it is day number two Wednesday it is about four ten or fifteen in the morning and we are working the arm day today and sometime today I’ll do my 50 squats into 50 burpees hope y’all are having great [Music] [Music] now remember pull drink down that poured you okay you actually that’s with a pride you put the P go down alright you want them come straight down should I hurt another problem that women have mark she going joy five more five more one two three mark mark mark why [Laughter] [Music] hello everybody it is day two of my challenge I am already at the end of today’s challenge which is come down to the burpees the 50 burpees and the 50 squats and I’m ready to get it done I am sore from yesterday not as sore as I thought it would be but I am a bit sore so we’ll see how these session goes this last part of my bacos so wish me luck [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] now on to the Bourbon see my legs are burning my quads okay I decided to try to do the burpees the 50 burpees here in the kitchen floor because yesterday I was having trouble on that wooden floor anyways slippery floor and I tried it here a couple times and it seems like it’s got better friction so I’m gonna see if it’ll work out for me [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] every 100 more of it 31 what’s stopping you [Music] [Applause] [Music] that’s me boy hell’s lot over today day two I got it done so recap on today for am did some arm workouts tries and buys a little preview on that what we did today mommy my husband and then and that’ll be it for today so I hope this motivates you and again if you liked the video like it not only here on Facebook but on YouTube and please subscribe and if you liked it share it it I don’t know if you can hear my music going off but this is my motivation a little CrossFit you can see that yeah it’s very motivating to me to see these strong ladies to do all that it makes you seem pumped anyways
