Grocery Haul & Meal Plan🥑Sept 1-7, 2019🥑Keto Approved


hello everybody welcome to my channel my name is Christy today I have a grocery haul a meal plan for you guys eggie and it’s not broke don’t fix it this is a Walmart grocery haul and an Aldi a grocery family and make sure you follow me on instagram for sneak peeks okay let’s go right here and let me show you what we got here is my Walmart grocery to pick up haul for this week everything you see here was fifty five dollars I got to use the $10 off from a referral so it made everything here forty five dollars if you’ve not tried the Walmart grocery pick up I will have a link below for you guys and you get $10 off your first order this is the first week that I’ve ever had any issues and I’ll go over those as we talk about the items so let me tell you what I’ll a picked up got a few new things this week we picked up is a 32 ounce bag of broccoli you know I’ve been having issues getting my broccoli to all these so I went ahead and got this big one it for the week I like these you just steam them in the bag and we’re gonna broccoli for several days but we do love broccoli then I also picked up a broccoli and cauliflower I just got one of the small ones those because the kids are not huge cauliflower fans but I’m hoping that I can doctor this up and they’ll be okay with it here’s one of my issues I’d ordered a bag of the small avocados and there was supposed to be five in here well it’s the medium avocados and instead they gave me the three large and the problem is these are already super soft so like they need to be in the next two days and that’s a lot of avocados to be eating in two days I’m not sure and it didn’t say it was a substitution or anything so I’m not sure what the deal is here so that’s a little disappointing another thing of the extreme wellness high-fiber carb lean wraps these are for Briley an entire rap only has five net carbs but she usually only takes half a day and since she gets more carbs than the rest of us these are good I picked up two cans of green beans I think I still have one left and this is one of Chris’s things that is like his favorite to add to our sandwiches like our chocolate and witches and stuff or basically anything this is the wickles I guess that’s how you say it spicy red sandwich bread there’s no sugar there’s there’s nothing in this so this is definitely Quito approved here in our household and this tastes so good if you have a Jersey Mike’s in your area you know the red relish that they put on the sandwiches it’s sort of like that so we love this I got a heavy whipping cream I’m having a horrible just horrible time a finding one that doesn’t have the is it kerogen in it and since that’s an inflammatory when we use this I can really tell these days so tell me what you guys a pick up that doesn’t have it in it because I can’t find one pick up two things at the Philadelphia Cream Cheese these are the double packs these helpless the least amount of carbs in them we go through so much cream cheese Briley can eat it by the spoonful I didn’t pick up one of the two good yogurts this time I just got the vanilla and this is the Greek yogurt it’s only got two grams of sugar per serving but she will eat this in her lunch Briley wheel and I’ll just put half in there one day and half in another day and then I got a sour cream for you know taco not or whatever we do two of the Carolina private Bacon’s this is the only one I can find in my area that doesn’t have any sugar added got one of the sugar free barbecue sauce these are the G hues these come in several different varieties but I think original is Carrigan’s favorite she’s the only one that really uses it and we don’t use it as a barbecue sauce per se she makes a kid-friendly chick-fil-a sauce and she puts it on literally everything I am not sure what’s in it I know mayonnaise is in it barbecue sauce I think even some pure some artificial sweeteners in it maybe some mustard but she loves that so she makes it puts it on her sandwiches pork chops okay I picked up a few drinks one of these was a substitution it was supposed to be great Powerade zero but they were out I picked these up for Briley I just want to make sure she doesn’t have any electrolyte issues and she won’t drink an entire one but I’ll give her some each day so I got to fruit punches and what is the blue mixed berry so supposed to be a grape here and we didn’t get it I did get some decaffeinated green tea and then here was another disappointment I ordered it my almond flower and this is the almond flower always pick up at Walmart it’s got the fewest amount of carbs that I can find we love it it’s a big package but look can you see that it’s got a big split rot in it so when I have to take that bike and if you have ever ordered with Walmart grocery pickup and had to take something bike you know the ordeal and if you don’t let me just tell you it takes like an act of Congress and you don’t get your money back hopefully they’ll just let me switch this out after a while anyways we got 45 dollars worth of food here I think we did good picked up some different stuff this week and I’m pretty pleased so here is the Aldi haul for the week I did pick up a few items that I have not in the past but we’ll go over those again they did not in my broccoli but I did not fall for it this time I ordered it from Walmart so let’s go over to me I got this you guys already know that this is a staple this is the pork chops this has several in it and the girls and Preston love it we make sandwiches out of it so I get this every week now this is different and I’m not gonna for this is a corned beef brisket and I’m gonna make this for our Sunday dinner so it looks like we’ll put some other seasonings on