Day 7 – Low Carb Diet: Any difference


hey guys choo-choo again this is actually the day 7 of me doing low-carb diet it’s actually pretty hard for ya and also today I really didn’t have time to redo my whole day because I have been really busy with my work so I just gonna quickly go through with what I ate today my breakfast is actually just three egg 200 mil of milk and an rhythm of cheese for my lunch I’m actually having 200 grams of chicken breast 50 gram of onion and also 20 gram of garlic so apart from that for my dinner I’m actually doing 200 gram of mushroom 50 gram of bacon and also 50 gram of asparagus so that’s pretty much all my food today my calories intake I actually haven’t made it some I’ll measure them later and a top 10 town in the description below and I hope you guys can refer to it and hope that house so now I’m actually going to take a video of my current state so you guys can compare the day one of me and they serve love me hopefully that is some changes and I thinking is not gonna be big because when I measure previously online my weight is around 65 and actually on day one is 67 something close to 68 I can’t really remember but I will pop them down in the video like for the next couple of seconds I think yeah and before I’m gonna do that I’m actually gonna just quickly put a disclaimer because I think I should be doing that for the past couple videos but I haven’t been doing it I’m actually not nutritionist or professional it’s personal trainer I’m doing this is for myself and I’m trying to share what I’m doing and I’m trying to share my experiment hopefully he’ll help you guys but for those who wanted to try it out and if you guys feel dizzy or anything like that I was suggesting had to stop doing it maybe try to get some consolidation from professional nutritionist or maybe a personal trainer so they can help you guys maybe because I don’t really want someone kind of try a local sign and faint some way on the street which I’ll feel bad for it so stay safe and lose weight healthily naturally and now we’re gonna go to measure my current state that’s [Music] happiness editing half of the video and I think the difference is much isn’t it which is kind of expected because the can really lose that much or that many fat in a week’s time so I think pretty much that’s pretty much it for today so if you guys if you guys like my video please subscribe like share with your friends and I will try my best to make a better content so I will see you guys tomorrow [Music] [Music]
