hello everybody welcome to my channel my name is Kristy today I have a grocery haul in meal plan for you guys and this is family keto friendly so if you’re not subscribed go ahead and do so I’d love everything here was a $45 these are the staples I always pretty much I’m picking up at Walmart lately because I can’t really get them anywhere else or they’re the best deal there so let’s go over these real quick huge bag of almonds I have to get one of these every week with three kids on keto they’re going through this massive bag of blue diamond hold pull almonds okay I got two cans of green beans it’s one of our quick veggies of choice at this point three cans of the great value chunk chicken breast and a make chicken salad for either Preston or Carrigan with this to take in their lunch just a couple of times a week but I wanted to get stocked up I did pick up one heavy whipping cream some of the Hormel mini pepperonis and I got these to make the keto pizza bites I’ll have that link for you guys up in the cards if you want to check it out it is absolutely amazing the kids love it and so do we I went ahead and got two of the two pack Philadelphia Cream Cheese we go through so much cream cheese anymore Broly could eat this by the spoonful she has discovered her love of cream cheese and this one’s the best as far as carb wise picked up four packages of the Hormel deli meat this one is the natural choice no preservatives 100% natural no nitrates without added hormones no nitrites pork raised without I already said that hormones anyways I got two of the tree wood smoked ham this one is kerrigan and well Preston eats it as omelette occasionally but it’s Carrigan’s favorite which is ham and Riley likes chicken and turkeys our go-to because that kid is eating maybe a wrap every day at this point and then the last thing I picked up was another thing of the pure organic stevia this is Chris’s keto sweetener of choice I have about five other tops here that this is the one he keeps reaching for it so I don’t want to run out of it while he’s home again super small $45 Walmart all and this is everything I picked up okay here’s the MALDI hall there were duplicates of a few things but I’ll tell you what there were duplicates of I did put some things up already everything here was like 83 dollars but I was 80 I think it was 80 but I did get one extra thing they’ll show you in a minute of course you know you go to Aldi to get your groceries and you pick up a chainsaw and you know your laundry detergent it’s just they’ve got everything so I’ll show you what I picked up that was not food-related in a second I picked up several of the eggs we like these little mini these are like tiny little eggs even though there’s a large eggs but these are great for making chocolate and then I just put on my seasoning in there with those and these are also good for baking especially you know your keto related foods because they’re not the big you know nutrient rich eggs and it doesn’t make your baked good taste eggy in my opinion so we got several of these and I still have some of the other good ones left I picked up a pork tenderloin this one is Italian and I’m going to probably fix this maybe for Sunday dinner I’m not sure yet I did pick up some more of their Appleton farms of sausage I like this one because no artificial colors or flavors and there’s no sugar added I think I have two still in the freezer but I’m gonna make some sausage balls this week so I wanted to have those for meal prep and went ahead and picked up one more did pick up there we go three of the organic grass-fed ground beefs I think these are the 85/15 yeah so I’ve picked up three of those we you know we’ll make hamburgers probably one night maybe cheeseburger casserole or something so ground beef very versatile and this has become one of the staples in the house this is the center cut pork chops in the thin slice I can go ahead and meal prep these early one day and then we can make sandwiches out of them with topples or you know put them with a breakfast pork chops in an omelet things like that Carrigan loves them straight out of the refrigerator and preston likes them too so there’s so many here I can make usually three different batches in the airfryer and each one of them seasoned different okay veggies this is the second week in a row that Aldi was out of my frozen broccoli that I like to pick up and I’ve already done my long run grocery pick up so we’re out of broccoli for the week or I’m gonna have to go back to Walmart I did go ahead and pick up some zucchini and Brussels sprouts I still have an asparagus a zucchini and a cauliflower in the freezer so we will have to utilize those this week since these are the only vegetables that we have right now I did pick up one of the organic a baby spinach these are the ones that are in the container we use this when we make omelettes and I’ll just go ahead and you know wilt some of this in a pan with olive oil a little bit of sea salt over it and then we’ll stick it in the middle of an omelet with some egg I’m sorry with some cheese I didn’t pick up the blueberries this week because we have been doing strawberries for probably two or three weeks now straight so I wanted to get something different picked up the blueberries veggies trying to finish the veggies first I always got to pick up the mini cucumbers the girls love to eat those when they come home as a treat after school or take in their lunch and then I did pick up two more cans of their happy harvest cut green beans talked about this probably everytime and how I fix them I just drained the water off of them put them in a pot with a little bit of bacon grease and get them good and tender also though maybe a slice or two of bacon in there just for extra flavor delicious oh and then Chris’s pickles again they said