Full Day of Eating | Trying Keto and the iTrackbites App | Low Carb Newbie


hi friends time I am making myself a cake up I rent my cake cups through twice I don’t know what you guys do but I find that I get a big cup of coffee that way and I don’t have to use two pickups blackness this morning I’m sauteing some spinach some organic spinach and a teaspoon of avocado oil yesterday I meal prepped and egg white frittata so this has egg whites a little mozzarella sauteed mushrooms a little bit of heavy cream spices you know all the good stuff and my coffee I’m gonna put a teaspoon of MCT oil no I’m sorry 1/4 of a cup of unsweetened almond milk instead of my sweet drop here’s the macros for all of this I actually didn’t have this I love this so that you just delete it you don’t want it that’s one thing I do love about I track fights it’s so intuitive and easy so here’s my MCT oil my egg whites my cheese my spinach my mushrooms my almond milk and my smoked sausage my calories so far are 477 out of 1,400 I really want to hang out around 1,500 calories so I’m just kind of going with it I haven’t set at this so if I go over a little over I’m okay but there’s breakfast so you can see I have about 900 calories left for the day [Music] he’s sleeping there and then the baby Lola she’s in here the minute I clean this room the cats claim it it’s one o’clock here’s lunch I’m having a bag of rice cauliflower with some butter some pink salt some black pepper and five leftover chicken wings and I think I’m gonna have a little bit of the blue teeth with my chicken wings here’s my macros for lunch you can see I had a half a car for the blue cheese dressing the cauliflower was for carbs and I’m at 892 calories so far out of this things as 1400 like I said I’m probably gonna go a little higher than that today but but my fat cooking good protein to be good everything else is looking great I’ve only used 9.1 carbs today hey guys I’m about to leave for my 3 o’clock visit I’m gonna have a little snack before I go out of this easy keto desert book my husband made these last night I’m going to have one of them one of these is 154 calories and 3.4 grams of carb with 1.5 grams of fiber so basically two carbs for one of these cookies and then I’m having a bang my dad loves these and I thought it’d be fun to have one so I’m gonna try it out I haven’t had this flavor I’ve had maybe two bangs in my whole life but I like that there are some vitamins and minerals in here so we’re gonna have this and a cookie and I’ll see you guys dinner those cookies are the best thing ever Leanne I feel really satisfied right now so I don’t think I have to go back in and have another one which is good my husband so far today I’ll tell you what he’s had he had two of those cookies for breakfast and then for lunch he had an a sausage and sauerkraut for him yesterday in the crock pot so I will show you the container of that for fun oh it smells very sauerkraut so that’s what he’s at today and his coffee I say that already – cookies – of the keto cookies coffee and some sauerkraut and sausage and then tonight I’m gonna make some barbecue chicken thighs listen drinking that bang yeah I don’t know about the bang the bang is making me jittery so there must be a lot of caffeine in the bank I should have looked at that trying to find the address of where I’m going next yeah I’m thinking maybe the bang is too much like I feel you guys I totally feeling and I’m you know I’m a big cup of coffee like one big cup of coffee a day type of person I’m not like a caffeine freak and I do like a carbonated drink so that’s kind of you know a bummer because I was thinking it would be like a yummy carbonated drink now I can’t do the jittery I can’t go to someone’s house and talk more than I normally do I mean think about that just like think I’m off to my next visit my last one for the day almost over thank God I didn’t get home until 6 o’clock so I didn’t leave instructions for my husband to do the chicken which would take it has to be brown and then it takes at least an hour in the oven and we’re both actually hungry and then I asked if you wanted breakfast for dinner and he looked at me like I was a Martian so he went to we ordered from Jimmy John’s which I haven’t had forever I got a nun which which I used to get those all the time the turkey on which is if you get a turkey on which on Weight Watchers it’s zero did you know that if you get it a certain way so I used to get those all the time I got it tonight with cheese and did I get cheese no I didn’t get cheese I need to put some cheese on it I just realized that [Music] what did you say Marty no all right here are the cookbooks that I got from Shelly’s home life I think that’s the name of her channel I will link it down below these are the ones that she uses all the time in her videos and so we’re all about the cookbooks right now aren’t we honey so this is everyday ketogenic kitchen I can’t wait to go through it oh my goodness and then this one is southern keto in fact I’ve had a couple of you guys say in my comments that this one’s really good so I’m gonna live through these tonight while we’re eating dinner meanwhile our sandwiches are here and my pickles here’s my unwish double Turkey on which and then I got a pickle cut into fourths you guys don’t really care about that I don’t think I’m gonna eat this whole pickle because I think it has carbs in it okay I’m watching the QVC we had dinner it was so delicious my husband and I just went through the cookbooks together and we found so many things especially in this southern keto cookbook that we cannot wait to try in fact I think we’re gonna try a couple things the next couple of days out of here the other one had a lot of great recipes as well and so these are a little bit more fancy dancy so but there were definitely some things in there including we found some drop biscuits some coffee cake type stuff you know things like that that my husband was really really excited about and then a lot of casseroles and things which is what I like to eat during the week I like to food prep Annie so anyway thanks everybody for watching I will post my tracker here at the end so you guys can see
