what do you do look at this notification right here I know why does mine say that – that means we’re going somewhere today but not at 2:00 p.m. but welcome to today’s video guys we having a very very I know we’re gonna make a smoothie right now but welcome to the video today is a full day of eating video at 3,700 calories super excited to be back up at 3700 the last week you guys know I was sitting at 32 so it feels really really good to get back up into the surplus we’re gonna head to the store right now we got a very very fun day ahead we’re heading off to Wyoming tonight on a first-class flight Jackson Hole I’ve never flown first class and guess was nice enough to get Courtney a night wait do they even know about the trip Wyoming yes together together as a couple it’ll be really cool we’re doing like a well yeah like an influencer Maat influencer model trip together Nick has to ride a horse yeah door should we leave you out should we see what you get up to if we leave you out you can be a good boy go sleep are you a good boy oh you are a good boy oh my goodness oh my goodness would you go with just a very strong for the smoothie right wait it’s a chalk it’s chocolate protein otto’s you want to spend an extra like two dollars these things are so good they’re already pre-cut takes like 15 minutes in the oven and they’re just straight carbs so nice I like the little log cubes way more than the hash browns because these are just easier to cook all right so let me show you guys the grocery at home for today this is always good like deli meat I know it’s a little bit high in sodium it’s a little bit processed but if you guys need some quick protein or maybe you have like 5 to 10 grams I like that like awkward amount of protein at the end of the day having something like this in your fridge is always good because it’s like 9 grams 10 grams of protein per serving so you can always throw that in pretty much anything I think I’m actually gonna have some deli meat right now I usually go with low-sodium turkey breast but they didn’t have low sodium today English muffins just wanted to mix it up my carb source up a little bit I usually get bread but English muffins sounded good to me another little variety for carbs just since them back at 3,700 I’m trying to just get my my variety in as much as possible so we got multigrain waffles from vans this is gonna be some Co cereal that Cortney found in my smoothies broccoli we got TV turkey bacon strawberries potatoes and that’s it and then Courtney got some stuff some protein bars and like a puree so we’re gonna do our first meal right now it’s gonna be our pre-workout meal I’m honestly not that hungry which sucks cuz already almost 12 o’clock but we’re gonna do I think back a little just a little sandwich right here and then we’re gonna make this smoothie and we’re gonna try out the chocolate flavor you guys know I already have the Vandellas I think we’re gonna do a scoop of protein just to start off the day with a good source of protein we’re gonna do granola we’re gonna do coconut milk they’re gonna do a little bit of peanut butter in the smoothie hence rubbing and strawberries and I think that’ll be it so let’s a blend this bad boy up I’m gonna probably aim for like seven to eight hundred calories right here just cuz I don’t want to be super bloated for the gym Oh Oh someone bought a plan not to keep nines I like the guys someone that I’ve never worked with before but I always love getting new clients because it’s exciting to try some try some I mean to work on something new for me it’s awesome to work with reoccurring clients as well so what my best friends have been past clients before now all your clients are really nice big yeah oh cool I just I just realized that this has creatine in it well that’s really nice so the macros on here yeah I’m gonna probably do two scoops of this to make it 32 grams of protein three grams of fat and eight grams of carbohydrates and there’s 2.5 grams of creatine which is really really nice so I don’t actually have to throw my own in there it’s a really good addition to this I’m excited to try the chocolate flavor it’s gonna probably taste like a chocolate shake I like chocolate protein better than yeah okay I’m gonna do let’s do like I’ve been serving it to of this and it’s not free [Music] that’s a nice layer for weirdoes in one serving of this that’s what one serving of fruit looks like those that want to know that don’t measure that and then one serving of peanut butter and that’s it oh crap do it perfectly mm-hmm Wow I see Oh what mum Oh No whoo it’s you the one that puts this on there oh no no I didn’t even I haven’t even used the blender in ages it’s it back on probably not but we’re just gonna blend in anyways it sounds like a jet plane right first taste you look paper I mean no tell ya I might just need a whole new glass why don’t you put that pour it out oh my god do what help my god you know we do have neighbors I first a stash that’s really good no canola is really powerful too but though it look tastes the protein – it looks better than most soon as you make well the protein mix is way better than the other one I used to use yeah it looks smoother there we go that is my pre-workout guys it tastes like a chocolate shake this is a robbery yeah with a little bit of strawberry in there but it’s really freakin good if you guys are interested in this you guys can get it I actually got this one at Walgreens you can get it at Walmart or I’m gonna put the link to long so I’m just gonna construct it and I’ll let you guys know if the macros are why are you making a Mis how did you how did you do that and how did you break your shelf last night little too much