hey guys morning I’m – true today is the day of September so it is a very first day that I get back into little caps dyeing it so yeah I don’t know I think it might be hot so I’m gonna try to keep my carbohydrate intake around 50 gram to 80 grand a day so hopefully I can do it and I just do some waiting myself yesterday I’m gonna show the footage right now and you guys can see my current state my body fat and also the shape right now flexing and relaxing so there’s no cheating [Music] o’clock so I’m going to get ready for my work which is my daily routine I had to do some work and then before that I’m going to get ready and also prepare for some breakfast so this will be my very first breakfast for look outside and I’m gonna show you guys shortly [Music] I think I’m just done with my breakfast which is egg and milk so this is my word first breakfast back we know how to tie it hopefully I can keep sustaining this and yeah and I think the good thing for this is that really quick to get ready so I need about 15 more minutes and I have to work so I can just fit quickly finish this start working I think people might think that this is yeah but it’s okay it’s not that bad so maybe I’ll see you guys around lunch time for lunch later on and I will show you guys again [Music] so this is my lunch for today I have cabbage carrot cucumber and chicken breast so the cups for this meal I think it should be around 20 grand and this morning I have to low egg and also milk which is about 10 gram of carbs so in total I consume 30 gram in total and I still have another 20 gram left hopefully I can get through today without getting tired hopefully I’m just gonna finish my lunch and go back to work and after work I’ll be start looking up then I will stop sharing again with you guys so Thaksin yep there’s two more minutes to 4:30 and I have finished with my work so I’m gonna go work out today but I’m not gonna video work out cause otherwise you guys gonna see the same thing all the time so I’m gonna save that for the other day mmm I’m going to do a run later on maybe like a kilometer and then sometimes work out and also I think today I’ll be mainly focus on chest I don’t know at the moment I’m still feeling okay just a little bit tired but we’ll see after tonight maybe tomorrow we book it will be worse I don’t know yeah I’m just gonna go work on that yeah I just finished my workout and also a shower so summon and also and you slightly can measure that wait for it and know so I need to find out how much carbohydrate is it I’m not going over my quote my quota so yeah write it off I feel okay I think stop to tie it yet I think my body can still handle it’s not too hot easy and after this I think I will try edit the video and Jose if possible it’s not it might be like one or two days time I’m really tired and that thing I will see you guys after dinner and I will talk about holding the athletes today today yeah we’ll see you guys shortly yeah so it is 15 past 10 right now and I just gonna update you guys would I be today so pretty much breakfast lunch and dinner and in total I think I consume about 50 gram of carbs today I did measure them and also Google search about the nutrition information so yeah not be pretty well but the problem is that now I’m a little bit hungry so I don’t know I think I will try to finish off this video and then I will just quickly go to bed – forget the hunger and I think my stomach feel a little bit unusual and I think this is the common symptom that you’re trying on the cup side right straight away so that’s okay and also I’ll need to keep myself hydrated because my leg is starting to show symptoms I’m losing water mmm yeah from that I kind of continue finish off this week editing this video and then I guess I will see you guys tomorrow [Music] you
