support link is going to be in the description below for that alright guys so we’re gonna start off this video the right way we’re gonna do a giveaway my friends over at keto crisp about a month ago sent me these bars and they were just like hey Jason we like your content we love what you do we think you enjoy our bars now companies like this send me stuff all the time and so obviously I decided to give it a shot I’ve been on this pursuit to find a bar that will replace Paxton’s sugar filled bar that he kind of loves right now so I gave it a shot and it was amazing I meant to promote it the first time just because I loved it and Carly Paxton to myself cruised through the whole box so I hit him back up again and said hey can you please send me more stuff I’d love to do a giveaway and kind of spread the word about your brand there were amazing people so they sent me all three flavors guys here we’ve got the chocolate raspberry flavor we’ve got chocolate mint this one tastes like the Girl Scout cookie thinman and this by far is our favorites this is the almond butter flavor so here’s the actual bar itself guys it’s unlike any other bar I don’t even know if you can classify it as a bar it’s kind of like a bar meets a rice krispies treat hence the name Quito crisp but when you break it apart it’s got like little tiny crispy things in there that add great texture to it the flavor is awesome it’s not overly sweetened and it just tastes amazing best of all Paxton absolutely loves it so now I can kick the sugar filled bars to the curb so we’re gonna give away two lucky winners morning alright so the current time is 10 a.m. I’m meeting Ken at the gym at 11 o’clock for a chest and back workout but first what’s up guys alright so Carly’s been kicking ass lately yeah she is on day four of the 21-day teal quest challenge and I’m doing really good I’m doing better than I expected and I even set some like standards lower for myself like the water intake I actually I was like trying to set realistic X it’s a gallon a day for those of you don’t know yeah and so I was like okay well I’ll do like 85 ounces because that’s like half my body weight and that’s like you know like I wanted to hit a goal that I knew I could reach but I ended up so far I’ve been drinking a gallon a day no problem so you’re modifying a few there’s 10 commitments guys I was only when I was modifying now and then the other one that I was having trouble with and I’m still doing right now is last night I started my first fast yeah and I give this sixteen eight and so I have 30 minutes left she was making all kinds of excuses on the internet and fasting which I went through too it’s not something that I personally enjoy but I think if you I really do feel like if you have weight to lose it’s good for ya no doubt about it it absolutely works I just have a hard time not waking up and having my Aikido coffee everything that was the hardest part yeah so I had my coffee she’s like going through all these justifications of yeah so it’s so on the internet said you if you have keto coffee it doesn’t technically break it fast I’m like well show us on the Internet’s wrong cuz people that intermittent fast at very very strict like zero calories at all black happens fine one thing I want to say real quick I started the keto quest challenge like two months ago and you weren’t in a place then to really want to do it and I didn’t pressure you to do it and now all of a sudden I always tell people like timing is everything you have to respect people’s time they feel like they want to do things when it’s necessary for Melissa melissa helped me she was like my friend Melissa was like I need somebody to hold me accountable it’s like let’s meet you so let’s do the 21-day challenge and so this was her that helped and also I will tell I will be brutally honest what really lit a fire under my butt was I was at the doctor’s last week and they email me my notes and I went in through my email to review the notes from my doctor’s appointment and they told me I was overweight and I was like yikes so I was like okay I gotta make a change and this is me doing that and I joined a gym so I joined you got huge she’s kicking her ass man yes and I worked out like every other day so far I haven’t Joe I haven’t been to a gym since before I was pregnant with Sawyer so I was very nervous my first day getting back into a gym yeah very nervous we’ll do another video on that some tips I guess for new gym goers yeah I think you’ve been doing the right thing and that’s just go in treat it like a playground on recess and you just go do a bunch of stuff so yeah I’m proud of you but I think the moral of the story from me to you guys is if your significant other is not starting the journey right when you start your journey be patient they’re watching you yeah and they’re learning from you and when their time comes they’re just gonna come up to you and be like hey I’m doing Aikido like when she came up to me and she’s like hey I’m doing the 21 day challenge I’m like wow so I printed out the rules yeah she got the rules she’s got she went all in she’s got the 10 commitments she’s got the approved food list any HeroQuest calm strict hey Elizabeth this is Jason wit rock how are you I’m doing good I just wanted to call them it I just wanted to call and make sure you were