tequila she said uh she had some done who we open hey buddy you’re so cute I’m almost done with my smoothie over here and I just whipped this quick meal up perfect little poem perfect little pre-workout excuse me let me give you guys the macros we got 4 ounces of deli meat on here I’m not gonna really do any more much more processed food for the rest of the day here I just wanted to get something going really quick since it’s so late in the day we’re at 1,000 in 60 calories with this meal right here I don’t feel like that just because the smoothie was like 680 calories on its own so the liquid calories are always a little bit easier Mac girls to start off the day it’s always interesting to see what I start off with the first meal usually dictates the day 118 carbs perfect 33 protein and 70/30 three fat and 77 protein excuse me I’m really good I’m feeling really good about those macros I’m gonna eat this I’m probably going to get a few emails done get changed head to the gym for a back workout then I have to pack and then we’re off to the airport to Wyoming for the next four days with guests which I’m super excited about like I said they got us first-class flights and they pretty much have a whole itinerary for us for the whole week so I definitely will get some stuff on film for you guys there so it’s time to pack this is everything that guests sent me for the 4-day trip we basically got to choose five outfits from the website so all those shoes there’s like four different pairs of shoes and all these outfits I’m just gonna kind of try to smash them in here and hopefully everything fits and then after that it’s time for the gym [Music] [Music] so I just finished up the workout since I don’t have a whole lot of time I’m kind of combining my meals today so I’m gonna actually do actually doing like three meals – it’s just surprising I had my pre-workout this is gonna be my post-workout and then I have a meal later today that I’m going to eat once we land in Wyoming which is right here I’ll talk about this one a little bit later but right now we have three servings of the diced potatoes that I talked about they came out really good we got four slices of turkey bacon we got four scrambled eggs over here and then we got two tortillas this is a typical meal I always have it just probably the easiest one to make right now and then we got my post-workout cereal this is a brand by the way I can show you guys last week but this has zero sugars in it so it’s really really good and we’re just going to do another serving of the six star nutrition in here that is it I’ll show you guys with this all cooked up and then we have to pretty much race off to airport we have to drop this guy off at you sitters house this is why banks down yeah like leaders nose down yeah there we go stay leave it okay boy oh so good we’re just gonna dump the eggs in and we’ll be good to go I got about like 15 minutes left good boy the bags are packed as you can see got my backpack my two bags cortney’s bags are in there but this meal right here guys the cereal that I just ate and then these two burritos are this just under 1700 calories you guys can see right here this is the burritos let me make sure focuses that’s the burritos right there and then these cereal is just underneath that right here that’s 630 calories I’m gonna enjoy this I’m super super hungry right now so I’m really looking forward to this and then I got a throw on a shirt we’re gonna head to the airport and I’ll check in with you guys for the final meal of the day and probably see you guys at the airport at some point but I just shaved holy crap it’s like the first time I actually like really went like razor shave and it’s really weird my skin feels super weird tomorrow thank you oh my goodness nice well why do you we made it we made it to Jackson Hole let me get some lights on here we made it to Jackson Hole Wyoming we got our own little town house me Courtney’s friend and Courtney so there’s like I think there’s like 15 other people but they’re all at the big house which I actually kind of like I like having the privacy I’m gonna look at this this is like the good that’s like the good conditioner I’m gonna take down home for sure but I’m gonna give you guys a full house tour tomorrow when it’s light out it’s like 11 o’clock almost so I’m just gonna grab my meal out of my backpack show you what it is and probably wrap up the video but super stoked guests did a really good job they’re really taking care of us to give us a first class flight all this stuff snacks in the kitchen it’s really really cool excited for the next couple days here’s the itinerary if you guys wanted to pause the video real quick and like look at the full itinerary for everything and then we got the whole back dates here in the next day too see what the girls are up to they’re all stoked about the boots oh wow it’s almost midnight now holy it’s gonna be a late-night meal so this is the end of the calories for today guys I hit pretty much spot-on with 3700 my had to calculate all this before I left just to make sure this would give me this 3700 because there’s actually no food here right now um so here the ending macros we’re at 4 what is that 486 carbs 98 fat in 220 protein which puts us at like just under 3700 like I said we got 8 ounces of 93 seven turkey three servings of broccoli one serving of Panda Express teriyaki sauce and then three servings of white rice right here so that is it it’s like my first prepped meal or my first meal prep that I’ve done in a long time I’ll see you guys tomorrow I think tomorrow I might film I’m gonna film at least one video here for sure so I want to thank you guys so much for watching this full day of
