FULL DAY OF EATING ON 2500 CALS IIFYM STYLE!


good morning everyone and welcome back to another video today’s video is going to be a full bed eating around 2500 calories and in fact I think I pretty much planned this so that this day is pretty much like one calorie off 2500 which is like I’m not quite happy with that I’m quite impressed with myself for being honest but yes so we’re gonna get in to meal one I’m gonna show the calories and macros for each one on the screen and yeah so let’s get in to the first meal of the day breakfast so my first meal of the day is going to be my pretty much staple now overnight oats except this time we’ve got more oats in there because this is my pre-workout meal I’ve got 80 grams of oats and at this time instead just covered it overnight put some raspberries in and they defrost as now obviously frozen so defrosting that would make sense so that is gonna be my first meal of the day just ready for my workout and then when I’m off to my workout because it’s one of my heavier chest sessions I will be having a monitor as my pre-workout so yeah hopefully this will get me through the session and I’ll catch up with you whatever let’s head off to the gym so I think I’ve got to say as well so obviously there’s a strands of oats and then there’s 80 grams of frozen raspberries or 35 grams of protein and they’re just to get that up for the day and 170 grams of 0% fatty of it so another workout is done and I’ve just sorted out the dishwashers now it’s time to make my post-workout meal but basically it’s just lunch so I’m gonna make my lunch I’m gonna cook it up and then I’ll show you what I’ve got and I’ll tell you what I’ve got then so let’s make some lunch so what we are having for lunch is a pretty low fat meal so we’ve got peppers onions and lettuce in there with some ready to walk like walk stir-fry noodles from Aldi some chicken a turkey Russia to make up some my protein and then for dessert for a meal we have a salted caramel square one of the five or one only about 87 calories and that set it’s a nice little addition just to finish off the meal so I’m gonna eat that and then carry on with my day I think I also need to add a chicken slice to it well the ones I got from our stuff because I need to have my protein a little bit because the chicken weight a bit less then I hoped it would so yeah I’m gonna go and sort that out now and enjoy this and then carry on with the full day of eating okay so it’s been a little while it’s about half past two now just about quarter three maybe I went for a swim as well and I’ve just got back went for a walk to Asda as well but some more white chocolate Coco Pops and a new phone charger because that one’s been screwing me up I have some food here so I have 30 grams of peanut butter with one thin and then a quality Street chocolate just to treat myself so I’m going to set this up watch the cricket and enjoy macros and stuff will be on the screen and around about here [Music] not really a meal but like a little snack just to get me through and that would be probably into about dinner and then I have my next meal and then the last meal of the day hopefully around 8 o’clock ish and then yeah that is basically the plan so we will carry on into that one okay so we are in fully final or not and finally on the day dinner we have got burgers and I’ve got some smiles because I do love a smile 200 grams of beef mince 2 rolls from our leaves and lettuce the smiles and then some zero sugar and salt ketchup so I’m going to enjoy these now let’s [Music] dinner it’s dumb just like that now we’ll take a little bit of a break and I’ll probably have my last meal around 7:45 eight ish I’ll leave the calories and macros and everything up on the screen over there and yeah that was dinner we have a very excited dog waiting for our place so we all sort him out and give him the good good okay so we’re going to finish off this full day of eating with a Apple and one of the six layer protein bars from my protein this is a birthday cake flavor such a good protein bar so it was going to enjoy that and yeah just gonna chill out watch them cricket and that will be the day done I have finished my last bit of food for the day I’m gonna put the calories and macros just over here for that one and then I’m gonna put the entire day calories and macros up on the screen as well as I said had to change it around a little bit from when I started the day I will be bum you got my calories next week I’m hoping to really start getting into a bulking stage right now I’m just in the sort of transition stage so yeah but if you guys have enjoyed the video please do give it a like subscribe if you have not have a good day and good bye
