hi guys oh there you are there’s a new angle for you because I’m on my phone again just gonna make some coffee I use this Don Francisco’s coffee the espresso Maddie what you parking in there’s no one there right a lot I’m telling you I just I just love it I’m just gonna use my powder to Rick at all math tablespoon just try it out see how it is it’ll do espresso first and what’s on my counter you guys I’m a mess hotter eyes how her eyes how her eyes authorized just the stir Easter its water two tablespoons hold on baby girl okay now that it’s literally creeping up on noon I’m going to have my coffee finally and just chill for a little bit cuz it’s Saturday I need a break okay guys so I’m watching some ink master what a what am i watching ink master compilations the same sensor was taking a shower that I would try one of these because I could use some purifying and bringing this was so hard to put on my face because it was so cold okay my arm has been hurting me so bad I don’t know what I did but like right there my tricep is the same guy like right here it hurts so bad like the skin feels a little bit numb and it feels like there’s a sharp pain on the inside and depending on how I move it the pain like it’s really really sure but it’s been bothering me for like two weeks I wanted to show you guys I got some cocoa butter online and it came in a tub and it is so hard to like scrape out I was like forget this oh I melted it all down and then I have this little silicone thing that I got from a thrift store and I just filled it up and then the rest I actually made chocolates with let me show you so these right here are baker’s chocolate mixed with powdered a birthright all stevia one and some cocoa butter they’re about I would say 55% to cocoa butter I made that because I couldn’t fit it all in this silicone mold so I’m just going to pop them out and store them in this container and they come right out and I just cocoa butter and now I can just like pop one in if I’m trying to do like a dairy-free version of like a mocha or something I can pop this in with some cocoa powder or I could even just pop in one of those chocolates that I made I wanted to make like smaller recipes I could just use this in place of like a tablespoon of butter I think that’s about a tablespoon let’s see 10 grams oh and just in case you’re wondering this is a bagel that I made the other day it’s the wholesome young bagel I believe and I made it everything so just basically because everything seasoning on the bone and the top and then up with some freshly sliced onion and put it on there before I bake it they turned out amazing I try not to make things like this because I do consider like bread II think streets it’s just easier to maintain a deficit when you don’t eat things like this well for me for me for me for me so nice I’m just going to pop these in there and package it up I’ll just rub that into my skin because it’s cocoa butter feels amazing okay so it’s all packaged up in there I know there’s a couple of little flecks because I got some chocolate on there when I was messing with it I think it might’ve bloomed or whatever you call it but I think that’s okay so we’re probably from heating it up before I put them in the mold but I’m just going to package it up like this and put it in the freezer I also need a package of these up what I did is I had them setting in here and then I cut them when they were still a little soft and then I put them in the freezer so that way I could just break them apart and I need to store those I just broke my nail you see that guys anyway so I’m going to weigh this up okay so 11 grams I’m just going to estimate it half and half don’t mind my eyebrows my mom just came over we were playing I was putting my hair extensions in her and then I did her eyebrows and then I was like doing my brother I was like oh my god I’m filming until they forgot and I send them dark and I’m we’re just playing here okay anyway so I got hungry because it’s already for 16 and I have yet except for that tiny piece of chocolate so I made some wholesome YUM bagels the other day and I did several different toppings on six of them and this one I did blueberry I just mix some blueberries in it and then I baked it off and so I’m going to be doing some of this deli rotisserie chicken breast natural choice chicken raised without hormones no nitrates blabbity blabbity blah three slices of this and one provolone Lucerne piece of cheese and I’m gonna do one of those so this is what it ends up looking like looks so good okay so these things are amazing they’re pork cracklin not pork rinds because look at that it’s like the crispy part of bacon it’s the fat crispy part of bacon anyways it’s super delicious so I’m gonna take this really high-quality American cheese and it’s the challenge American cheese it’s amazing melt two ounces down to about a tablespoon or two of hot sauce mix it together and then melt it again and it’s ridiculously amazing you guys have to try it if you’re having a cheat day or a keto cheat day you know what I’m saying something dirty keto style but it’s really good we’re playing Mario in Aurora’s room actually we’re playing Nintendo land in Aurora’s room no she’s jacking me for my pork rind so I went ahead and got a little bit more mmm so we’re gonna keep playing and that’s pretty much it because it’s been a chill day today it definitely smells gross it definitely is delicious don’t let her fool you scale is a raunchy right now so I did another iced americano with a lot of salt lots of salt then I’m gonna do one tablespoon of heavy cream cuz I’m trying to cut back but I really really am not having the energy right now and I still so much I want to get done today and it’s already super late since I can sleep in tomorrow I’m not really worried about the staying up and having coffee at 6 o’clock in the afternoon in the evening or whatever so I’m gonna have my coffee and like try to get some energy because I’m just like in one of those I just want to be plopping my ass down on the couch all day and watch TV that’s gonna mood I’m in say let’s get some cream I got 17 grams okay there she is and all of her darkness mmm-hmm there we go so this is gonna get me through this the day I’m not really feeling that hungry because like what I’ve eaten today was quite filling that cheese and the pork rinds pretty much did me I just really want some coffee with not that many added calories so we’re doing this hey guys it’s like 10 o’clock almost 10 o’clock and I kind of skipped dinner because I had coffee but this is literally like life for me sometimes I’m just going with three pieces of that deli turkey and two pieces of provolone cheese and this is like dinner and I just drink a whole bunch of water so like I’m not really feeling like much and I didn’t want to cook anything I’m just like done for the day you know what I mean so this is gonna do it and I hope
