Day 5: Vegan-keto Intermittent Fasting diet weight-loss update


all right so this is day five of my little crash diet and let’s go see what’s going on with my weight have a lost anything let’s check it out I just woke up and I’m gonna I’ve gotten fully dressed like always am when I weigh I’m gonna weigh myself and see what I weigh see if I lost any weight if I get the scale to work okay there we go how much do I weigh mmm two 20.6 okay I think I’ve lost about a pound there right pound pound and a half something like that okay all right it’s not much all right so guys and gals as you can see it’s working and I’ve lost a few pounds here and there you guys have seen that I lost uh a little over 20 pounds altogether just what’s this the fifth day a five-day period thinking my face looks better man you know and uh you know I can still stand to lose a little more I mean not as freaky look at my belly’s gone man haha don’t have the big love handles anymore and all that but the problem is I’ll show you guys I’m starting to get sagging skin you know because of losing weight too fast well I feel a lot better though what clearer thinking more energy everything man but I have to admit when I get up this morning I didn’t bounce out of the bed I did not have the energy that I had over the past few days I’m full groggy just kind of felt Low Energy you know and all that okay and um also been warned about the sagging skin think I don’t slow it down you know let the skin catch up with the weight loss that’s gonna look ugly for a while okay and I’m at the point where I am starting to feel kind of drained you know like I don’t have the energy that I had that I should have I mean I have a lot more energy but I don’t know if I want this to go much further I’m at like EC 20 220 pounds I like I kind of like being there I don’t mind being at 220 pounds I’m gonna lose more for sure but I don’t I think I’m gonna kind of slow it down at this point though and plus you can’t stay on a diet like this forever anyway this is kind of a crash diet all right and you know if you’re gonna have a healthier lifestyle and and slimmed down and and and want it to last you can’t do this forever you know because you’re gonna break the diet eventually so at some point I do have to break the diet you know and and and and start just eating sensibly you know so anyway this is a crash diet and I’ll show you guys what I was doing so okay so let me show you something here see that I’m getting sagging skin already sagging skin already and I’ve been forewarned it if I don’t slow it down that’s what’s gonna happen I gotta let my skin catch up what’s the weight loss right yeah so I don’t want to be one of those people running around with sagging skin like oh I know I know everybody wants to know how everybody wants to know how I lost all the weight so I’m going to show you this secret to the diet you don’t believe it you see all it is all this freakin is okay and I’ve walked all this way you guys have seen me lose a pound here a pound there in just a few hours and stuff like that and I feel so much better so much energy bellies not so big everything everything is so much better brain working better are you ready for it the big reveal the big reveal ready Donna that’s it that’s all it is okay look that’s all I used v8 drinks bananas water a little MCT oil as needed for brain fog and low energy situations okay okay so basically and you really shouldn’t need that very much at all really I only had to take a couple of drops of that some water twice and that was it and so anyway that’s it and now you look at this you’re gonna say well that’s full of sugar and carbs right that’s not very many nutrients that’s one serving of vegetables when I started with these I would either drink two of these or one big one because I was buying the big ones that are equal to two of these okay so yeah people are gonna say that spikes your sugar that’s got a little sugar in it very little very few nutrients is like a serving of vegetables and in the water is like a water fast I’ll explain to you how this worked so as you can see that’s how it was man v8 bananas and water a little bit of MCT or a couple of times just for brain fog okay so anyway and there was a couple of videos that recap I tell I was having that brain fog situation right I kind of mess up in the video and that’s when I took the MCT or you know to restore my brain function but the thing is guys this is a crash diet and it did work I’ve lost a little over 20 pounds in just a few days but that can be dangerous you know or they say it is but the way I did it was basically come combine the principles of intermittent fasting with what I thought was Kido but until this may not be Kido see basically the way I believe it works is them is that you know the banana has the carbs in it despite your glucose to get you going in the morning you know and you have the banana you have the v8 and a banana okay the v8 has the nutrients the serving of vegetables you actually need two of those small ones are one large one two folks that will give you two full servings of vegetables and a banana for potassium and spykor glucose early in the morning when he first get up and that gives your body the energy to start processing the nutrients and get you going start a spike sure metabolism get you motivated get you go on running around like a chicken with your head cut off basically and sew it and then after that wears off okay after a few hours your body starts burning glycogen I believe okay because I feel like I had nothing in my system and I feel really worried after a little while okay and then after after that after a few hours after that Dan I did felt like my belly would streak up and everything would shrink up and that my stomach would Rumble a little bit but I’d just drink some water and I believe at that point later in the day my body was starting to burn fat and so that’s why every single time I got up or in that live video gave it a few hours weighed myself I had lost weight because my body was burning fat later in the day so the trick to it was I guess you know eating your meal early you know had the banana the v8 and then drinking water the rest of the day if I felt a little little bit hungry I just drank water and it knocked it out okay and believe it or not a v8 and a banana will fill you up man yes but it is especially drink a lot of water you know so it worked but at this point I think I’m gonna go let me a salad or something to slow it down at this point because you don’t want to lose too much weight too fast and especially when it started getting sagging skin like that you know and all that so and it’s not good you can’t stay on a diet like that forever your body does need some things you know I’ve not been getting hardly any protein or the bananas have fiber but there’s not much protein going on there and need that stuff for your muscles and stuff I’d say one thing – I had a guy tell me he said that diet this diet is gonna cause your HGH levels to go up your body’s gonna produce human growth hormone and I believe that did happen because my muscles are a lot firmer and I’ve got one here that looks a lot bigger than it was so I feel stronger man I do after this it’s like an intermittent fast but with just a few basic ingredients there that it worked you know so well see what happens from here I’m gonna stay on a diet but now this nah you keep doing this forever like I said this has been five days of this and I don’t think I want a chance going any further with it all right so I got you guys I appreciate you fellow following along and I’ll keep you posted and I will do some more weigh-ins and see what happens but for now I’m gonna go get me a salad and maybe a few beers and we’ll see what happens in the morning see if that has any kind of an effect okay thanks for watching I appreciate it