the atomic spicy these are their fresh deli pickles and these are the ones that are in the frigerator department he loves those I had yet to try one I think I thought him last week for him and he ate the entire container by his self and drank the juice so cheese or dairy products I did pick up some sliced provolone this is the 12 sauces and we’ll use that probably with the pork chops to make sandwiches picked up two things of butter always using butter two packages of the blocked mozzarella by happy farms in more those ain’t got crisps at pepperjack he just likes to snack on these another cheese related item this was new this was the Parmesan crisp in the jalapeno flavored and I thought Chris might like those so I went ahead and got those for him and I picked up four bags of pork rods yes yes I know pork rinds are not the best knife but if you are on keto and you have not seen Nicole burgesses video about how she makes these she makes them in like 90 seconds or something like that it’s insane but she makes these as a sweet treat with you know sugar and cinnamon and butter and they’re just delicious go make sure you guys check out that video they’re absolutely amazing and now we’re get to the pork rinds whenever we want something sweet we’ll just throw that together because it just takes like minutes and then we have those it doesn’t make a big batch and they’re delicious I did not have to pick up me any decaf coffee this week but I did go ahead and pick up a Chris one this is the Fairtrade certified donut store coffee and you get 12 cherry cups in there and I needed a few condiments we were completely out of salsa and so I like to keep it on hand I think it’s only like a dollar not teen their next sugar added so I picked that one up they do have it in hot and medium but I always just get the mild so probably use it too picked up another Duke’s mayonnaise I just can’t go to the any of the other mayonnaise is this is the only one I can eat I’ve tried I’ve tried but this is this is as clean as I can get and then we needed some baking it powder just for making mud cakes and baked goods and things like that so this was everything I picked up except for that little extra item and let me go get it and show it to you okay this is that little extra item that I picked up and it was a little like sweatshirt a little hoodie for Quincy and they had it in extra small and like it says I’m the favorite child okay let’s go over my meal plan these are my dinner meals for the 25th through the first okay so I started doing a Sunday dinner so on the 25th I’m gonna make a pork tenderloin I’m going to saute some zucchini we’ll also have green beans I’m not sure what else I’ll probably make some biscuits to go with that but we will have some extras I try to make a big meal and we will have a dessert on that day I think I’m gonna make Dyke Kido ladies pecan pie muffins from her cookbook so check her out I have made a ton of stuff from her cookbook and it’s absolutely delicious so on Monday we’re gonna do a bacon cheeseburger in a bowl that’s something that I try to get in at least a couple of times through the month because it’s Kerrigan’s absolute favorite and since Chris is home I try to make it so he can get it too I do have this as a recipe on my channel it is keto friendly as is everything here so make sure you check that out if you’re interested on Tuesday Taco Tuesday we are going to the farmers market because we got Quincy a stroller so I can just take him with us I’m gonna do taco salads and in those taco salads you know you’re gonna put your shredded lettuce your sausage your sour cream your cheese avocado all that good stuff but I’m gonna make a chocolate Bowl I have the chocolate bowl maker and I’m gonna make like a taco seasoning chocolate and then we can just put our taco salad in there so I’m gonna try that if you want to follow me on instagram if that turns out I will have pictures over there okay so on Wednesday the 28th I’m gonna make chicken cordon bleu casserole and I’ll also make some steamed broccoli I will just put garlic butter over the broccoli for extra fat we love our steamed broccoli so I did finally pick up two bags of that on Thursday I’m just going to have leftovers we will have stuff that needs to be eaten up and I hate to waste food so at least one or two times a week we do leftovers it’s going to be easier because Bry has a camp trip a school trip that is an overnight trip is that not just crazy 14 year olds so she’s gonna be gone so that’s why I figured would just do leftovers on that night Friday night is been our pizza night now for two months straight and what I plan on doing this night on the 30th is I’m going to make topples again with my little – waffle maker and I’ll put my Italian seasoning garlic it’s made with egg and of course cheese will make chocolate of those then once we take them out of the chop the little waffle maker you dress them up with a little bit of marinara sauce I’ll put mozzarella cheese on that and then some pepperoni I will take those and put them then the airfryer and let them cook up and get crisp and melty and then we’ll eat them these are so good we’ve had these several times for lunches on the weekend and they are delicious then on Saturday the first I’m gonna make a meatball casserole I’m gonna make some garlic biscuits and we’re going to have some roasted asparagus with Parmesan cheese and maybe a little bit of Italian seasoning on that maybe some garlic butter I’m not sure what we’re doing there but we will be having asparagus so again a really simple easy meal plan we’re gonna have leftovers the leftovers that don’t get carried over to dinner get carried over to our lunches because me and Chris are home and also pack a Preston’s lunch for work so that’s what we got going on it for this week thank you guys
