hello everybody welcome to my channel my name is christy and today i have a grocery haul and meal plan for you guys this one is quito approved like all the others that i’ve been putting up lately so slightly smaller budget than our normal which is one hundred and twenty dollars a week because we made a trip to sam’s so make sure if that video is out you guys check it out i’ll have it linked for you if it is if not stay tuned we went to sam’s and we spend a ton money let’s go ahead and start with Aldi we needed some almond milk so I picked up the vanilla and sweetened this time it’s got like less than one carb we got eggs we really didn’t need too many I think we still have one or two left so basically what our eggs are used for are making chocolate go ahead and get three meats I picked up the center cut pork chops this again staple the kids love these kerrigan loves to take them in our lunch they love to make sandwiches out of them these are just always a huge hit there’s enough in here so that we can have dinner and also lunch the next day I did pick up some of the never any chicken breast tenderloins you can see the process over here 460 I’ll cut these up into little pieces and I will let those soak in pickle juice over not and then I will coat those with some pork rinds and these come out tasting just like chick-fil-a chicken nuggets it’s absolutely amazing and we’ve been doing this since January guys the kids love it they’re good is leftovers it’s amazing I did pick up just one beef sorry I got water everywhere or maybe pickle juice we’ll get to that minute and this is the 100% grass-fed ground beef simply nature here’s what it looks like I usually pick up three of these but we want a gift card to the farmers market here and we picked up some beef at the farmers market so I just wanted to pick up one of these these are organic I fear that get some of the many cucumbers for the girls that they love to take those in their lunch and they didn’t have them last week so I went ahead and got one bag of those got one unsalted butter we still have a whole one in the fridge we didn’t go through that much butter I’m gonna be making it some condiments myself this week I picked up the wish to share sauce that’s there at Aldi because it’s only 99 cents I’m not a huge fan of the ingredients um yeah what is it when a teaspoon is one carbohydrate and that is sugar of course it does have molasses and sugar in the ingredients but I will be using so little of that I hope it’s not going to affect us too much I will keep you posted and here’s what’s everywhere they had in Chris and Bradley’s pickles these are the atomic spicy fresh deli pickles they’re in the refrigerated section these were the only two they had and Chris said get them both I was on the phone with him when I was there they absolutely love these things they don’t have them in all year-round so when they do I try to stock up but one of these will be gone in like 24 hours and Chris and Preston even drink the juice out of here it’s supposed to be good for electrolytes but let me tell you I did taste these pickles and they are spicy and that juice oh my goodness if it will knock you down so everything that I picked up at Aldi this week if this will focus equals totaled 34 dollars and 26 cents and that is with my tax so we will show you what I got at Walmart next here is my Walmart grocery pickup it was only $38 this time so that brings my total to $73 I believe for the week and that was again because we went to Sam’s and picked up a lot of things in bulk so let’s go over what I picked up got the extreme wellness car but lien wraps for Briley these are the ones I pick up that she likes but two big blocks of cheese it this week got the medium cheddar and also the mozzarella these are the one-pound blocks two cans of the great value of green beans picked up our favorite sweetener this is keto friendly and this is the pure this is the organic stevia got one of the heavy whipping cream so I want to thank everybody for all their suggestions on where to pick up one without care gin but we don’t have a Trader Joe’s or a Whole Foods or any of those things in our areas so I’m still looking for that I did get this for Carrigan this is the real good poppers this is only three carbs for serving it I think it might even be less than that when you take out the net carbs videos I picked these up for her for her lunch this week for school I did get two pans of the chicken breast this is just a great value it chunks it chicken breast and this is just packed in water and then I did get four things of meats this is the Hormel natural choice with no preservatives I got two of the applewood smoked deli turkey and two of the cherry wood smoked daily hams so that’s it really small haul this week okay it’s early morning so I may be all over the place with this I’m sitting here at the table drinking my Zipf is that trying to get a little bit of energy and to get going but I wanted to go over my meal plan with you guys for the 8th through the 14th of September okay so on Sunday we’re going to do our Sunday dinner that’s our tradition now we’re going to have ribs I’m gonna do some pork chops also and we’re gonna have green beans probably some steamed broccoli and I’m gonna make some biscuits from the southern keto cookbook like what it’s called but I’m gonna have a big dinner here and we have really enjoyed doing that we have a good time of course when we’re all together and we don’t get to do it that often because Preston works so much and with Chris out of town so anytime I can I want to get us all together on Monday I’m gonna do my copycat chick-fil-a daggits I brought this to you guys I think you know what I eat in a day video months and months ago I think probably like January or February and now everybody is making these and then I’m gonna just cut up some cucumbers with some celery and we’ll have some ranch dressing to go with that this one is sort of a kid’s not on the 10th which is Tuesday I’m gonna make sloppy joes we’re gonna do like an open-faced sloppy joe and I’m only gonna have like one chocolate on the bottom we’ll put a big scoop of the sloppy joe mix on top and then I’m going to sprinkle that with cheese of course and more broccoli and I’ll probably add that chef shammies garlic butter to it that stuff is addictive I need to go ahead and stock up before I can’t find it any more exams and if you’ve not seen my Sam salt make sure you check it out I will have it linked below for you guys so on Wednesday we’re just doing leftovers Broly has started back on some extracurricular things that she’s doing she’s taking an acting class on Wednesday nights and she has tried out for a performance of the Nutcracker and she’s going to be in that so we got a lot going on on Wednesday nights now on Thursday I’m gonna do biscuits gravy scrambled eggs and hash brown casserole again that’s from the southern keto cookbook so I’m looking forward to making that we’re just going to have it breakfast for dinner love doing that then on Friday remember Friday is turned into our pizza night we watch a movie or last week we watched paul Blart again but Briley had never seen it so we had a good time we had pizza watch paul Blart this Friday I’m not sure what we’re gonna watch I’m not you know what they might be going to a ballgame so we may have to eat early and miss the movie so you may be going to a football game I’m not sure anyway sweets are not gonna have pizza bites these are kedo kid-friendly absolutely amazing very versatile you can add any meat you want to them I made these I have an entire keto recipe playlist I’ll have linked for you guys at the very end of this video but these pizza bites are a huge hit and that the girls even like to eat them cold in their lunches and on Saturday I’m doing my bacon cheeseburger in a bowl this has become like a family favorite also we’ve not had it the whole month of September so I’m gonna go ahead and fix it here it’s absolutely delicious if you’ve not tried this one and you’re doing keto or low carb or you just don’t like to eat as much
