Day 3 – Low Carb Diet: Having 6 eggs a day?!


[Music] morning I’m Chu Chu and I didn’t wake up early today I still have to doing my rubbish so today is the day tree of low carb diet and I’m really tired I feel that my muscle recovery is like slower than usual was my big my back still feel pain my leg is still feel pain it’s quite a new year because usually I don’t feel that much pain and I don’t know and some people say my I might get cracking tooth so this is the rubbish area yeah with the rubbish I’m gonna go get breakfast which is usual and it’s pretty boring but my life is boring really maybe so you guys gonna see the same thing I don’t know if I kind of read you like the breakfast but maybe I just do it just in case because you guys gonna see it I’m not cheating maybe I know so what else I’m gonna do my laundry as well so at the moment is about 8 o clock and yesterday I say I wake up early but it’s actually not so it’s the wrong information that if you do lock upside you wake up early that’s not true because I didn’t wake up early today and should I do the same trick to do laundry or breakfast yeah okay let’s do [Applause] yeah so this will be the same breakfast a you want and which is really quick which I like to save my time so I just have this and guess I’ll see you guys during lunch time so this is the LA this is the food I’m having for lunch this eat bacon mushroom and onion is extremely low carbs and this I think I already have like six eight today I’m not sure whether that’s healthy or not maybe you guys can let me know like you can’t just leave the comment down below I’m running out of idea what to eat it’s too hard and after lunch I will go back to work as usual and then I will give continue looking for recipe maybe we can try making some cake right this week sometimes this weekend I just need to look up some recipe and yeah I’m tired and hungry thing is five o’clock right now and I’m going to try to do some workout so I’m going to show you guys a little bit of my workout today maybe but not that much you guys can see what I normally do and yesterday I was supposed to Train lots of back but I didn’t actually manage to do that I’m gonna do that today my workout is usually bodyweight workout there’s no additional weights for it that’s why I am staying this small not gaining with me muscle with so this is the park that I’m having to do it just some Benji here and really how did she know I normally do Sheena this right here yeah I’m pretty crazy so because it’s hard to to find a park there with a bar in Japan and also the gym membership in Japan is pretty expensive so I decided to just work out from home and I pretty much had done that almost every day yeah now I’m gonna stop talking and start doing what I should be doing which is chin up and also push-up and lots of other abs workout yeah I think I’m just done with my workout there’s a hundred of chin up just now yeah he’s pretty tiring but I think he’s good so I think I was almost forget to talk about how I feel so far so I’m actually pretty tired so if out of ten the tightness I think I would rate today around it I don’t know this is crazy like during the work time my stomach is hungry and I’m trying to get to that get past the stage but hopefully after this week it will be better so it’s only today right now I need to get through this week and I think you’ll be slowly getting easier I’m tired I don’t know this is too hard I don’t know if I can last that long maybe so if you guys haven’t subscribed me yet go subscribe and show me some love show me some love then I’ll see you guys later tonight and I will talk about my dinner for today and so I don’t know I’m craving for cheesecake and stuff like that so I will be started looking for cheesecake recipe oh yeah cheesecake I’m craving for cheesecake right now I’m so tired and hungry I did cook dinner before which is summoned cabbage and also carrot but for whatever reason my idea was kind of broken on on that dinner time so I couldn’t really put it up because I couldn’t really fix it in like really short time because this is a daily vlog so I’m gonna produce it right now and also editing straight away and finish it and post it later like maybe in two hours time yeah come back to Cheesecake I’m really keep looking for the recipe I’m I’m definitely gonna do it I don’t know either will be cheesecake or some low carbs chocolate cake so tomorrow I’m will be going to do some shopping I’m gonna shop for the ingredient but I’m not sure whether Japan did sell all those ingredient that I needed I might look for peanut butter as well on the way hopefully I can get some low clouds and organic peanut butter and yeah I think today is my energy intake it should be around 1000 calories which is crazily low I think but I don’t know I’m gonna do like all the calculation and I will always post it down in in the description and so that you can refer what I’m eating for my breakfast lunch dinner and also snack and it will also have the calculation of the or the nutrition of this foot it down the description and you guys can refer to so I guess this is all for today I’m gonna quickly finish off the editing and quickly