happy with your Aikido quest shake and then it tastes good and everything’s good oh that’s great tell your husband I said happy birthday that’s awesome that’s great that makes me smile okay perfect well if you all right have a good day bye bye alright guys so I’m sitting here making my pre-workout concoction Carly came up and showed me how proud she was of her pie chart yes I was going through my pie charts from the past three days and I was showing through my macros and my carb grams yeah so let’s see here what do you got so day one I was at 73 27 yes and I had 30 grams of carbs day 276 16 8 2014 grams of carbs and yesterday I was 74 nineteen seven with 40 grams so the goal is less than 50 total carbs yeah so you like tracking macro percentages yet the pie chart it’s easier yeah so what if you had to do tracking calories for 21 days no Louie I was Nate Dale all right so we are now back home from the gym I had a great workout I don’t have a lot of time at all actually have only like 10 or 15 minutes to eat because I have to get on coaching calls if you’re interested in coaching link in the description below but we’ve got here some lettuce scoops I love these things I’ve made some tuna salad sandwiches on these I make tacos with ground beef and shredded cheese and sour cream and salsa on these today though I’m gonna make a deli meat wrap so I don’t eat deli meat that often but I do think it’s okay there’s a few types of deli meats that I like to stick to number one roast beef number two corned beef how many of you guys have ever tried corned beef this stuff is amazing my mom used to give this to me when I was a little kid and for some reason I forgot about it but the fat content is high and it tastes great number three the often forgotten pastrami so the guy at the deli counter told me that Munster cheese is amazing and I’ve never tried it before so we’re gonna try Munster cheese for the first time ever it’s good it’s mild has a good flavor to it and I like the texture so good recommendation there so we’re gonna finish off this sandwich with a little Duke’s mayonnaise no sugar added and some mustard alright so here it is the final product I’m gonna eat this along with some 4% cottage cheese and tomatoes and I’m gonna wash it all down with a doctor CBO seats has Nadel all right so we’re about to have dinner we’re gonna show you what we’re eating for dinner but Harley not just hide a little bit of a bet a little bet who’s dressing is better so I am using Sonoma gourmet roasted garlic and herbs Organic made with extra virgin olive oil oh so wait the question was which one had more fat yeah but we’re gonna find out which one is better overall so what do you got there so I have Tess Tess amazed amazed organic balsamic vinegar it does say sugar free which is good it’s sugar free keto for it even says keto diets and keto winning okay so total fat for mine for one tablespoon 14 grams one tablespoon is 9 grams boom God whose tastes better no you don’t know you haven’t tasted mine what’s the first ingredient guys that’s the most important thing the first ingredient means that is the the most common thing inside this dressing mine is organic extra virgin olive oil mine sunflower oil boom mine’s better maybe fat wise but not so delicious twenty minutes late Dale alright guys so the wit rocks are finally down for dinner I’m gonna show you what I have first I’ve got two chicken thighs we’ve been eating a lot of wings yeah I don’t know if I was cuz I was obsessed with wings or I was obsessed with Frank’s redhot buffalo sauce because I started cooking chicken wings and pouring the hot sauce on top of that it’s amazing I also have a salad here a high-fat salad so I don’t eat a lot of salads whenever I do the goal is add as much fat as I possibly can so I use some of the best dressing on the market highest in fat cleanest ingredients and I put this interesting and I put and I put that on top of this salad I don’t know it’s just kind of like a mixed greens like some kale some aspera some asparagus some regular lettuce and it looks like spinach we’ve also got feta cheese which Carlie found a ton of at Tosca Costco so that was a huge find we’ve got Paxton’s favorites on salted sunflower seed kernels and pumpkin seeds these are great to add on salads we’ve also got olives a few tomatoes and Carly convinced me to put some bacon bits on this so yeah that’s mine tell us about your meal I have a delicious steak shout out to butcher box and shout out to me for cooking it perfectly Oh Steven Gilligan I don’t cook I have to work on that and with my steak I have this delicious steaks awesome I am absolutely obsessed she’s been dying to tell you guys LCI this is like we don’t get paid it’s like just it’s so good it’s like I’m a condiment person and I love this steak sauce and it’s sugar-free so that’s awesome and then my salad is just romaine lettuce I’ve got a little bit of onion tomatoes a little bit of cucumber bacon visits sunflower seeds pumpkin and see you did put those on yours I did um and feta and some sharp cheddar look mine is just like a mixture and you’ve got his easy I hear what he makes me want to get one so she likes my treat at the end of the ginger ale loves ginger on girl baby girl it’s okay alright guys so that’s a wrap we’re gonna enjoy this meal thank you for sharing part of
