grit green which is the type of cheese if you don’t know and the macros are my pretty good so they’re 150 calories per link and 14 grams of protein so yay for that I got a big ol jar of minced garlic cuz you guys know I love garlic so I just was like hey stop being cheap and get the big drunk because you’re going to use it and then I got these little Harvey’s snaps Greenpeace neck Chris y’all I’m really trying to live my life like instead of chips and stuff even off stilletos just trying to find like healthy alternatives so I’m gonna actually taste this and also I got some more low-carb ice cream not low carb low calorie ice cream it’s key lime pie flavor but it’s in the freezer because it was really high so I wanted like try to give it a chance to cool out while I was doing this I’m gonna taste that too for you guys alright so it tastes of these little cameras just so I can let y’all know it’s been good to go get some that’s the whole purpose of this so I really need to eat y’all they smell like cheese they smell really good they actually you guys you know these are it’s parmesan Parmesan roasted garlic sorry my autofocus is not doing the business and it tastes like when I well it smells like when I make pesto noodles I hope it tastes like it smells it’s not nasty yeah I like it 22 pieces of this is 130 calories a little bit of protein in there five Grammys and they have different flavors on I’ll try them yeah okay alright see you go you got the trust of okay so now I’m gonna try this ice cream from Kroger its locale light ice cream 24 grams of protein per pint and 320 calories for the whole part I know you guys have seen this before but I’ve never tried it um I was looking for it like in it look like in like it fell off cuz I can only find like maybe three flavors and it’s the boring flavors and now that I had enlightened halo top this won’t do but where the hell is all there like in flavors anyway y’all this is Key Lime ice cream yeah Key Lime Pie actually in this smells just like key limes and it smells really good it’s really soft too oh this is pretty damn good okay it’s really limey I like it look at me coming through with all the healthy alternatives I feel great that’s mostly because of the gym though but um I’m about to be real with child and show y’all what we working with for operation thick thick so yeah let’s head on to the bathroom shout all right you guys so here is a body I don’t know it’s not really an update it’s the first time doing it but I’m going to do it up next I want to show you guys what was looking with I hate my arms I think I’ve mentioned that in a lot of like bathing suit all these arms child are not muscle like most of our muscles in my lower body um so operation big B is basically not going to be about losing weight because I may not lose anyway because muscle weighs more than fat I may actually stay the same I don’t care what I do care about is this like I want to try to get my body fat percentage down as you can see like I had like the little extra fat and it’s crazy because like my stomach is you guys can see it’s pretty freakin rad like my stomach is not the problem my problem areas are my arms like my back a lot you guys be like the little fat hanging down here like those are my problem I don’t have this lower belly fat here but like I’m not really worried about that too much because hey it’s okay but I have all of this freaking fat Pierce oh yeah I don’t know I was holding it just put the camera down and you guys could see better so I just flap your arms but I really really hate I’ve always hated my arms and oh yes me flexing yes yes no no so yeah it sounds like not flexing I look playing y’all but then when I do my little pose y’all what what y’all fix tripping okay let me tell you right up for the bag so let me show you guys y’all see bit okay yeah we trying to lose some body fat so that’s gonna be operation big feet um guys we starting basically said to first and we’re gonna see what we look like at the end of the month um I’m thinking well I pretty much do food diaries on my head bring each page follow I need to be more consistent I will starting will I see this video but yes so again the goal is not really to lose weight I may not lose pounds but I don’t want to lower my body fat percentage I have a scale that counts you know muscle mass and body fat percentage here all of that and like I was talking on Instagram the other day my man Instagram you don’t follow me you should I was talking about how like people really don’t believe that I weighed 240 pounds but like 160 pounds of that or so is muscle so that’s why you know I don’t really look too bad off but I’m stopped I’m really really soft which is cool I don’t mind me a song but like these arms and like the little extra fat appearing like my back fat ciao I’m real tired I worked too hard to do for this but yeah that’s pretty much it for this vlog guys thank you so much for watching as always and I hope make some real progress me
