yogurt is the best when we can get it proper Greek version because this is Greek yogurt from Lido I think phage FIA here in the UK is also as low in carbs it’s three grams of carbs per 100 and this is as low carb yogurt as you can get the reason we’re using yogurt rather than butter cream sour cream is because it’s gonna basically quick brine the chicken and you don’t need to leave it there overnight I mean by all means you kind the fact that is not a get brine into the yogurt is also what will make the parmesan and the almond flour our breadcrumbs stick to it which is the reason why you don’t need the end don’t get me wrong I love my eggs but you know the easier the last ingredient of the batter let’s get this started I have my two free-range chicken breasts fill Nets which actually breading on just get a flat dish because you wouldn’t think about being the chicken spread out now it will need the kind of a surface to then get anything attached to it we’re gonna mix equal amounts of elmo’s our you think it’s too much but then I’m grated Parmesan if you want to add any herb or spice again in the breading this is the time we’re gonna do it at the simple essential way so we’re gonna have just four ingredients mix this a bit there so it’s well mixed and then you push it out now get ready to have an oven tray a metal one you want a metal one in a non-stick one because this way our trash little and gotta adhere to it’s become nicely and crispy again very very heavy and then pick out and you don’t lose any branding to the train my train is ready my first chicken do you remember chicken I feel like a magician i grate my parmesan with my ninja chopper that’s why it comes in this very handy to grate cheese that way by the way put it in blocks are you done great and hot with just four ingredients not even the bother of having to add eggs which don’t get me wrong I do love eggs but this is even simpler so that’s a very good thing to get around with you can make it for yourself you can put it in your system and bring it to lunch in your lunch box like I do with my tacos or you can literally make it for a delicious and actually rather fancy dinner for your family over and actually I challenge you to make them try this and see see see if they can tell you that this is nothing but delicious deliciously seasoned and breaded chicken and then you can’t really reveal to them you had no carbs there now don’t get me wrong nothing wrong that if you actually decide that you would like to make just fried chicken but the good thing about this is that a it’s less messy you put it on the tray you get out of the tray and it’s delicious that way the oil and the fattiness of the bottom is on actually makes it crisp and crunch just as if it was fried anyway so that’s a good thing it’s less messy and you don’t risk the breading to fall off when you actually have to flip it around so it’s the best of both worlds really if you think so to maybe consider
