[ Day 5 – Low Carb Diet ] Low Carb Cheese Cake!?


hey guys is true true today’s a seven officer so I’m gonna undo some relog outside and today is actually the fifth day of me having low caps on it now I’m actually on my way to look for the ingredient for low cap cheese cake with cheese coconut flour I forget to get that yesterday so I gotta go it will be a little bit of mission today and there’s a car right now you guys might find it hard to give me so maybe talk a little bit later this morning I woke up at around 11:30 and have my breakfast which is for bacon and for egg which is quite a lot I think yeah but that would just be my branch because I gonna skip lunch obviously because I wake up late and need to start getting ingredient and start baking the cake and then yeah so far I think I feel okay is pretty good better than the last couple days so I’m just gonna go get my cake [Music] I just got back from I’m Starbuck I go to the coffee and I didn’t have the coconut flour that I needed so I just do some back-up plan I look for a different recipe for the for the crush so I’m now gonna get ready all the ingredients right now [Music] yeah so now I’m going to mix them all together so close almond flour flour flour what are we going to call them and I’ll have to borrow butter inside and then the next one is the artificial sugar and vanilla essence so your got it now I’m just gonna mix them together mixing them together making the crash yes I’m going to put into the tray then I’m just ready right here let’s put into it no I’m done with that I’m gonna press everything into that like everything straight okay I think my crush is Freddy so this is it and I’m gonna put it into oven to bake it for 10 to 12 me well it was us yeah I think so and now it’s like I’m waiting for this to be preheat couldn’t be ready in six minutes to be preheated so I’m just gonna wait while I’m doing this I’m waiting for the preheat I will maybe go hit with mixing order cream right now [Music] [Music] you and this is what we need um cream cheese artificial sugar vanilla extract and then large egg and sour cream lemon juice [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] this is actually really hot and I don’t have to machine do that right because I never do anyway yeah so while I’m waiting for my cheesecake I’ll go to have my dinner now so today this afternoon my lunch is pretty much just a Starbucks coffee mocha which is around 16 grams of carbs so it’s not very good but it’s okay I didn’t have any other food after that and today my dinner there you go there’s a beef avocado and also carrot and not care a cucumber that your sake yeah so I would just wait for the cake and it should be ready in another five hours and now at least eleven twenty right now and I think the cheesecake is still not quite ready yet because when the last check at 10 o’clock it is really really soggy so I don’t the risk to cut it or anything like that I’ll just leave it in the fridge but I can maybe like let you guys have a look at the cheesecake right now so yeah so this is the cheesecake and it looks pretty awesome and it smells really good and I think it’s a little bit soggy so I gotta leave it for a little while hopefully it gets better tomorrow so get back to me today how many cups that I get and also color is it again so my total intake for my calories is actually 1600 to 1800 around that range cups for today is a little bit higher than usual because I have starbuck and that is kind of am i smoke hard I have lots of milk in it and also a little bit of sugar so slightly higher but I’m still happy with it because it’s between 50 to 80 so it’s all good and yeah I think I’m gonna try finish the editing tonight and start posting it so maybe I will see you guys tomorrow and before that please subscribe to me give me the thumbs up if you liked the video give me the thumbs up and also comment down below what you like to see share with your friends and I’ll see you guys tomorrow you
