FULL DAY OF EATING + 4 KETOGENIC DIET RECIPES


Tuesday morning just finished meditating and doing yoga not sure if you guys do that but it really makes your day amazing makes you feel good get the day starter right keeps your mood right and now it’s time to start the video so what we’re going to do today is a full day of eating that’s going to be for meals for breakfast I’m going to start off with a bowl proof coffee I’m going to do 10 blueberries in at this time for a little added flavor and some poly phenols and one spoonful MCT oil and one spoonful of butter Enemies El Presidente butter today or is it just presidenta butter I’m not sure it’s French butter look it up super good lunchtime already and today I’m going to do a tuna fish avocado salad and keep it pretty simple and basically just chop up some romaine lettuce dry out a can of tuna and put half a can of tuna in there and then well luckily we’re in Taiwan so they have these massive avocados which will bring all of the healthy fats to the salad so last but not least I’m going to add the spicy vinegar that we’ve been putting on pretty much everything lately you can check this video out for a little bit of details on making that but it’s just amazing on anything with greens or meat and most everything we’re make has does so yeah that’s lunch tuna fish avocado spicy salad [Music] now dinnertime and I’m going to whip up some salmon fillets and a little bit of cabbage fried and butter with a little bit of a spicy chili flake on it and some fried egg mixed in and then it was amazing but we’re getting pretty into this preacher show and I think it’s time to have a little bit of snack so I don’t know if you guys made this but in my family we always call these nuts and bolts I’m going to make them without the Cheerios and pretzels and other things tonight but basically we’re just going to take some mixed nuts throw them in a frying pan with two tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of worshipper sauce fry it up for a couple of minutes and then throw in the bowl and then enjoy them some TV and then that’s a wrap of the day I think we did about 2,000 calories today around 25 grams carbs a little higher our carbs know a lot of days but it was good food and yeah we’re pretty active so that’s that I guess yeah tune in next time we bathroom some more recipes or blogs or whatever we end up doing things [Music]