that also and I’ll make some side dishes to go with it but this right now is the plan for our Sunday dinner I picked up this this is also new the Appleton farms biscuit ham slices water added say hickory smoked fully cooked I thought this would be good for our breakfasts in the morning especially on the weekends too they’re small and round so they’re gonna fit on you know any chocolate they had in my sausage I have I’ve got to the point where I bought one every week now whether I need it or not but I don’t want to run out so I’ll throw it in the freezer because I like to make my keto sausage boss with this and I do plan on making a batch of those this weekend so we’ll have them for next week picked up five things of eggs they were 88 cents I like to use these when we make the Chapo’s I’ve picked Chris ups and celery and I thought that he might be able to eat that put some cream cheese on it and some seasoning so I got him those and also got a thing of the bag classic coleslaw I’m going to make some coleslaw to go with the corned beef on Sunday fruits I picked up were some strawberries and also some blueberries picked up to snack meats I got the original pepperoni and also these a beef sausage a stick I don’t really bad I mean they’re not great Kito but they do have like some sugar and stuff at it if you can tell but for one it’s got one less than one carb and I put these in Preston’s lunch the girls really won’t eat them but Chris likes em and everyone all hauling one tons of dairy of course the two things of butter these each have four sticks in here they’re unsalted Bluffs have cheese got two mild cheddar one pepper jack for Chris and one mozzarella I think I’m going to make lasagna again this week so I picked up another ricotta and then I picked up one of the sliced my pepper jack cheese is for like sandwiches keto sandwiches and things like that and then Chris has been wanting to try some goat cheese they had several I went ahead and picked up the garlic and herb so we’re going to give that a shot see how it goes picked up one of the original almond meal this is unsweetened 30 calories I use this in brollies protein shakes every morning Duke’s mayonnaise I know it’s not the cleanest but again can’t do the primal kitchen I’ve tried got some shelled walnuts we did not get any almonds this week I still have half a bag left from last week so Chris likes walnuts I’ll put some impressions lunch too so we have got that big guy this is 16 ounces so two bags of the Clancy pork rinds these are original all that’s in this is the fried pork skin and salt these are really cheap at our store I like to use these when I bread our pork chops or any of our meats and also when we make nicole’s I like cinnamon twist pork Ron’s picked up a box of this stevia packets there’s 88 packets in here and my mom uses those so I went ahead and picked him up for her and then I got one of these they were $0.99 I’m not sure how good they are the vitamin water zero squeezed eliminate I got this basically for Briley because as you know electrolytes and stuff in it the only thing that I picked up that was not food-related was a pike of their napkins you get 250 in here I’ve not tried these before but it says compared to the Mardi Gras and it they were like a dollar 49 or something like that so I thought we would give him a shot so everything here was 81 dollars this week okay I’m going to take a second go over my first week of September meal plan so as you know I have been doing Sunday dinners for over a month now in my house I’m trying to make this a weekly thing where a mom shows up preston comes so this week we’re gonna do pulled pork I’m just going to make that in the crock-pot I’ll have it some barbecue sauce is here like the G hues in the primal kitchen that our keto friendly we’re going to use smart buns on those to make them sandwiches I’m also going to make my slaw some green beans and dessert I think the dessert I’m going to be making it this time is some cinnamon muffins from the southern keto cookbook so that’s going to be a Sunday dinner at this week on Monday the second which is Labor Day we’re going to do a cookout chris is going to put a brisket on the grill early that morning and we’re just going to cook that low and slow pretty much all day we’re going to also cut up some zucchini and put that on the grill later on I’m gonna make some either biscuits or garlic biscuits at this point I’m not sure I may just go with plain biscuits in the end I’m also going to steam some broccoli for dessert so we’re going to be having peanut butter cookies and probably ice cream the peanut butter cookies are from a mix from Quito Candy Girl and I ordered those online I just made another huge order because her chocolate chip cookies are absolutely amazing so on Tuesday we’re just going to have leftovers of these two on Wednesday I’m going to do lasagna a salad and also garlic chopped ‘old I was sort of conflicted either to do like a garlic chop or do garlic biscuits and since I had garlic biscuits over here I’ve decided to go with the chapel again that’s just interchangeable I’m not sure which one I’m doing Thursday we’re doing leftovers Friday has been at pizza not for going on gosh three months now so this time I’m going to make a chicken crust pizza I think I’m just going to do a little individual and so each kid can adjust to fix their own and then on Saturday we’re just going to go with breakfast sandwiches that night I’ll probably make some scrambled eggs some sausage some bacon cheese and I’ll make chuckles again and we’ll just have breakfast sandwiches for those and I may make some hashbrowns with some pho hashbrowns with some cauliflower rice cauliflower so really simple menu this week with leftovers
